The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. Our room was very clean and well-equipped (it even had a yoga mat). The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and accessories for our stay (including some spices and dishwasher detergent). The bathroom was clean and very nice as well. The bed was comfortable, and it was very easy to control the room’s temperature. The location was excellent, with a metro station right next to the hotel. However, we only used it once since walking to the tourist attractions was pleasant and manageable. There are also a few supermarkets nearby, which made it convenient to buy groceries. The hotel also has a café and several workspaces in common areas, equipped with power outlets and USB/USB-C ports. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and I was happy to learn they have locations in other European cities. It’s undoubtedly a great option for trips.

I was a bit disappointed with the overhead shower—it didn’t have as much pressure as I expected (but nothing that ruined the experience).

Location is great, tram stop right in front, airport bus stop 100 m away, super market 100 m away. Becket Locket has a modern vibe and the staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Important: there are hugely different rooms within the same category; we suggest to stay on as high a floor as possible with a view to the south or east, other rooms are dark; the rooms in the middle of each side are a bit larger than those close to corners. Good, functional kitchen and in-room laundry facilities.

Really great location, roomy bathrooms, super helpful staff, convenient location. Very clean, had all we needed. Small coffee shop open until three, lots of outlets in the public area. Smooth clean elevators.

One bedroom had ZERO storage, not even a bedside table. So that person had to put everything in the closet in the living area. It was odd, especially as bathrooms are bigger than they need to be. The disinfectant/fragrance in the lobby/public area was very chemical and burned my eyes and nose. 20% of the population has fragrance sensitivity, there has got to be a less awful alternative.

Location was perfect for attending our event at the Dublin Convention Centre. Loved the downstairs café & student area & the quiet atmosphere. Also liked our bathroom with hot towel rails, & the kitchenette with appliances including washer/dryer. Shops were very close and handy. Staff were lovely, always pleasant & helpful. And the young man in the café knew how to make decent coffee!

The studio room was quite compact, but had what we needed. I down-rated the value-for-money as on first booking, (on booking.com) after we had our original price, it went up substantially. Taxed to the max I believe, but not impressed.

There seems to be a focus on accessibility (actually Dublin in general has quite a few places where this is a thing). Though I don't need that, I appreciate it. However, where the door towards the staircase is automatic, the one towards the lifts is not. So definitely some ground to improve there. As for the room itself, well, it was pretty much a whole apartment. Full fitted kitchen and all, with separate bedroom. In fact, about the size of a small apartment you'd live in. The location, "the Point" was perfect. Easy access to trams right in front of the hotel (get a leap visitor card when you arrive at the airport, huge cost saver!) The 3Arena is right next door, which is good as we had an event there. You can oretty much ho anywhere from here!

The apartment has everything you need. A small kitchen, washing machine, comfy bed, and very fast internet connection. Luas (tram) is just right across the building so it was really easy to go around Dublin using the Luas. Convenience stores are also located strategically near to Beckett Locke.

The room is not noise-proof. You can hear people talking and walking outside your room in the middle of the night. The host even sent me a message that a guest was complaining about a noise coming from my room when I am alone and I am fast asleep and it was impossible for me to make noises. The ceiling of the room has stains.

An excellent place for a work visit: although ours was a family trip, I did have a few meetings online. The building and the rooms are clean and very well-appointed. The bathrooms and kitchen were great. The co-working space is well-equipped and comfortable. An excellent breakfast and coffee are available for reasonable prices given the Dublin environment. The tram takes you along the north bank of the river and you can then walk easily into city center. The Dunne's shop nearby has good groceries, and you can order in any time easily.

These are small quibbles: the sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable, which made for a not-so-satisfying lounge area. To throw your trash, the instructions in the room say something like: 'come tell us when your trash is full'. When I went to reception, I was told to take it to level 1. When you get to level 1, there are no directions to the trash room. They could either have housekeeping deal with it, or put signs to the trash room.

Very clean, very modern, just an all around great vibe about the place. It’s great to have your own spot where you can cook if you want to, or do a load of laundry if you travel light. Bus and LUAS (the tram) stops right outside the building making it simple to get into the heart of Dublin from the North Wall, so buy a Leap Visitor Card for your trip, because otherwise it can be a fair hike being located right by the harbour.

The only “complaint” is that the sockets for the phone charger are located a fair distance away from the bed for someone who uses podcasts to help them sleep. Other than that the place is perfect.

The staff!!! Sofie Eva Mired Airton I had just arrived after travelling from the USA (moving here) and my dog got taken away from me at the border due to paperwork issues. It was the worst day of my life and Sofie and Mired made it better by their warm welcome and kindness. I will never forget it! Everyone was great- Others I didn’t get their names- were responsive when I had questions on how things worked in the unit. The room was perfect for me as a solo person who’s just moved to Dublin and working in office near hotel. Great location next to Lúas stop and Dunnes (best grocery store ever!)

I stayed for two weeks and only received a hotel clean once a week, for a hotel I was expecting more often.

Building is relatively modern. I got a mini-apartment with a kitchen/living room and a separate bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the venue is not noisy, in spite of the construction site in front — very good sound insulation. Staff is very friendly.

#1 gripe: there's a fully-fitted kitchen, but you can't open any windows! It's impossible to get some clean air again into the living room after cooking. (There's an extractor above the hob, sure, but it can't do much, even at full power.) Construction quality is questionable in some details (e.g. the toilet paper support cannot stand straight, same for some of the hinges that hold the pantry doors, or light switches), but that doesn't really detract too much from the experience.
