The room was spacious and recently renovated. There were more electric sockets and charging plugs than I have seen anywhere. The heating works well and there was everything I needed in the room. The breakfast was continental and served in a lovely room. Thanks, Agnes, for your helpful and kind hospitality at breakfast.
I liked the skylight in the room until nightfall and there was no blind or curtain to close off any light from other rooms. On my 3rd night someone higher up on the adjacent side of the building left their bathroom light on until 3am and this meant light streamed across my bed, making it difficult to sleep.

The Roxford Lodge Hotel is an absolute gem nestled right in the heart of Dublin. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the comfort, excellent facilities, and the genuinely warm hospitality. The staff were exceptionally attentive—nothing was too much trouble, and they went out of their way to make our stay feel special. The private, secure car park made arrival and departure effortless, especially with luggage in tow. Our room was beautifully presented, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—we had the best night’s sleep we’ve had in a long time! Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a truly relaxing stay. Thank you, Roxford Lodge, for such a perfect experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone visiting Dublin.
An offer of a hot cooked breakfast would have been most welcomed, but not essential. Would have been a lovely treat to have that option!

We recently stayed at Roxford Lodge in Dublin, and we had a wonderful experience. The family room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering plenty of room for all of us to relax comfortably. The location is also very convenient, and having parking available made our stay even more stress-free. What really stood out to us, though, was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone we encountered was warm and accommodating, which really made a difference in our experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Roxford Lodge to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly place to stay in Dublin. We’d love to return in the future!
The only thing we would have liked to see improved was the breakfast. While the continental options were tasty, we would have appreciated a bit more variety, especially with some hot items like eggs and meat, to make the breakfast feel more substantial.

The property was really lovely and the location is excellent. A short, straight 15-30minute walk to central Dublin spending on where you’re headed. We stayed in one of the basement rooms and the attention to detail of decoration and cleanliness was immaculate. They obviously care and take great pride in their property. We were so impressed by all of the details in the room and how creative they were with the space. Small details like black face clothes for makeup removal and a nespresso machine were just lovely. The air conditioning was a huge bonus too and though we didn’t use it as it’s summer, the bathroom had underfloor heating. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for us and they let us leave our bags and collect them later in the day after our checkout before we headed to the airport. The air coach also picks up and drops off right down the street, which was perfect. We wish we had more nights in Dublin to have been able to stay here longer!
Nothing. It was excellent.

The sauna and jacuzzi in your room. The remote controlled velux ceiling shades. Very quiet at majority of the time. On site parking with security gate that close to Dublin so felt car was very secure. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room with air conditioning.
Sauna could have been a lot hotter. Fridge didn’t cool stuff much at all, sides of fridge were very warm where it was placed. Water wasn’t cold from drinking tap in bathroom, nice cold water would of been nice and refreshing due to sauna or jacuzzi. Would have been handy to have controls for ceiling blinds on both sides of bed.

Wonderful hotel located in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas on the outskirts of Dublin. Our triple room was not large but tastefully furnished, clean, and functional. From the room, we had access to a lovely courtyard with a fountain. Special thanks to all the staff, especially the very friendly Sol R. at reception, always ready to help with any requests. Thank you for everything, you're the best!

Absolutely everything. Secure parking (€10) at the rear of the premises. Excellent receptionist, friendly, communicative and helpful. Superb clean bedroom and bathroom. A seating area with tea, coffee, 2 TVs and WiFi. An excellent bathroom with monsoon shower head, toiletries and separate drinking water tap over the sink. What more could you ask for. Oh and a patio door to the garden. An abundance of electrical outlet, both Irish and European style everywhere. Checkout staff were equally friendly and on top of their jobs.Short and safe walk into Dublin's south city. Phenomenal value for money. We will be back.
Nothing to dislike or comment on.

The staff were so friendly, we arrived 5 hours before check in and as we had two rooms booked they gave us a complimentary upgrade and brought us to one room that was ready. It was the perfect location if going to the Aviva. We got back at 10pm and there was still a member of staff there to take us to the second room which was conveniently beside the first. On both occasions a member of staff showed us directly to the room and told us a few key bits of information which I thought was very nice, very unusual to get from a 3 star hotel. There isn't a bar at the hotel however this didn't bother us at all as it's so close to so many other bars. The beds were so comfy and clean, and the room was so dark when the curtains were drawn. Check out also wasn't until 12noon which was excellent. We would definitely stay again if going to the Aviva.
Nothing.

The hotel is very nicely renovated and located in a good neighborhood. It is also quite close to the city center - about 20 minutes by walk, which was great for me. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel and an Aircoach bus stop 5 minutes walk. The staff is polite and helpful. The room had comfortable bed and was clean, the cleaning service was also excellent. I appreciated the coffee machine on the room and the jacuzzi bath tub was a welcomed relax after a day of hiking in the rainy Wicklow mountains.
My room was at the very bottom with windows facing the parking lot. I had to have the curtaines closed for privacy all day long and during the night also because the outdoor lightning was extremely bright. This also eliminated the possibility of having the windows opened during the night. People were often also walking to and from cars, talking, closing car doors and dragging suitcases often during the night also. But this might not be an issue for a less sensitive person or someone who can use earplugs :)
