The location and it was very clean and comfortable
Did not know about the deposit before we arrived it was no problem but maybe send an email or ring to let people know they will need to bring extra money

Very good location, 3Arena and Aviva Stadium are just in walking distance. The Centre & Trinity Colledge you can get just in 40 min easy walking. 24h Reception, very nice staff; drinking water, towels, etc. hotel renews every day. Hotel offers shuttles and taxi service, good parking facilities. The same recommend to have a lunch in a restaurant.
Dust under the bed, dust on AC control panel, be careful during the breakfast - found a piece of a foil or smith like metal looking in a scrambled egg. Luckily, this was our last morning in the hotel. Coffee ordered at the bar is much tasty than served on breakfast.

Second time staying at the Sandymount this year and staff are really professional and friendly. Rooms and communal areas are clean and comfortable. The bar is reasonably priced and again the staff are great. Free parking is brilliant and the location is perfect for either getting into Dublin or exploring further afield
Breakfast is very good but I feel it is expensive. We weren't sure if we wanted breakfast at check-in and had to pay €21 each. The lift was out of order when we arrived but was quickly fixed so it wasn't a big problem until I got stuck in the lift with two other gentlemen. One of the other gentlemen was elderly and disabled and it got very hot in the lift so it became quite a concern. Not a nice experience at all. Saying that this won't stop me returning to the Sandymount next time we're visiting family.

# very nice reception and greeting staff. # Nice areas set out around the reception to relax. Nice chilled fragrant water at reception -simple idea but nice upon arrival. # complimentary shaving and hygienic products in the room. Excellent shower. # Nice rooms, with comfortable beds, kettle, safe. # free car park. # Nice pleasant calm atmosphere around the hotel.
# received multiple mails from the hotel regarding car parking space limitation due to a match. I wasn't sure so I ended up coming to the hotel extra early in case I couldn't get a slot. In the end, there was no issue. I didn't know what I was going to do if I didn't get a space. # Breakfast was 20 Euro each I believe so didn't avail of that. # Bar and restaurant slightly expensive. # the Dart is located next to the hotel but it was down for the weekend for engineering works (obviously outside hotels control) but we found it super hard to get a taxi out if Dublin.

It is warm, welcoming and situated in the most beautiful surroundings. Calm, quiet, 5 minutes from the dart. 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Sandymount village. Across the road from the Aviva stadium. The rooms are spotless, the beds very comfortable. The hotel is very peaceful. The staff are accommodating, welcoming and plentiful. Food is outstanding. Many gorgeous areas to rest and relax, inside and outside. Fabulous gardens. In my opinion this hotel perfection. We will most certainly stay again and would recommend without a moments hesitation. I’m physically disabled, the hotel is well laid out and easily accessible everywhere.

The bathrooms where lovely. Everything was provided and towels were readily available when needed. There was a good amount of storage space for cases and bags. The beds were one of the comfiest I have stayed in and the room stayed warm through the night. Surprisingly didn't hear the lift operating at all during the night even though we were right next to it. Very welcoming staff, even when there was an issue, it was resolved very quickly. Outside seating was wonderful and we enjoyed sitting out there most nights of our stay.
When we booked two rooms, I assumed that both would be of a similar size given the price was exactly the same. However, On arrival, One of the rooms was nearly double the size of the other. I realize this could have been due to my request of having the rooms beside each other but this was never brought to my attention. It wasn't a huge issue but would have been nice to know in advance! Our room was also right next to the lift so people tend to stand outside and have conversations in the early hours but this isn't so much on the hotel as it is the guests, Maybe a sign up to ask people not to as the sound carries on the lower floor. There was also some rubbish left in our room, mostly bits of paper so nothing bad!

The property is located in a great spot not to far from the city centre. Train station about 3 minute walk away to get into city centre and trains are every 10 minutes or so and with it only being 8 euro return for to adults was a great bonus, definitely will be booking here again when visiting Dublin
All staff members were so friendly and welcoming from the moment we landed till the day we left,Rooms were very clean and comfortable, food in the bar was next to amazing and couldn’t fault the breakfast in the mornings, all food was lovely and warm

Everything was absolutely fantastic! I was coming for an interview and my interview was re scheduled on the very last minute. Big thanks to the kind lady in customer service who rebooked me free of charge. I highly appreciated this genuine care and consideration for my circumstances. Other than that, the hotel is easy to find, very clean and modern. They even stored my bags for a couple of hours after I checked out. Such a good value for money. Many thanks for everything!
Everything was perfect perhaps the breakfast price could have been slightly cheaper but I guess its a normal Dublin price.

Room was modern although small. Newly refurbished. Location was good. Easy access to train station
Staff were not very friendly although not too unfriendly. They did not engage in conversation. Yes no answers. The iron in the room had a loose plug, the hairdryer had exposed wires(all reported to the receptionist. There were no face cloths or shower caps in the bathroom. The corridors were difficult to navigate. Took some getting used to. The bar did not have the drink we wanted even though it was on their drinks menu. Could not enjoy meal times due to there being a big group ( USA hockey team) making a lot of noise. Not fault of hotel but would have been nice if staff could tell them to respect other guests who do not appreciate the noise.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It is about a 5-minute walk to a train station, had a very spacious and comfortable room (with actual shower pressure) and a breakfast buffet to die for. Every morning, the cleaners would leave new bottles of water and fresh towels even though we did not need them. The front lobby staff were also extremely helpful and had great tips on what to see and do.
The bathroom was tiny, about as narrow as one person wide, I kept knocking my elbows on the walls. It's small size also meant that there was no toilet roll holder, leaving the only place to put the toilet paper was on the toilet tank.
