Very helpful staff and friendly too, great location near city centre, airport bus and train station

The property was in a great location. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much bother. We were allowed to check in 5 hours early for no extra charge: my partner proposed to me and the staff set up the room with petals and wine and chocolates and again did not charge extra. They were so pleasant throughout our stay: they recommended loads of things for us to do and places to see and eat: so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location with everything walkable (train station, tourist sites, conference venue, bus to airport); lovely staff; large comfortable apartment with well appointed kitchen; excellent shower; separately controllable bedroom temperature; really good breakfast in a very nice restaurant area; fast reliable wifi

Block is split into to 2 and the walk between them past the bins and deliveroo drivers smoking wasn't the greatest; even just a painted walkway would help (got stuck on one occasion between a bin and a delivery lorry)

Serg was so lovely he really made our stay! All staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were super cozy, I loved having the thermostat in both the bedroom and the living room. The coffee machine was such a lovely touch

It did say we'd have a city view but our view was just the hotel but we weren't too bothered by that, it's just something small!

The location was an easy walk to Trinity College, the Temple Bar area, Grafton Street, and the Epic Museum, and a slightly longer walk to Dublin Castle, Christ Church, and St. Patrick's Cathedral. There was a Tesco market next door. We loved having a kitchenette with sink, dishes, cutlery, refrigerator, and microwave, even though it was tiny. There was also a small table for 2.

The rooms are spread out over 2 buildings, so we had to go outside and through several doors to get to the reception and breakfast room. Breakfast cost extra and had no good options for gluten-free vegans, so I never tried it. My husband did, though, and found it adequate. I was glad to have a kitchenette, but it was tiny. The sink was so small that you had to hold a dish outside of it to wash it and you splattered water everywhere. The room was the smallest of the 3 hotels we stayed in in Ireland, but this may be typical for Dublin. We thought about doing laundry, but it would have cost 6 euros to wash and dry a load.

The staff were absolutely exceptional: all very nice people, extremely helpful and incredibly efficient with anything I have asked. The studio was very comfortable and allowed me to carry on what I needed to do. A Tesco Express nearby was a great thing to have despite being more expensive than other Tesco’s in the city (Parnell Str. or Jarvis Str. for instance) and the flat had every kitchen tool I needed to cook my meals. Moreover I was supplied cleaning products for daily maintenance, toilet paper, etc., which weren’t included in other similar accommodations elsewhere. The location worked just fine for my purposes (I wasn’t there as a tourist): O’Connell Str., Aidan Quay with many buses, Tara Str. with the LUAS allowed me to move around very quickly. The location also works well for tourist purposes (all main attractions are very close by walk), of course. All in all, I’d say it was very good value for money.

The kitchen sink was terribly narrow and unpractical: it was very difficult to wash pan, salad bowl and large plates (using the dishwasher on a regular basis didn’t make sense for obvious reasons). The kitchen counter wasn’t big enough to accommodate kettle, toaster and space to prepare a meal (something simple like a salad). The bathroom barely had a space to lay toiletries on it. The bed was ok but not as hard as I’d have liked it. The maintenance cleaning could have been more thorough.

I really liked the fact that the hotel offers food 24/7 and had a nice breakfast available every morning. The hotel is well-staffed. There are always a few people working between the front desk and the kitchen. The staff was incredibly nice and made our stay to feel very welcoming and comfortable. I also liked the room and the kitchen appliances (We stayed in a one bedroom apt). The location was superb, close to everything in a short walk (5 to 15 minutes). We used the laundry facility as well, which helped a lot. We stayed in the hotel for 9 nights on a couple of carry-ons only, so being able to do laundry was great. I loved the shower too!

It would be better to have more closet space in the apartment. There was just a one door closet and one space to hang coats. So, most of our staff stayed on the ground in the hallway. Another couple of closet doors would make the space perfect or a small dresser/shelves in the hallway, so we would be able to organize our clothes.

Great value aparthotel, very clean and practical. The apartments are really just hotel rooms with a small kitchenette, but they have everything you might need for your stay, whether short or long. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise during the night despite it being super well located at walking distance to the city centre. The staff were all really helpful and friendly, Nacho in particular gave us lots of tips for our stay and recommended great places to eat as well as giving us advice on how to get to certain key places. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

If I was to fault anything it would be the small selection of spirits at the bar. The coffee was also not great

After having a walk around, locating the property was even easier than when we first arrived. It's a good location and not far from lovely sites, enterainment, eateries and transportation. It meant we could relax and have piece and quite after a busy day site seeing and eating out.

The rooms lacked a little bit of storage for two people. There was no bedside tables and the wardrobe couldn't hold much hanging stuff as the pole was not deep enough making it difficult to get items hanging behind each other. Perhaps the pole hanging width way would have been better. Also, the light from the kitchenette was rather bright at night when we wanted to sleep. Because of how the twin beds were positioned, the light from the kitchenette was always in our face.

Loved the little kitchen in the room, super helpful for breakfast and snacks in the evening if we didn't want to go out. The staff were also really friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble for them. Max was especially chatty and always made an effort with us. We were also able to store our bags safely the day we were leaving as our flight was in the evening, so we could still enjoy the city for another day without carrying or worrying about our luggage.

There was one morning where our water didn't work and it turned out there was maintenance happening on our floor. It would've been useful to know this was happening ahead of time as it did delay us leaving in the morning.
