Handy enough to get into town and the airport. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus!

It was a sunny day and when I got to the room it was like a sauna. No air con obviously and the window only opened a tiny amount, a fan would have been handy. It was impossible to stay in the room until it got cooler that evening after 9pm.

Breakfast was included in the price. Towels were provided and changed daily. Beds and room cleaned daily. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Although we were given bus numbers and timetables by staff, buses were very unpredictable. Also there is what looks like a bus stop about 200 yards from student accommodation. We waited there for ages until someone told us that isn’t actually a bus stop! We had a girl next door to us who told us off for coming in after 10pm and being noisy on a Friday night! Meanwhile, other students were drunk and loud some nights outside our window.

Even though the accommodation was farther from the city centre, thanks to the campus facilities we had access to basically anything we needed - a shop with necessities, a pharmacy, a bar, as well as a beatiful park were all nearby. The staff was very helpful, kind and friendly. The rooms vere modestly equipped but always clean and comfortable. The breakfast options offered were fair to the price and delicious, there was never any problem. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay here again!

The only “disadvantage” was the location, but we had no trouble getting to the city centre by public transport once we got our Visitor’s Leap Card. This way we got a chance to see more of the city :))

I didnt get to take advantage of it as much as I would have liked, but really appreciated the free breakfast and other amenities. Since it's on a campus, there is access to a store, dining hall, laundry room. As a solo traveler I felt safe. Also, very easy to get to downtown dublin and to the airport via bus. The rooms are a great size and the ensuite bathrooms are convenient. Plenty of space for a solo traveler. Would stay there again in a heartbeat

The walk to the bus was annoying but certainly not a deal breaker. Make sure to pack some utensils since the kitchen in the dorm doesn't always have them. Or at least get them from the restaurant when you order take away.

I liked that it was pretty close to the airport. I just needed a place to spend the night before my flight out in the morning. So it was a good place to stay as it wasn't very far! I also liked that there was a place on campus to get food. That made it convenient after traveling to not have to worry about what to get to eat.

Being on a campus of course it was pretty noisy. People on my floor kept slamming their doors and people were out pretty late in the evening. And the room was hot and the lights in the bathroom didn't work :/ But since I was only there for a night it was ok. Just would have been a problem if I was staying longer.

Location was good a bus to the centre within 300 m - 2euros. Journey about 25 mins. But get a Leap Card, the journey is cheaper by around 10% Breakfast was excellent, a wide choice of hot and cold dishes Room was what we expected for student accomodation - a litle bear and basic. but very clean . But I've paid double the amount for much worse hotels in Dublin city centre. We did not envisage spending much time in the accomodation so this ws ideal - clean and convenient , with evrything you needed except for cutlery and crockery!!! For the very competetive price ( compared to city centre hotels) we paid , my daughter and myself were very satisfied

The main fault with the accomodationis that the description boasted a communal Kiychen shared by 6 rooms . It was totally fine with a microwave cooker/oven and a sink - BUT no implements, cutlery or crockery ( except for 6 mugs and 6 teaspoons. Surely that should have been flagged at least The capmus itself was excellent with a convenience store, bar that t served limited food, and a restaurant, all within scenic parkland

Good location, with easy access to regular buses into the city, also very easy to get to and from the M1/M50. The grounds are very pleasant with wildflower meadows etc. Single room was small but adequate. Window can be opened a few inch's for ventilation. Breakfast is Ok, but can have lines waiting. Room is very secure, with a number of locked doors activated by keycard. Car parking is available for 5 euro per day, you pay via an app. Cooking/kettle/fridge is a nearby common room.

One thin pillow wasn't great. It takes a while to get to know the layout of the campus setup, like finding the breakfast building, but once you've done it your ok.

This was a great opportunity to stay in Dublin at a reasonable cost, with good facilities and quiet surroundings. The check in had potential to be chaotic, but the reception area was well staffed with around 5 or 6 people working the front desk at the same time. Staff were lovely and very helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly. Room was plain, but functional with comfortable bed and private ensuite. Delicious breakfast, with cooked and other options included in the room price. Laundrette available on site. Bus stops with regular buses into central Dublin were just outside the DCU gates and made it easy getting around on public transport

Everything good. Highly recommend the summer break option.

The price is very reasonable for Dublin. The room was quite basic but I expected it because I knew it was student accommodation. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's important to know that DCU is licated outside the city centre but the bus connections are good. It takes around 25 min by bus to get into town, depending on the traffic.

The bed was really squeaky. The blinds did not fully blocked out the light but it was manageable. It would be great if there was a towel/mat for the bathroom floor. It was great to have the communal kitchen but there were no plates/cutlery so it was impossible to use it. It might have been a good idea to indicate it in the description that there is no cutlery or crockery available so that guests could plan their meals accordingly.

This is very similar accomodation type as IBIS budget. Clean and spacy ensuite room in the student campus. Next to the room was the common room - kitchen with a fridge - very good possibility to have a lunch or dinner. Location was very good - direct buses 19 to the Airport and other direction about 25 minutes to the centre. Good place to sleep after a late departure. For breakfast you receive a voucher and you can buy anything in the central restaurant about 3 minutes walk from the central house - it covers full Irish breakfast as well. Parking is possible for about 8 € per day + night - payed separatelly.

Nothing special - room was not totally new, one light was off. In general no problem.
