Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and attentive staff (regular fill-ups of coffee!) The location was good for walking or getting buses into the centre. Hotel set back from the road so minimal noise from traffic.

One side of the double bed had no bedside table and no lamp even though there was plenty of room for one. It was impossible to read in bed and there was nowhere to put a watch or phone or glasses except on the floor. Luckily there was also a single bed room which we didn't need except that it did have a bedside table and lamp so I slept in that instead of with my husband in the double bed.

Breakfast - superb. Staff - very helpful - location - suits us perfectly (stayed here before and plan to stay again at the end of July)

Just being nitpicky - and likely nothing you can do about it - the bathroooms: they LOOK beautiful but a few design issues when you actually come to use them - toilet roll holders where, as soon as you pull a sheet off the roll, the whole roll falls on the ground; nowhere to hang damp towels, etc. Some hooks on back of doors (I think there was a sort of peg but it doesn't - in fact - easily keep a towel on there) - jjust an example of design that looks good but isn't hugely functional - but as I say - nitpicky - everything else was great!

The staff at the hotel are fantastic, they go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast options were exceptionally good and being able to pick and choose from a great selection of food was lovely. We never left hungry. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The hotel's location is excellent to be able to walk into the city centre and also we had both of our stays in quiet parts of the hotel so that was lovely too. Shout out to the staff in general for being fantastic.

There are literally no hooks in the room to hang up towels when the towel rack is full already. The bathrooms could use an upgrade as could the closet spaces in terms of functionality.

It was beautiful and there wasent enough parking we took our car out once while we were staying and it charged us when we came back even though the reception did validate us and still was charged and then asked to pay €15 when we left for parking

there wasent enough parking we took our car out once while we were staying and it charged us when we came back even though the reception did validate us and still was charged and then asked to pay €15 when we left for parking … when we checked in I found the receptionist was rude like just not interested to be there but the others were lovely and helpful

Lobby Was very Fancy & Was able to check in early. room was big & clean & well maintained. The Bar area & food was good. The staff were great, very friendly & warm. the dining area was simply very fancy. with really good breakfast food. The decor of the place was very nice. Its was a lovely touch putting the chocs in the room with congratulation on the plate in chocolate as it was our 20th wedding aniversary.

The room at 290 per night was very over priced for what you actually got. And when i say over priced its double what was actually a expensive price anyway. but was booked due to its location which actuall turned out to be 20 minute walk to Dublin Centre. Someone that doesnt walk well this was not enjoyable. The view from the window was just roofs. The bar food was pricey as well. only had 1 pack of busciuts for 2 people staying. ( an argument insuded due to this detail )

Very huge and beautiful hotel with astonishing presence, professional and helpful staff, high quality of service and very close to strict center of Dublin. We had room number 293, very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom with shower and bathtub which is very pleasant. Whole room nicely equipped. Everything was perfectly arranged plus we had an electric kettle and a few glasses to make tea or coffee at the very beginning of day. Nearby great pub named M.O'Brien and store Spar.

For that high price we payed, no breakfast included and in my opinion it should be. If we want, we had to pay extra 15€ per person and day, so 30€ per two persons a day! That's a big disadvantage of that great hotel. Small thing but very important. Toilet flush housing was incorrectly mounted or damaged so flushing the toilet was very difficult. Limited toilet paper, one roll was left instead of two as judging by the amount of free space for the paper.

The room was spacious, clean. Bed very comfortable. The first night I was awoken very early by a snorer in the room above. The hotel changed my room and the second night was peaceful. Breakfast was excellent, prompt serving of tea/coffee on arrival in the breakfast room. Fresh fruit and nuts/seeds. I only had a continental breakfast, but it was excellent. In the bedroom, more teabags and milk were needed. However, Reception provided some fresh milk (not sachets) when I requested more. The second time I requested more, this was brought promptly to my room. Polite and helpful staff, each one. Location for central Dublin is excellent. Also, the availability of Aircoach to and from Dublin Airport is an excellent service, and very convenient.

Spotless Great check in and well staffed No issues Room great Breakfast fine After a recent stay at the disaster of a hotel that is the Clayton Hotel in Cardiff Lane this is a million times better . DEF stay here .

This is so minor...BUT....might be worth the hotel.to note How do you fill in the breakfast to room.order if no pen or pencil in the room? The hotbreakfast stations- why not just wrote at each station what us under each lid? Bar the beans and scrambled egg as its on the big serving spoons , guests have no idea what's under tge rest , so each guests open the lid all the way back *with a loud crash noise* let out the heat whilst deciding if they want sausage or pudding or hash brown etc ...then the next guests does the same ..then the next..then the next

The location of the hotel was excellent - easy walking to Grafton Street and Ranelagh The room was very comfortable and great selection of pillows to choose from, very well maintained and cleaned everyday. I did not choose to have the breakfast as it was quite expensive and I found a lovely cafe around the corner. The staff at the coffee station in reception were exceptional.

My only criticism would be the reception staff. English appeared to be their second language and I found they were annoyed if asked a question and then could not understand what I was saying, as I was there to attend to my Aunts funeral I found them very unsympathetic.

Front desk and bar staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and there was no noise in the corridor. Ample parking. It's walking distance from many cafes and restaurants for any meals outside hotel, the neighbourhood is as good as it gets in Dublin. There was no hassle at all in the experience, and the staff did all they could to make the experience pleasant. Buffalo Wings in the bar were just awesome.

One waiter was a bit slow, but still polite. Rooms not spacious, given it's not city centre. A little wear and tear evident.
