All of the staff were friendly. The hotel is clean. Our room was clean.

My dinner experience at the hotel restaurant wasn’t good. The staff were friendly. I ordered rigatoni pasta one evening in the restaurant and it had no flavour and too oily. Also just thrown onto a plate. I could have done it better and presented it better at home. Very substandard for over €20.00. I ate only half and told the waitress. I would have ordered coffee and dessert had I been approached after that at all. I wasn’t, and after 15-20 minutes I just got up, paid and left the restaurant.

Location is the best thing about this hotel, you are close to the most important locations. After visiting the pub, you can walk to the hotel. Breakfast is good (15e), room is clean and looks like in the photos. The lobby and restaurant are very nicely decorated. It is quiet at night so you can get some sleep. The room is small so it is more suitable for couples rather than families. An iron and a hairdryer are available.

Great location good vibes and very friendly and welcoming staff

Location was very good but the best part of the stay were the staff who made us feel very welcome and many went over and above their duty to help us during our stay. The in-house restaurant MOSSCO was a great attribute and served the best food at affordable prices. Staff worth mentioning were IRENE (waitress in the restaurant) who went out of her way to get our meal sorted when we had restrictive time limit. Her pro-active attitude was very refreshing and noteworthy especially as she was relatively new to the position. WILLOW in the bar was also an asset to MOSSCO as she was professional and welcoming behind the bar. She quickly recognised us during our stay and remembered our favourite cocktails which was impressive and she made a mean cocktail. TAMITA, one of the breakfast managers was also a pleasure to meet as she also recognised us during our stay and always had a lovely word for us. Other bar staff to commend for their politeness were SERGIO and ANDRE.

The size of the room was the most disappointing aspect of our stay and it felt quite cramped with the furniture in the room. I particularly felt it as I suffer from claustophobia, and was expecting a little more room than we received. In comparison with the Premier Inn room where we last stayed, this was cramped. I was also disappointed to receive a discount voucher for the restaurant towards the end of the stay rather than on arrival: receiving it at the beginning would have been more inducive to using it when the customer would welcome an in-house meal on arrival when there may not have been time to explore locally. Giving it at the end of the stay was less helpful as we had had time to find other restaurants that were more unique and alternative.

Rooms are beautiful and spacious. USB charging ports everywhere which was nice. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Air conditioning in each room very simple and easy to cool/warm. Rooms very quiet. Delicious breakfast and staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Location was excellent. Only a few minutes walk from temple Bar and other attractions. Nice lounge on the ground floor for business/phone calls or just hanging out watching sport.

Soap dispenser in the shower was the only let down. Other hotels have shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. If they changed this, it would be perfect. Apart from that, my stay was great.

This hotel is modern and in great condition with excellent facilities. It is light and bright and in a very convenient location for the airport/Belfast coach and completely walkable to the city centre and all main attractions, so no travelcard or other transport tickets were needed. The hotel breakfast was also very good value, pre-booked for 13Euros per person, so definitely much better value than finding a café. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful.

Our room was actually quite tight for two adults. We had a twin room, but even with the beds pushed very close together there was not much space for our luggage.

Breakfast was not only plentiful (items replenished) but also high quality, rare to find in hotel buffets. I appreciated the 24/7 access to hotel staff at all times and especially wish to commend employee Emre, who always went above and beyond the call of duty to make my stay a memorable one no matter how busy the hotel was at the time. Emre is truly a credit to the Travelodge chain and was a main reason for my very positive review.

Rates are a bit high though commensurate with the location. Some of the other guests were boorish and did not want to wait their turn when there was a queue so that was dismaying, but Travelodge cannot control the lack of class displayed by some young thugs/hooligans that were staying there, unfortunately

This hotel was perfect for me for my work trip to Dublin. The location was ideal with easy access to the venue for my work and also for access from the bus stop. I travelled to Dublin by bus with stops on Eden Quay and George's quay The hotel provides lovely comfortable , clean , modern rooms. The breakfast buffet is plentiful with a great choice of options I also took one evening meal in the hotel and the meal was lovely, the menu to choose from was great and prices reasonable

Just to small minor points: The bathroom provides all the facilities needed , great walking shower no bath just to note but this wasn't a problem to me. However the sink is located so close to the toilet that I knocked my elbow a couple of times, Nothing major but just to note. The breakfast is great but very busy so you have to queue. On the last day I gave up trying to get a coffee as only one of the machine was offering Americano. Maybe to scattered the breakfast times especially when there are groups staying may be an idea. None of the points above would mean that I wouldn't consider the hotel for a future stay in Dublin. In fact I would recommend the hotel if asked.

The room was clean. It has pretty good and fast WiFi and TV. Very friendly personal at the reception. Quite good restaurant at the hotel.

unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by the air conditioning in my room. Despite switching it off, it continued to make a loud, persistent noise—almost as if water was being poured back and forth inside the unit. This constant disturbance made it nearly impossible to sleep, and I found myself waking up multiple times throughout the night. By the end of my stay, I felt completely exhausted. Definitely will not consider staying here anymore .

Absolutely everything. Usually there is something to gripe about, but the hotel was VERY clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and always smiled-not faked either. Lovely quiet street. Nice and clean outside of the hotel. Everything I hoped for and more.

The only minor gripe I had was that in the small cafe by reception, the ''lemon drizzle cake'' was rock hard ( stale) and it was like bread nearly biscuit it was so hard...potentially due to not storing correctly. Lovely staff though. Also could mark which light switch is which outside the room toilets, kept turning on all the lights by mistake.
