Facilities included Kitchen with upright stove, fridge and freezer, microwave and cooking equipment, also front loader washing machine and dryer so they were appreciated. I liked the large soft towels, the extra mirror in the bedroom, being able to open the windows for fresh air and the lift to get the luggage upstairs. We were able to walk to Tesco supermarket, and then the train station was 0.8 km.

The closest bus stop was drop off only, and I couldn't find a way to request a pick up. Getting into the shower required stepping into a high sided bath so that needs a grab handle or rail to get in and out, as only the towel rail to hold onto.

Tesco was just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped,we even baked cheese bread in the oven! The place felt incredibly homely and comfortable. The bed was really cozy, and everything was spotlessly clean. There was so much packed into the space.it was like an ocean in a jug! There was plenty of car parking available, and UCD was only a 15-minute walk. The room suite had almost everything we needed.Microwave oven,oven,washing machine,refrigerator, cookware etc.it truly felt like a complete home. We absolutely loved it!

Check in time was 3PM and check out time was 11 AM.

We really enjoyed the facilities, as salt, coffee, cooking oil and pepper were provided. The apartment had all the commodities for us to stay in for 3 days. It has also a washing and dry machine, although we didn't really understand the drying part of it 😅. The bed is really comfortable as well. We loved the fact that we had free parking inside the property. It made us feel secure. We talked with 2 different staff members and they were really nice and polite. Shoutout to Mel which was really amazing! Thank you for the hospitality.

This may be a personal preference, but our room was really hot (even stuffy) at night. The door on the bathroom leading directly to the hallway made me uncertain at first, but then we saw that only we could open it, so it was fine.

The clean and comfortable room, beautiful decor comfy beds, and pillows. The washer and dryer came handy. The wrap around balcony was the best . It gave each family member the opportunity to have a quiet and private time viewing the city and sunset from the top. The kitchen had utensils you need for cooking and was nice and spacious too. Tesco stores were down the road from the apartment, and there was a bustop to access the city or back to the airport close to the house.

The elevator broke down once why we were there, but it was fixed the next day

Very convenient for St Vincent’s Hospital (6 min walk). Easy 5 min walk to Tesco and shops. Lots of (free) parking on side. Check in was polite but not overly friendly with poor explanation for how to reach the penthouse apartment. 4 adults is do-able but a relatively tight fit. Very nice bathroom and very clean.

The penthouse has a large wrap around balcony which needs some TLC. The lift/elevator opens right into the living room - the downfall of this is when anyone else uses the lift you can hear it clanking and turning on all evening which is just a bizarre “feature”. This can’t be heard from the bedrooms thankfully.

The entire experience was easy, the staff were accommodating, friendly and kind. The apartment itself was comfy, affordable and it was a pleasure to stay here with my 2 friends. We had a studio apartment with a double bed and a pull out couch. It was perfect for the amount of time spent in the apartment and had everything needed for a longer stay. We went to a concert in the 3 arena. For those interested, it cost approximately e50 for 2 taxis in and home from 3 arena. For 3 of us, it still worked out about E30 cheaper each, then staying closer to the 3 arena or city centre. I would definitely go back

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at Broc House Suites. We were there for 3 weeks and lived there as part of our relocation to Ireland, while we were looking foe permanent accommodation. The apartment is spacious, yet cozy. Wonderful fitted out kitchen. There was a lot of storage space in the apartment. We were really comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom was also just what we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted in every way they could. I would really recommend this property to anyone!

The location was a little difficult to get to; it was a 20 minute bus plus 10 minutes walking from the Dublin city center. The building was easy to access. The apartment was very clean and put together very nicely. It had everything we needed. The beds were mostly comfortable, the sofa bed could have been better but, it was a sofa bed.

The driveway needs more lighting especially at night. Some of the people I was with were just cautious walking out at night. The elevator needs to be fixed. Any place that accommodates people needs to have a properly working elevator.

Apartment was a large size with separate bedroom to main room. Modern decor. Good value, and we were happy with the washing machine and dryer as we are on a long holiday. Also has small lift for suitcases.

Location was fine for us as we have a car. Would not be as ideal if no vehicle. We also had problems with connectivity prior to arriving, and did not receive the instructions to access the apartment as they are only on site until 20.00. We did get in because of a nice tenant who let us in.

We booked this accomodation as we were going to an event near by. It is right beside St.Vincents hospital and there is a little shopping centre with a large tesco 5min walk away. Secure parking and plenty of it. Staff were warm and friendly, check in was easy. We booked a studio apartment, it had everything we needed for 1 night stay.Fully equiped kitchen area, large fridge. Bed was comfy, it was very warm in the night so the plug in fan was a welcome addition, helped fall back to sleep. Shower was decent size but power in shower wasnt great. Toiletries provided if needed. I would stay here again if needed to be in that area again.
