Great location for visiting Dublin. Our family room was comfortable as were the beds. We enjoyed a great hot shower in the spacious bathroom. We were happy to be able to park our car in underground carpark nearby and to be able to leave it there for a couple of hours after check-out. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel was situated close to several sandwich shops, cafes and mini-supermarkets making it very convenient for buying portable lunches/snacks for onward journeys.

The second night the room was so warm we had to leave the windows open and the street noise woke us up.

The staff was very nice and approachable, we required to use parking facilities which was great and easy to find , we loved the room , room deco it's up to date and everything was provided, the only disappointment was for me as I went to use bathroom i noticed on the floor and at the sink in the corner it was still left dark short hair , im guessing it wasnt from head , I guess being a nurse my obsessiveness over cleanliness kicked in , but since I had antibacterial wipes that was easily sorted , and also a tip for the future perhaps to ensure that beds are not moving so easily as everytime i was turning in bed or my girls the bed moved along , so it was a bit disturbing, but overall the stay went lovely and we are definitely coming back to have a second go !

Staff is really helpful and very kind, especially patient, caring for the kids that I really appreciated even though it was generally busy at the reception, and breakfast area. Room was alright, big enough and very clean and tidy. Breakfast was alright, one day you can go to Bread41 for instance, and you can do breakfast at the hotel that it has nice variety that can suit to all. Location was good, you can walk to Dockland direction easily or you can walk to Trinity College side easily as well, if you need to take a bit longer, DART or tramlines are not too far away. There are 2 small supermarket nearby that if you need something they are open for a long time,

Room was a bit warm even though all windows open and radiators were off but not much a complain that personally I like a bit cooler rooms.

Some facilities now faded and in need of attention eg some kitchen drawers hard to open because of peeling veneer. More attention to detail in cleaning eg half empty bottle in fridge on arrival and floor not fully swept. We had to move rooms after two nights because of a loud humming noise coming from beside the bed the source of which could not be found - however the staff response to this was excellent and the room we were moved to next door was in much better condition.

Breakfast was very good and quality was excellent. I did however feel that it could be included in price of stay. 42 for 3 breakfasts ( one of which was a child that only eats cereal and toast) was a bit of a steep added extra . We did not have breakfast at the hotel on the 2nd morning of our stay as I couldn’t justify spending 84 euro on breakfasts after spending nearly 290 on the room for the 2 nights,

I missed carpet in the room. I felt like it took away the luxurious feel of staying in a hotel. The coziness wasn’t there in the room, plus the beds kept drifting away from the headboards as there was no carpet for wheels on bed to grip. I had to keep rescuing my son’s pillow from behind the bed. The beds were also exceptionally high to get in and out of. I have back and hip issues and found it difficult to climb in and out. I was also concerned incase my son who is a restless sleeper fell out of bed onto the wooden floor. I understand it’s probably easier to maintain a wooden floor in a family room but I definitely felt it lacked the same comfort.

Very comfortable and highly functional hotel located on Pearse Street. It will work well for your needs. Staff were exceptionally friendly; I had the impression that the organisation is well-run and well-structured.

At times the staff seemed a bit too casual; especially in the hospitality area. Although this is not a harsh criticism, often it's nicer to have staff a little more down-to-earth and "human" - it felt like a three star experience and that's exactly what it is, so all is in alignment.

The dreadful people who ruined my tea time in the cafe yesterday (11th February) - apparently they come regularly but I understand that it is difficult to throw them out without ending up with a law suit but there must be a way of getting rid of them- there were people trying to do business and they and I couldn't hear ourselves think. Low life . You shouldn't have to tolerate them. Your hotel is really lovely otherwise and I would certainly stay with you again. the breakfast was delicious by the way. thank you XXX

During my recent stay at the Maldron Hotel Pearse Street in Dublin, I had a truly pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and friendliness, making me feel instantly welcome. Their genuine smiles and willingness to assist with any requests created a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The hotel itself was modern and well-maintained, with my room being both cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the premises. The location was another highlight, as it provided easy access to many of Dublin's iconic attractions. After a day of exploring, returning to such a welcoming environment was a joy. Overall, my stay at the Maldron Hotel Pearse Street was made special by the friendly and accommodating staff, who truly enhanced my experience. The property was centrally located for the theatre only 4 mins walk to lord of the dance. The food was OUTSTANDING however it’s not presented well it looks like basic food no frills. But the taste was just fabulous. The roast beef just melted in your mouth. If they made more of an effort with presentation I’d say theyed get more people eating thete.

We had a mishap in our room I went to open the windows because it was very warm in the room and I stepped on a piece of glass and cut my foot it bleed for a few minutes. Had to get twisers to get the shard of glass out.

Fabulous room with two double beds. Lots of room for your luggage and hanging space and drawers in the wardrobe. Great tea and biscuits in the room. Especially the chocolate chip ones! The bed and pillows were perfect. Being able to open the windows into the courtyard was lovely and we enjoyed birdsong on a few occasions. The bathroom was ample and everything was supplied as stated. Breakfast was great and all the staff were helpful. Overall a lovely experience. Dublin is a wonderful city and its people friendly and helpful.
