Everything was amazing!! We stayed one night at this hotel so we wanted to use everything the hotel had to offer and it exceeded expectations. -We when we booked we asked for a special requests and it was acknowledge and delivered. -Our room was spacious, modern and clean with floor to calling windows and fully equipped. -For a quick one night stay you could enjoy all the amenities hotel has to offer. Leisure centre(Thermal pool,Sauna,Steam room). Two restaurants:The food from Elephant and Castle was delicious and a nice speciality coffee shop all on site which we got the early next morning and brought back to the room.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. The only thing I would say is that it’s about 25-25 minutes walk from Dublin City centre, but not bad at all the walk is lovely and accessible by public transport too.And not many hotels with the views of the modern buildings in the business district and he high standards amenities that this hotel has. Would definitely stay again and recommend !!

From walking into reception, professional and friendly front of house, smooth check in. The hotel was such a wee surprise of trendy vibes, clean and homely feel. Facilities are excellent with gorgeous outdoor pool in a courtyard setting, along with sauna & stream rooms, sun loungers..cozy Irish pub, which you can access from the outside street and internally from the hotel, outdoor area very well kept, outside patio tables had wool blankets & overhead heating lamps, great attention to detail and residents comfort. When we booked our room online the restaurant didn't have availability, however at check-in the reception colleague asked if we had dinner plans and then set about booking us into the main restaurant, at exactly the time we wanted, super helpful and food was 5 Stars ⭐..one of the best Steaks we've had. Menu choices for food & drinks covered all bases and all tastes, again great variety. Breakfast in the Raleigh Rooftop was amazing, staff were attentive and you can watch the chefs at work..also great coffee, for the morning after pick-me up 💖..the views from the rooftop are amazing over the Docks area, fabulous office blocks and architecture..we could have sat all day watching the views. Room was spacious, very quiet at night, we stayed in room 104. Mattress was so comfy & soft..but the highlight was the waterfall shower, not going to lie, best shower we've had in a hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Overall definitely check this hotel out for value for money, location, great food & drinks. We've stayed in the Gibson and the Beckett, both great hotels for concerts at 3arena, but by far this is our now favourite hotel and will book the Mayson for all return trips to Dublin. Looking forward to our next stay ✨💖

Nothing.. everything was fantastic, 5 star ⭐

A really lovely property, such a nice boutique type hotel with such a nice vibe in the whole hotel. Lobby area was super nice, coffee shop in the lobby and the first of the restaurants downstairs, we dined there on a Saturday night they managed to fit us in even though it was fully booked. Super lovely food. Second restaurant on 6th floor had a look at the restaurant didn’t dine, looked lovely. A Irish style bar was attached to the hotel which was lovely. Room was gorgeous, had a smeg fringe in the room filled with all sorts of goodies, only downside was no wardrobe or space to store clothes/bags. The pool/sauna/steam room was incredible, such a lovely place made me think I was abroad somewhere on holiday. Would recommend the hotel to anyone!!

No wardrobe in the room, but I fail to see were they would actually put a wardrobe in the rooms so I understand why

The design is excellent, all the way down to the Minecraft cow flooring. The staff that we interacted were very friendly and helpful.

I think there may have been too much focus on design over functionality. I like to empty my suitcase into wardrobes/drawers , however short the stay. There were some hooks on the wall with some coat hangers but that was it. In the bathroom the towelettes were perched on the side of the sink. I think for anyone visiting the offices near by it’s a great location but it was a little further from the city centre than I would have liked - however that is on me as the hotel hadn't moved since I booked it!

everything , the only thing is rooms are really not spacious hard to walk around the room if your staying with another person

everything is perfect apart misleading information on the mayson website about parking rates and car parks be careful people as if your staying couple of days you will get a big bill at the end.. it says that it’s €16 a night at the park square village if we stay in mayson which isn’t true the rate is €35! I emailed mayson to take this false information down! as it’s so unfair on people that’s really the only thing that really annoyed me and the receptionist wasn’t one bit helpful in relation to this issue

The hotel location is great. Food is delicious. Good facilities.

This was our third stay with The Mayson, and unfortunately, we noticed a lot of wear and tear, especially in the room. The room was cleaned, but the tiles looked in a certain way that you would think twice about walking barefoot. The windows closed, but it took three people to close them. The coffee machine is there, but it will need to be changed shortly. The conclusion: the price tag remained the same, but the quality has fallen.

We were going to the 3Arena so the location was perfect for that. It was a bit out of town but it suited our purposes. Handy for the dock area too. The breakfast was extra but it was superb. Cooked to order from a menu and it was very nicely prepared! The vibe of the hotel is quite cool with modern/industrial touches in the rooms and corridors. We probably indicated our ages when booking (63 ish) and they put us in a room with grab handles and a wheelchair accessible shower! Maybe one day we will need that but not right now. Thanks anyway! :)

The corridors were a bit dark and there were a couple of maintenance issues in our room. My reading light was a bit saggy and it's a pity some of the marble tops in the room had water marks but no big deal really. I would book again.

The staff were very friendly. The chicken wings were excellent. My main course of fish and chips were awesome too. The bar was cool as was the whole hotel really.

The breakfast. It was the best part of 20 euros for the full irish. The mushroom was half a mushroom, so we got 1 full 1 between us. It was also cold. The beans were not to my liking. There was only 1 sausage, and considering the price was a bit mean, there should be at least 2 per breakfast. The tomato was only cooked on the top and not the bottom of it. Again, considering the price of it, I would have to say it was substandard, and I definitely would not get it again.

The hotel is beautiful, just like the pictures. The staff was helpful and kind. The sauna/spa was a great touch after a day walking around the city.

There was a wedding taking place on the lower level, and unfortunately, we could hear everything from our room. The metal beam near the bed seemed to amplify the noise, which made it quite disruptive at first. However, when we called reception, they were extremely helpful and quickly arranged a new room for us that was perfectly quiet. Thanks to their prompt and friendly service, we ended up having a great experience and a restful night’s sleep.

The location was perfect for me as I was attending a conference just down the road. It is a bit further out for the ton centre but this didn't affect me. The gym and wellness area was amazing and I just wished I had more free time to have visited it more often.

There was some construction work going on over the road which started early and one on quite late but this was completely outside the control of the hotel. The rooms are on the small side. I was staying alone so it was OK for me but I would imagine a couple would find the room a bit tight for space.
