Location is the best thing about this hotel, you are close to the most important locations. After visiting the pub, you can walk to the hotel. Breakfast is good (15e), room is clean and looks like in the photos. The lobby and restaurant are very nicely decorated. It is quiet at night so you can get some sleep. The room is small so it is more suitable for couples rather than families. An iron and a hairdryer are available.

The staff was very helpful. The location of this hotel is close to train station, bu stop, Temple bar, trinity college and all the restaurants. The room was clean. The food at restaurant was amazing.

THe room size is smaller as well the bathroom size. There was no closets or drawers to put your clothes. I know it was Travelodeg but they should think about this.

Really excellent location, staff, and restaurant. Quality service all around. No issues checking in or out. The in-hotel restaurant serves quality food, not just hotel food. Around the corner from Trinity College Dublin, the Temple Bar Area, the pick up/drop off points for airport coaches, and Tara Street railway station. A short walk from Dublin Connolly railway station and Busáras. Probably the most central not-luxury tier hotel. Kettle with a selection of teas & coffees in the room.

Having to hang out your "clean my room" sign before 1am for the following day is strange. For a Travelodge this was comparatively priced to other hotels in the area, rather than the expected budget price of the brand.

Comfortable Beds, friendly staff, great location! The rooms are nice and clean and have everything you need for 2 nights (or even more) in Dublin. There are a lot of points of interest in walking distance.

There is currently a construction of a higher building a few blocks away, nothing too disturbing but in case you're as noise sensitive as I am, I suggest requesting a room that is facing the other direction. I had a room on floor 7 facing the construction site, so I could hear the noise from time to time. But it was just a minor disturbance. I still enjoyed my stay very much, and the view from the room (apart from the construction) was really nice.

Very well located if you have a work appointment near the river area where all the new office buildings are. Close also to the centric area. The staff are very friendly and professional. I needed an adapter for the electricity socket and they loaned me one, which is greatly appreciated. Would definitely come back for future work related travel.

There was a bit of a damp smell coming from the bathroom. Under closer inspection it was due to the shower curtain, which gets soaked easily. Not a big deal and I am sure they would have changed it if I requested it, but it would be great if they payed more attention to it.

The friendliest, most helpful staff! The complimentary water station with the best water in Dublin! That alone was amazing! Very comfy bed and quiet at night. Handy luggage room to leave bags before/after check-in. Great lobby space with workstations and a beautiful bar. Central location. Price. Did I mention the staff? Such great vibes in the hotel. Everyone was lovely and welcoming, helpful.

The room wasn't 100% clean, and we found traces of previous guests. There was a bit of construction noise outside, but only during the day. Between the tiny sink and flimsy shower curtain that slides out, we couldn't help but make the bathroom floor very wet every time. Not enough rails to hang bath towels for drying. Bathroom very tight, would benefit from sliding door.

The central location, the complimentary water taps which are crisp and fresh. Staff where friendly, rooms clean. Common areas are very well presented.

I tried to book via the travellodge app and website but it would not work. I ended up paying extra to stay via booking.com. I have tried to stay at this hotel 3 occasions previously and had the same problem. So I stayed elsewhere. This is the first time I choose to stay despite the app and site not allowing me to book. I mentioned it to the gentleman checking me in, who unfortunately couldn't help. It would be great if this could be resolved and it's been an issue for months at least.

Honestly I can't fault this hotel in any way shape or form. From the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted by the friendliest staff I've experienced in a hotel. We tend to stay in different hotels when we travel to Dublin and I can honestly say next time we will be returning. Beautiful Lobby area, big rooms, great Location, and an amazing buffet breakfast in the morning, complimentary water station in the relaxation area. The icing on the cake was Ken the Concierge, greeted us as soon as we walked through the door, and was an absolute Gent throughout our stay. He was absolutely brilliant with our 9 month old baby too. He's an absolute gem in that hotel, everything was perfect but Ken really topped the whole thing off. We are looking forward to our next trip in a couple of weeks and really hope to meet ken again when we're there. Thank you to Ken and The rest of the travel lodge staff for an amazing stay.

Having to go home and go back to work!

We are a group of mature ladies and occupied 4 rooms in this reasonably priced hotel. The Hotel is in a great location close to all the tourist spots. The staff are cheerful and friendly and the concierge Ken is a fount of local knowledge.. We ate dinner in on both nights, the food was good and comparably priced. The beds are super comfortable and the hotel quiet at night so we all slept soundly. The bathrooms are tiny but perfectly adequate and I liked the walk in shower. All rooms are accessible and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this vibrant city.

Easy to get to from connolly station. Reception staff were very nice proffessional and very accomodating. Comfy bed and everything you need in the room was there. Bar looked nice but we didn't have time to see what it was like as we were rushing to an engagement.

Night staff were quite rude. 11.55 pm arrived back at hotel key wouldn't open front door the guy was sitting inside on a chair facing the door watching! He Eventually opened the door... When we asked.if the bar was closed he said ask the manager and pointed to a guy on the desk ! He said Closed ! I asked could he recommend a late bar near by? He mumbled and pointed to the door ?? Absolutely no help whatsoever! Very rude and disappointing!
