The hotel is an older beautiful building with modern amenities with very comfortable beds and well designed rooms.The morning breakfast was continental or full service ordered off the menu. Great items and selection and the coffee or tea pot was a nice addition. The heated towel bars along with robes made my wife very happy.

They could use a small shelf inside the glass shower so have a place for your soaps and razor. Bring a small mesh bag to hang your items. Problem solved.

It is a historic building with deep roots in the struggle for independence. I found it very appealing in its architecture and design features, and its location could not be better (the Abbey Theatre is a block away, vibrant O’Connell St around the corner, easy public transportation, Trinity College a few moments walking, as is EPIC museum - pedestrians from everywhere.) I doubt I will forget my stay at Wynn’s Hotel, as it was truly a unique experience. The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff - from the dining room, bar, to the front desk are outstanding in their hospitality, flexibility and helpfulness. The dinner was delicious! Lamb with a Guinness: what else could possibly be needed?? (The salad and vegetables were also quite tasty…)

If I’m gonna get picky, I would have liked better coffee with my breakfast, but then again, with a full Irish breakfast I probably should have had tea for the ‘true’ experience!

Right after taxi dropped me off, once I arrived in the room I discovered I had accidentally left my cell phone in the taxi cab. Desk clerk Neil took down my cell phone # and called repeatedly to my phone which, unfortunately, had the ringer turned to silent. Apparently the taxi driver noticed the buzzing of the phone and answered. He brought my phone to hotel the next day during breakfast. I was very impressed with Neil's diligence with this task.

The lock to my room 203 was difficult to get used to. The first day I could barely get in and then I was afraid I would not be able to get out.

Loved the breakfast. I really like a breakfast that you don't have to queue up for and Wynne's hits the spot for this. You are offered juice at your table by a waiter/waitress and your tea/coffee order is taken. There is a selection of cereals, fruit, yogurts, pastries, muffins, bread etc. But there is also a hit menu and everything from the hot menu was really appetising. I had smoked salmon & scrambled eggs and my friend had bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and scrambled eggs which was presented nicely and was really appetising. There was a lovely young man who was just delightful really pleasant and with a genuine smile. This was a fab place to have your breakfast - thank you 😊

The noise from the Luas, but you can't be held responsible for that!

Everyone raved on the breakfast and that is my most important meal- it was beyond my expectations. Staff were very accommodating to our dietary restrictions. Front desk staff we’re extremely helpful and customer oriented. They addressed our concerns promptly (loud street noise with the window open for vetalation.) wish I had said something sooner they were so great. I plan on staying here again. The location could not be beat.

The city center location and great view met the street noise was bothersome (window open since there is no AC and not really needed.) the shower was funny and would shut off after a minute and turning it on would be like a faucet easily spilling the shower pan.

We loved the staff. They were very professional, friendly and pleasant. The hotel is exceptionally well located. A very short walk from the bus stop that brings you to and from the airport and also right in the city centre. The room was very clean and there were plenty of options for breakfast. The bar/restaurant attached to the hotel is also very handy. The addition of tea/coffee making facilities and a refrigerator were great.

It was unseasonably hot on the days we went so this is unlikely to be an experience shared by most guests, however, it was very hot in the room. There was no air-conditioning or fan. Or, at least, the item in the room seemed to only function as a heater and we couldn't figure out how it worked if it did have a cooling capacity. For sure we should have asked about that but never got around to it. The shower was very bad. It made loud noises and it is a fixed overhead shower head that just isn't very easy to use especially if you're trying not to get your hair wet. There's no storage for items in the bathroom. They really need a shelf or rolling trolley.

The concierge Aoife was very kind and helpful. We appreciated being able to leave our room key with the front desk when we left for the day, they scheduled an early continental breakfast and taxi for us on our departure day. Additionally, when we weren't given any Herbal tea in our room but had coffee and black caffienated tea, Aoife brought a good selection to us from the breakfast room.

It was warm in the room, so we would have preferred to leave the windows open at night, but our room looked out over a stop for the electric street car route. It would have been too noisy if we left the windows open.

Lovely, historic hotel. We were only on an overnight trip to Dublin. The room was lovely with, what looked like a recently refurbished bathroom, which was spotless. The bar/lounge area was lovely and although we didn't have dinner as we were going out to meet our adult children in another Dublin restaurant, it did seem like a lot of people were dining in the hotel. the breakfast next morning was lovely. I had the traditional fry and my wife had a bowl of fruit and some tea and toast. the staff were very friendly and we will probably stay there again on our next trip to Dublin in December.

Happy welcoming staff, from the girls on reception to restaurant and bar staff in particular Florin and another man with glasses who served us dinner and was still working at midnight. The porters were also very helpful. We were made to feel at home. Delicious breakfast.

We were in the restaurant around 5:00 for dinner. We had a party of seven women squeezed into a corner table meant for 4/5 people, it meant we were squashed into our seats with one of the women practically sitting on top of us. We were blocked into our seats, we had to physically lift our table to get out. Also the waiter had to move one of the women to serve their food.. This shouldn't been allowed to happen and party should have properly seated. It ruined our dining experience.

The hotel is cozy old and uniquely cute. The room and its equipment are specific, but in keeping with the spirit of a hotel that is almost 200 years old. The location is truly fantastic - it can probably be called the center and therefore all the interesting and worth seeing places are reachable on foot in 15-20 minutes. The connection with the airport is perfect - the Dublin Express stop is a 10-minute walk away.

The internet connection in room 407 was very poor and intermittent. However, the connection in other rooms was probably good - I had to work in the corridor near the elevator - everything was fine there... :) It would have been nice to find an adapter for a European plug in the room. However, this is a rare case, probably in all hotels in Great Britain and Ireland.
