The room was big, comfortable and clean with a huge, king-size bed ! We especially liked the filter coffee maker in our room and the ice machines on every floor. As for the location, we were near enough to walk into the centre of Dublin, about 25 minutes walk to Temple Bar. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and we were even able to check in 2 hours ahead of time for free.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Everything was brilliant from the pre-arrival email communication with the hotel with my special requests which had been noted and put in place on arrival, through to the welcome and attention of the staff. We stayed 6 nights and had breakfast each morning which was very good. The staff recognized us and remembered my special requests. They were professional, efficient, and 'well-presented' (ie not scruffy or untidy). The room was large with big window, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Great location near The Dart or short walk into the city.

The only slightly negative thing was the menu for dining in the restaurant was a little restrictive but that could have been that it did not suit our rather conservative tastes. The scrambled egg in the breakfast buffet could also have been a little more fluffy and creamy but that is just me being picky!

The location is perfect for any event happening in Aviva stadium, the rooms where renovated and modern, the staff was super helpful. Very quite and orderly hotel.

The room had a strange fragrance from either the carpet glue from the remodel or from the cleaning supplies. It was not pleasant and seeped into all of the bags and clothes. Additionally, despite the breakfast buffet variety offerings of different egg and sausage varieties, there were limited options for vegetarians/vegans - I was limited to fruits and serial. Would have liked a better cheese and vegetable (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.) selection for the sandwich/toast station. The beds where quite firm.

Everything was perfect- very friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious room, location is good (20 min walking to the center, nice neighborhood (there were some restaurant and supermarkets nearby), it is close to Aviva. Openable windows. Only the weather was not friendly, but that's not up to the hotel :-) I could not comment the parking, as I didn't use a car.

I find the prices a bit high, but I guess it is the "new normal". I find it strange to have no fresh vegetables (like tomato and cucumber for example) for breakfast, otherwise it was a good breakfast.

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is a little out off center but very close to the Grand Canal Dock DART station which is 2 stops from the city centre. It is also very close to the Aircoach 702 bus stop direct from the airport. Very convenient. We had a large room (triple) in a quiet area (as requested). The bedding is good and there are plenty of USB sockets for recharging the various devices. There's an adjacent bar/restaurant that offers reasonably priced meals. Breakfast is an international buffet with everything you need. A little pricey but not much more expensive than what we've seen in the city.

When we arrived there was no water in the bathroom but the problem was solved while we were away. The soap dispensers (sink and shower) are not in good condition (some of them broken), need changing! The bathroom is quite spacious but there is no place to put your things (toilet bag, clothes hook...).

The staff on check-in were friendly and welcoming. The location was handy, and we walked into town (15-20 minutes). Very comfortable and huge bed, with lovely pillows! We both had a great sleep. The room was spacious enough for our needs, and the coffee machine was great. The breakfast downstairs the next morning was nothing short of spectacular! So much food, so many options, and again, the staff went out of their way to help everyone.

I loved it all, from check-in to checkout. 100% recommend this place.

Location is closer to the city than I had thought and very close to the DART and Grand Canal Dock area. Lobby is clean, functional, maybe a bit more greenery would soften it up a little, but the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet - I slept well. The amenities were just what we needed. The range of choice at breakfast time was exceptional and very well prepared with very attentive waiting staff.

I was concerned about car parking before I arrived as spaces are on a first come-first-served basis, but it wasn't an issue at all and the car park was mostly empty during our weekend visit. The view out of the windows to the rear of the building isn't exactly inspiring but then I don't go on a city break to look out of the hotel window.

Lovely quiet location, secure parking and yet only about a twenty minute walk to O’Connell street & hub of things generally

My only negative comment in an otherwise perfect stay was at breakfast you had to ask to have your table cleared off dirty plates when you had finished eating different courses, tables for two are quite small and so space is restricted. Also had to ask for more clean cutlery & hot plates for the breakfast, plenty of staff walking about so these things should be seen and dealt with, without having to constantly ask

Arrived on the night of Storm Eowyn so was very afraid of the road closures and weather conditions. Checked into the hotel smoothly at the reception and was greeted with a warm bedroom perfect after a 20-hour journey. The room we had was spacious and perfectly cozy. There was hot water in the shower and enough amenities for the entire stay. Had ample room to walk about and unpack my suitcase. The location was tucked away on the southeast side of town but very easily accessible by bus (10mins walk) or just have a gander and walk to the busy main street roughly 25mins away. We opted for the walking as we did not have a 'card' to travel on the buses. There is a Eurospar near the hotel for any short trips to the convenience store if necessary.

Not sure if it was just me but finding a hotel for a reasonable price in Dublin was a struggle - and then I had found this hotel! It felt like it was a little out of the "Dublin core" but once we got there, it wasn't far from the downtown area. A lot of bus stops / metro stations around the hotel to hop on, and we even walked to Trinity College which was about a 20min walk. At night time, we got hungry and ordered a burger + mashed potatoes from the restaurant downstairs. We ordered with very little expectation and it ended up being one of the burgers we had in awhile. Highly recommended :)

Getting to the hotel from the airport was a tad annoying (and this is not the hotel's fault just a heads up). If you take public transit or Dublin Express, there are at least 1-3 transfers you gotta make to get to the hotel. With luggage to carry, we opted on taking FREENOW (taxi) to the hotel and back and it was around ~33euros.
