The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The bar was a really nice and quiet spot to sit, read, and have a drink. I'd recommend the Aperol Spritz! The room was clean and comfortable, and while it was a little warm for me, the staff had no problem in bringing me a fan, which allowed me to sleep peacefully. The shower and bath were easy to use, and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. There were plenty of light sources and outlets in the room, and the TV was suitable to catch the news. After hours, the door staff were friendly while professional.
I'm from Ireland and have visited Dublin quite a bit, so I am used to its "rough charm", but the area around Busáras may seem a bit intimidating to those not used to Dublin or big cities in general. That said, there was a police station 30 seconds from the hotel entrance, and no one bothered me or caused any trouble while I stayed.

The location is great. It is quiet area, there is no party crowd around. It is walking distance to O'connel st, Temple Bar and attractions, very close to bus and train stations to quickly go out of town and get to the sea side. The staff is amazing, very friendly, welcoming and helpful, always in a good mood. We stayed in a twin room. The beds were comfortable, the room size was good and it was super clean.
We found the room was very basic. There was no AC, it was very warm and we could not open the window. There was no cupboard / wardrobe or drawers to put our clothes, only a few hangers. For a 5 night stay, it was not ideal. The room rates were very high for such a basic room. Double the price from usual, as there were lots of events in the city (Bruce Springsteen, Bryan Adams, Girls aloud, Europe football final )

Originally, we were planning to take the train from Belfast to the hotel, however the train was down so we took a bus. Both the bus drop off and train locations were very convenient. It was probably a five to seven short-block walk from the bus, plus taking the bus to the airport was super convenient since it picked up about one or two blocks away. Inside the hotel, it was pretty nice, though nothing all that special. The rooms were clean, comfortable and pretty quite for being in the middle of the city (our rooms didn't face the street). The restaurants had decent food and the staff were all very polite and helpful. I'd stay there again.
The hotel is in the heart of Dublin and the neighborhood was okay. Some homeless sleeping on the street nearby and there was litter around the entrance and outside plaza. Not the hotel's issues but it did feel a little sketchy outside. I wouldn't have felt safe walking around there at night alone.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The reception area is very bright and cheerful and our room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived at the Dublin Connolly train station and it was only a 4 minute walk to the hotel. As well as being close to the train station, there is a tram stop a minute from the front door of the hotel too. The hotel is within walking distance of the main shopping area and there are lots of eateries nearby.
Nothing. We loved staying here and would happily stay here again if we're ever in Dublin again.

the location was excellent for me as I arrived by train at Connelly Station (a few minutes walk away) to attend a concert at 3Arena and the Luas red line stops nearby.
The instructions for the safe are too generic. Standard operating instructions are only useful if all the safes are the same! The one fitted in room 305 could not be set using the instructions. Nelson, on reception, helped me as the reset button was not visible. I like a simple minimally processed cereal breakfast of wheat or oat biscuits (Weetabix) but these were not on the breakfast buffet (unlike the majority of hotels I have stayed in) The fruit and plain yoghurt were good.

The location was perfect, just across the water from the busy centre but everything was in walking distance. There were also many bus stops right outside the hotel. The staff were amazing, we arrived about half 11/12 and asked if we could check in early and the receptionist took the time to find us a room that was ready (absolute life saver as my bag was heavy haha). The cleaning staff also did a great job, the room and rest of the hotel was very clean and tidy. The room itself was perfect for us (a couple for 2 nights), great size with everything you need for a short stay. Unfortunately we didn’t get time to try any of the food or drink in the bar but enjoyed the tea and biscuits in our room! Overall, really great value for money as we only paid £120 for 2 nights which was the cheapest hotel I found in the centre.
The only little thing I’d say was that the mattress was very firm and very thin pillows but that’s also personal preference!

The room was beautiful, well-decorated and clean. The bed was very comfortable and warm. Fantastic bathroom. The staff at the reception were always friendly when I was coming in & out, as was the cleaning lady I met in the corridors, eager to help. The location is convient: several grocery stores a few minutes away and public transport nearby - I arrived by bus and left by train. The hotel is also walking distance to most of Dublin’s major attractions.
I knew when I booked the room that the area would be noisy: train tracks not far, pub next door, bus terminal across the way and the infamous Dublin seagulls. I was ready for it and I always travel with ear plugs and an eye mask (lots of light coming from the pub, just outside 2 of my windows). However, I slept soundly, and really enjoyed being in the center of town.

What an incredible stay! We planned a trip to Dublin to celebrate New Year’s Eve and ended up at this hotel in a bit of a panic after our previous accommodation canceled on us last minute. The Booking customer service recommended us this hotel and let’s say they did GREAT. From the moment we walked in, the staff were absolute stars. Robert the front desk manager, and his assistant Lucas were super understanding of our situation and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Robert let us check in early—at 11am instead of 2pm! And as if that wasn’t enough, he upgraded us to the most beautiful room! It was honestly the best surprise ever. The room was so elegant, spacious, and just perfect in every way. What a perfect way to initiate 2025 🎉🍾 Throughout our stay, we had the occasion to get to know other members of the staff better. Big shoutout to Deyse and Abdoull. They are the nicest people ever and going to the reception was like going to hang out with friends ! You guys always keep your happiness and your smile ! We had such a great time chatting and laughing with them, they really made us feel at home and we can clearly see that they do everything they can to make the trip memorable for the guests. We also thank Rocio that we haven’t seen that often, but was so nice to us anyway! We couldn’t be more grateful for their kindness and for turning our stressful start into an amazing experience. When we come back to Dublin, without any doubt—we’ll be staying here again. Big thanks to Robert, Lucas, Deyse, Abdoull and Rocio for everything! You guys are the best. Walkable to bars and shopping. Good location. Water pressure is great! Love the style of the hotel, with many hallways and creaking stairs. Feels more like a bed and breakfast than a full on hotel. Make no mistake though, this is a full on hotel! Dining and a bar are available downstairs.
Not super quiet at night, but if you bring earplugs you’ll be just fine. I slept without and managed. Also a little further from the sights of the city than I'd have preferred to be, but you can't beat the value you get for the price of this room.

My room was comfortable with plenty of hanging and storage space. There was a heater which was quite convenient to take the chill off the room although the hotel seemed quite warm generally. The bathroom had a shower over bath and was very clean and there was plenty of hot water.I ate in the bar several times and enjoyed all the meals.Breakfast had a good selection of options and was quite busy but well organised. All the staff I had contact with were very polite and knowledgeable.
The lift seemed a little slow so I walked up and down the stairs to the third floor as it was quicker. The hotel is situated in a location which is surrounded by traffic which can be quite exhausting, noisy and scary at times. All the surrounding buildings have grown up and around the hotel so it seems isolated but it is convenient for Connolly Train Station and Epic and Custom House. This is not the hotels fault.Dublins traffic is very heavy all the time.
