Location was good for city sightseeing. Breakfast was great. Hotel looked new and modern without too many frills.

Breakfast was advertised in the room and on the web for €11, but we were charged €14 per person.

Staff were excellent. Went as a large group and some rooms were ready 3hrs early. They held bags for those that weren't. It's right near all the bars and sights. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. From reception to the cleaning staff. Breakfast was banging and worth the money. Gusto coffee pods in the room. Bed was huge.

No complaints.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel. I can point out an excellent location, you can reach Temple Bar, Trinity College, Grafton Street in less than 10 min walking. The staff of the hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Every ask that we had have been resolved quickly. At the same time, the neighborhood itself is not the best. There was a lot of homeless people and some junkies wandering around. The room was not meticulously cleaned, there were dust on the surfaces and glasses and cups had some smudges on them. Anyway, it was not a deal breaker for us, so we fully enjoyed our stay in Dublin.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel and was impressed with almost everything. The staff was friendly and professional, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was wonderful.

I was quite disappointed with the television program offered at the hotel. The selection of channels was extremely limited, and the content felt very underwhelming, almost as if it was some sort of backup service. To make matters worse, half of the available programs were tailored for children, leaving very few options for adult entertainment or variety. Overall, the TV experience was far below expectations and left much to be desired.

The hotel was lovely, really close to the centre. The bed was amazing, big and comfy, really the best sleep we’ve had in a while (if you don’t mind the one duvet for double bed situation). The room came with a small kitchen with everything we needed (kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). The blackout curtains were great for sleeping in. The hotel also had laundry room and gym available, we sadly didn’t use it, but it’s an option as well. :)

The only bad thing was that the shower drain sometimes smelled. Also there was a big floor to ceiling window that couldn’t be opened, but the aircon was great so the air didn’t feel stuffed at all.

Would definitely stay at a Staycity hotel again! The room was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the late check out was a bonus. We were also allowed to leave our bags there on check out day which was great as we had a late flight home. It was walking distance to the centre which was good however next time we would maybe stay at one of the other Staycity hotels as it did feel like a bit of a walk some days (though we could have just been tired!). The only criticism of the room is that there isn't a window that you can open so we couldn't let any fresh air in and we were struggling to get the Aircon/heating right so it affected our sleep a little. Also our room was directly facing the train tracks so it was quite loud every time a train went by.

I liked the building itself. The entrance and ambiance was nice as were the staff. The room itself was larger than expected with the full on facilities (stove, kettle, microwave, fridge) and they worked fine. The location was good. I would have preferred to be a bit closer to things as it is a smidge out of the way, but this also provided us with an easy time getting around with little to no traffic.

Most of the outlets in the room did not work. The second time we stayed we got an ADA compliant room that gave us more space, but the bathroom did not have a curtain or door to the shower which meant the entire floor of the bathroom was wet. We really didn't mind the location, although it is not as close to Trinity College as we though. Was fairly close to Grafton Street though.

There’s this modern furniture that gets you a cozy and comfortable feeling within the room. Staff was very nice also (we loved the custom welcome card and complementary chocolate, such a lovely touch), and the area that the hotel is located is top because you’re in a walking distance of every touristy attraction. Plus there are such nice coffee shops in the area and a Tesco a minute away.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay, but don’t know why (maybe because of the season) there were a lot of young people in groups entering the rooms with tons of booze that would speak very loudly in the hall. And some at random late hours of the night. Not the best for couples that want to relax after a long walking day. Also the bathroom sink is very small, would be nicer if it was a bit bigger.

Pleasant, cheery, minimalist decor. The kitchen had everything we needed. Central location in a quiet street. Nice common areas, well laid out so you can hang out there if you wish (good idea). Friendly staff.

There was some problem with the plumbing (I think?) -- whenever our neighbor showered in the evening we heard a high-pitched whine that resonated throughout end of the hall. It was so loud that at first we thought it was a fire alarm. Wish we could have taken the stairs to/from reception, but the bottom of the stairway is locked :-( probably for security reasons. That was kind of a bummer. If only the windows would open.

Decent location with lots of transport options (near Pearce DART and on many bus routes). Less than 10 min walk from Dame street and the Temple Bar area. Having a kitchenette was also very useful for us as we like making a coffee in the morning and having a simple breakfast (Tesco express is a 2 min walk so it was easy to get some simple groceries).

No room service unless you stay 7+ days. The actual cleaning of the room wasn't the issue, but, we quickly ran out of toilet paper, hand soap, and other amenities like milk and coffee pods. It wasn't hard to go downstairs to ask for these things but it was a hassle. The means they provided to chat with reception wasn't working either so that was a bit frustrating. Overall, none of these were insurmountable and were minor inconveniences. However it would have been good if we had known so we were mentally prepared.
