The location and it was very clean and comfortable

Did not know about the deposit before we arrived it was no problem but maybe send an email or ring to let people know they will need to bring extra money

It is warm, welcoming and situated in the most beautiful surroundings. Calm, quiet, 5 minutes from the dart. 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Sandymount village. Across the road from the Aviva stadium. The rooms are spotless, the beds very comfortable. The hotel is very peaceful. The staff are accommodating, welcoming and plentiful. Food is outstanding. Many gorgeous areas to rest and relax, inside and outside. Fabulous gardens. In my opinion this hotel perfection. We will most certainly stay again and would recommend without a moments hesitation. I’m physically disabled, the hotel is well laid out and easily accessible everywhere.

The bathrooms where lovely. Everything was provided and towels were readily available when needed. There was a good amount of storage space for cases and bags. The beds were one of the comfiest I have stayed in and the room stayed warm through the night. Surprisingly didn't hear the lift operating at all during the night even though we were right next to it. Very welcoming staff, even when there was an issue, it was resolved very quickly. Outside seating was wonderful and we enjoyed sitting out there most nights of our stay.

When we booked two rooms, I assumed that both would be of a similar size given the price was exactly the same. However, On arrival, One of the rooms was nearly double the size of the other. I realize this could have been due to my request of having the rooms beside each other but this was never brought to my attention. It wasn't a huge issue but would have been nice to know in advance! Our room was also right next to the lift so people tend to stand outside and have conversations in the early hours but this isn't so much on the hotel as it is the guests, Maybe a sign up to ask people not to as the sound carries on the lower floor. There was also some rubbish left in our room, mostly bits of paper so nothing bad!

Everything was absolutely fantastic! I was coming for an interview and my interview was re scheduled on the very last minute. Big thanks to the kind lady in customer service who rebooked me free of charge. I highly appreciated this genuine care and consideration for my circumstances. Other than that, the hotel is easy to find, very clean and modern. They even stored my bags for a couple of hours after I checked out. Such a good value for money. Many thanks for everything!

Everything was perfect perhaps the breakfast price could have been slightly cheaper but I guess its a normal Dublin price.

Room was modern although small. Newly refurbished. Location was good. Easy access to train station

Staff were not very friendly although not too unfriendly. They did not engage in conversation. Yes no answers. The iron in the room had a loose plug, the hairdryer had exposed wires(all reported to the receptionist. There were no face cloths or shower caps in the bathroom. The corridors were difficult to navigate. Took some getting used to. The bar did not have the drink we wanted even though it was on their drinks menu. Could not enjoy meal times due to there being a big group ( USA hockey team) making a lot of noise. Not fault of hotel but would have been nice if staff could tell them to respect other guests who do not appreciate the noise.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It is about a 5-minute walk to a train station, had a very spacious and comfortable room (with actual shower pressure) and a breakfast buffet to die for. Every morning, the cleaners would leave new bottles of water and fresh towels even though we did not need them. The front lobby staff were also extremely helpful and had great tips on what to see and do.

The bathroom was tiny, about as narrow as one person wide, I kept knocking my elbows on the walls. It's small size also meant that there was no toilet roll holder, leaving the only place to put the toilet paper was on the toilet tank.

We really loved and enjoyed our stay! Cozy and modern, clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Great connection to the dart, we even walked to the city center a couple of times which was a nice 30 minute morning stroll. Would definitely book this hotel again!

Our standard bedroom had soap, shower gel and shampoo - the only thing I missed were the typical conditioner and body lotion that most four star hotels provide in their bathrooms, but it was not a big deal. Who knows maybe they would’ve even had some if I had asked at the reception. I would also like to add that swapping out towels daily is a great service but bad for the environment - maybe adapt to a similar system many other hotels practice like towels on the floor for “please swap them” and towels hanging for “I’d like to keep using them”. Everything else was fantastic.

The room was lovely, comfy bed and all the facilities you would need. Gorgeous bathroom with great facilities also. We were attending a game in the aviva stadium so the location was ideal for us. Parking in the hotel was no issue and all of the staff were very accommodating.

Walls and ceilings seem to be very thin so it can be quite noisey when sleeping. We had to make a noise complaint in the middle of the night due to a group that were being very loud in one of the rooms near our room. Thankfully a staff member addressed the issue but we had a few hours of interrupted sleep.

From the moment we got there, we were greeted with a smile. Bren showed us to the carpark after a quick chat. Alex booked us in quickly and efficiently. The room was cosy but had everything you would expect. Toilet and shower were spotless. Bonus point for the tv remote working! Later in the evening, John tended the bar with ease and took the time for a story and a smile. He had a wealth of knowledge and a great personality. As it got later, we were able to secure a food delivery. Joao and Elandro at the front of house looked after us here - even securing some cutlery and plates. The hotel is in a perfect location with plenty to see about, but for the time you're in the hotel - the amazing staff have you covered! Apologies if I missed some names but I want to wish you all a Happy Holidays. We can't wait to come back!

Honestly, i can't pick out one thing.

I liked the intimacy of the hotel and the decor. The staff were attentive and friendly. These things do make guests feel more comfortable. The restaurant is excellent! We had the best and biggest burgers, ever! The bar is also very nice. The hotel has great amenities and is very well situated.

I think the breakfast offering could be varied. It was the same each day. The pillows were flat and a bit hard and made my neck hurt. However, Olga was very kind and got me a softer alternative. It would be great to have softer, fluffier pillows. The carpet in the room was thick, which is nice, but I wondered if it trapped dust. My daughter has dust allergy and would sneeze and sniffle all night in the room, but once out, she was fine.
