Central. Fairly close to city centre by bus. Right on major bus route. Close to excellent cafe and pubs.

The laundry facilities. The dryer kept cutting out & made other travellers/guests annoyed as their wash was too wet so the dryer wouldn’t complete a cycle. I asked the man on the night counter to help, he was good & explained about clothes being too wet. But there are no notices explaining that the wash spin cycle needs to be changed to high to extract more water so that the dryer can complete its cycle effectively. I’m mentioning this because one traveller became quite angry when her drying time kept stopping. When checking in this could be explained easily & avoid the confrontation I was faced with while trying to resolve the problem. Other than that our stay was excellent thank you.

It was a very nice facility. The gentleman at the front desk for the evening/overnight shift was friendly and very helpful. There is a bus stop right in front of the property when you are returning from the city centre and about a 3 minute walk down the street on the opposite side to catch the bus to go into the city. You can purchase a bus pass down the street at the Spar store, which we did. This made it easy to use public transportion without having to carry around change for the bus.

It was a little far if you plan on walking to get places. If you are taking a day tour or visiting anything past the Temple Bar area, it will be a 50 minute walk from the property. Be sure to plan time accordingly or use the bus.

So we actually ended up having to switch rooms due to unforeseen circumstances but the room was still lovely and the staff were really thankful we could move rooms to accommodate other guests. Facilities in the room excellent. Oven and big fridge. Air con was good too.

There were some very annoying noises during the night which I think may have been the Aircon but then even when I turned the air con off I could still hear it. Luckily I had earplugs with me because I wouldnt have slept otherwise

A few kms from the heart of Dublin, easily accessible by multiple buses or local train. The train was an incentive to explore the excellent coastal trail running south. The large studio room was immaculately presented and had a view of the internal gardens. Everything worked from the outset. The staff were informative and the facilities, including an on-site laundry, all worked. Local shops, cafes and restaurants were a 5 minute walk.

There should be an automatic room servicing after 4 or more consecutive nights.

Reception was able to accommodate an early check in. We went to simply drop our bags off as they hotel is able to store luggage and we were very early before check in but upon arrival the room was ready and we were able to settle our stuff into the room before we went out. Room was very clean with a mini fridge and quite spacious. Bed was very comfortable.

There was a slight issue with accessing our room one evening as the door key card scanner was not working. However staff handled it well and were able to resolve the issue that evening.

Spotless, large studio. Good kitchen facilities. Nice linen. Powerful shower and comfortable bed. Very minor issue with the hot plate tripping the electrics because of faulty adaptor, but this was rectified immediately by reception team who were very friendly and efficient. Room included Netflix and youtube on the smart TV. Reception offers complimentary tea/coffee or arrival or in the morning. You also have these facilities in your rooms along with complimentary water. I thought this was a very nice touch.

Parking is €12 per night which is pricey but understandable as it’s limited and on street parking in area is lacking. I’d recommend booking parking in advance. I was lucky to secure the last spot so late in the afternoon.

Perfect location for me, across road from RDS. Lovely big apartment style room, small kitchenette with lounge area, large super king bed and a large bathroom with walk in shower. Only one thing could be better, another mirror, in an accessible place. There's one in the bathroom.which of course has no plugs for hair straighteners, then a long narrow mirror on the Inside of the wardrobe door, which is semi unusable because the other door doesn't open right out. The plug socket wasn't near enough for the lead on my straighteners.

Our apartment was very comfortable, equipped, clean and bright. The entire facility is very well maintained, with friendly staff. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Prices in Dublin are significantly higher than in other European capitals we visited. Compared to the prices of apartments in the city center, this one is affordable, especially because it is spacious and very comfortable. But generally speaking, the price is high. The facility is quite far from the city center, but convenient public transportation is available. The bus station is very close to the hotel, but the buses are not frequent, so you should check the timetable before departure.

This property suited our family’s needs very well. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and modern. The hotel has easily accessible bus route right into the centre of town. But the main distinguishing feature of this accommodation compared to our other stays throughout our travels were the reception staff. They were all very pleasant, accommodating and helpful.

Some of the fabric items were quite stained but otherwise everything was great.

The room was great for my family of four, finished to an excellent standard, lovely skylight windows with blackout blinds, bathroom/shower was very good and the kitchen facilities were very helpful to have including coffee machine. In terms of location it was very handy for driving to city centre (sub 10 minutes) or surrounding areas and also on a bus route. Local shop and pub/restaurants also available.

Car park was fully booked for my first night (so make sure you book in advance) and although there was on street parking available it was a pay and display zone from 7am to midnight with a max stay of three hours so involved a bit of juggling. Thankfully was able to get booked into the car park the remainder of our stay and that was good. Don't let this put you off, just a warning to pre-book the car park.
