very nice configuration, especially bed arrangement, towel rack, and all the kitchen appliances you come ask for. Location makes it pretty easy to get to plenty of cool places to check out. the staff are incredibly friendly, some of the nicest I've ever experienced. the TV is decent quality and has all local channels, and works nicely as a laptop display. there are convenient outlets for charging.
the shower was not the most convenient: no adjustment, the door doesn't block all water making the floor wet, the hose kinks while you are washing blocking the flow. the kitchen counter space is a little small, but the cabinets are big enough you can move things around, but not much you can do. really everything I could want is here, I would stay here again no question.

The location of the property was perfect. Within walking distance to most tourist spots located on the Go City Bus tour. A definate must do. Walking distance to shopping district, tesco for any supplies and a fabulous Cafe on the corner under the train bridge called Bread 41. Room was a little small, but super clean. Comfy bed and the micro kitchen was super. We were able to use the microwave/oven to cook dinner, and made use of the stove, coffee machine and fridge.. you could cook every night if you are on a budget, as we did 3 out of 4 nights. Didn't need to use the dish washing machine but is there if you need!! Laundry location on ground floor easy to use to do a load of washing and dry - tap and pay. Can also purchase laundry pods from reception. We used our own laundry sheets. Staff were super helpful and responded almost immediately when a piece of luggage was not received at the airport and sent to reception. Staff reached out to inform it had arrived. Will definitely stay again and do recommend.
Bathroom a little small, but functional. No issues. Super clean

The initial welcome, the food offerings, the room amenities all exceeded my expectations. Really great place to stay in Dublin - walking distance from everywhere I went in the city - would absolutely book here again if I come back. Also bonus - one morning I was about 10 minutes past end of breakfast but they made me a plate of leftovers anywhere (and for free!), that was a kindness I have not experienced in any hotel before.
The only strange part for me (maybe because I am an American) was the shower - it worked just fine but I always made the bathroom floor wet due to the shower door always having a gap - maybe that is just how it is, but I found it odd.

I was very happy with Staycity Aparthotels Dublin. The staff is helpful, polite, and I was a witness to hear them speak English, Spanish and Czech. They probably speak other languages too. The room was clean, kitchen was fully equipped with appliances such as a kettle, dishwasher, coffee-maker. The hotel provided snacks at the beginning of our stay for free (we got a bag of popcorn, 3 chocolate bars, 3 sodas). In the kitchen there was also milk for your coffee or tea, various types of tea bags and stuff for coffee-maker. The bed was very comfortable, it was also high, so it made getting up very pleasant. Our room had a working AC and a quick internet connection. I can highly recommend this hotel. It is situated in the centre of Dublin, within waking distance from all the main sights. If you go to Dublin for a holiday, choose this hotel. You won't regret it.

Location was good for city sightseeing. Breakfast was great. Hotel looked new and modern without too many frills.
Breakfast was advertised in the room and on the web for €11, but we were charged €14 per person.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel. I can point out an excellent location, you can reach Temple Bar, Trinity College, Grafton Street in less than 10 min walking. The staff of the hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Every ask that we had have been resolved quickly. At the same time, the neighborhood itself is not the best. There was a lot of homeless people and some junkies wandering around. The room was not meticulously cleaned, there were dust on the surfaces and glasses and cups had some smudges on them. Anyway, it was not a deal breaker for us, so we fully enjoyed our stay in Dublin.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel and was impressed with almost everything. The staff was friendly and professional, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was wonderful.
I was quite disappointed with the television program offered at the hotel. The selection of channels was extremely limited, and the content felt very underwhelming, almost as if it was some sort of backup service. To make matters worse, half of the available programs were tailored for children, leaving very few options for adult entertainment or variety. Overall, the TV experience was far below expectations and left much to be desired.

From the minute we walked in the door we felt like family. Eduarda was bubbling over with friendliness and energy as she checked us in. Ana, Gisele, Daniel and Ludmila took care of our every need in the small coffee shop/bar. The room was just fine with a comfortable bed. The kitchenette was a plus. I used the laundry facilities twice and had a great experience. Breakfast was wonderful. We can’t praise the hotel and staff enough.
It was sad to have to leave the wonderful place and the friendly staff. It is like we had to leave family behind.

Staff were excellent. Went as a large group and some rooms were ready 3hrs early. They held bags for those that weren't. It's right near all the bars and sights. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. From reception to the cleaning staff. Breakfast was banging and worth the money. Gusto coffee pods in the room. Bed was huge.
No complaints.

The hotel was lovely, really close to the centre. The bed was amazing, big and comfy, really the best sleep we’ve had in a while (if you don’t mind the one duvet for double bed situation). The room came with a small kitchen with everything we needed (kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). The blackout curtains were great for sleeping in. The hotel also had laundry room and gym available, we sadly didn’t use it, but it’s an option as well. :)
The only bad thing was that the shower drain sometimes smelled. Also there was a big floor to ceiling window that couldn’t be opened, but the aircon was great so the air didn’t feel stuffed at all.
