I loved the breakfast they served, and the people working were extremely nice, always accommodating and helpful. ıts walking distance from most places, the furthest we went was the National Gallery and the Guinness Storehouse, which was 2km. Different buses go everywhere within the city, and there is a direct bus line to the airport. If you are a breakfast person, definitely opt in for breakfast. ıts 15-16 euros and its plenty of food. We just had it for one day and definitely was worth it, ı had a big plate and packed sandwiches for lunch from the buffet.

I love high pressure water but the water in the showers weren't really high pressured (it was okey tho, most probably it was due to the sustainability efforts).

The staff at Dublin One were phenomenal. Nothing was too much trouble. Every single member of staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming and made the stay! Aine in particular gave us brilliant advice on what to see, where to go and how to get the best out of our stay. The staff really are a credit to the hotel. The room was smaller than we'd have ideally liked and the shower head leaked but was replaced immediately. Sadly the water pressure was a little too low so made washing my hair properly a chore. Showercap's and a nail file would have been a nice touch as i left mine at home and had to purchase one in town.

The hotel was located close to different buses going to the airport or to other directions. Bus # 41 which is running 24/7 had the stop at 2 minutes walk. The room had a double bed pushed in the corner of the room, without night tables, or phone. The room had a tv, 2 mugs, a kettle, nothing else. No tea, no instant coffee. The bathroom had a big size with all the new features, even the hot water for the shower was eco green. No cleaning, no garbage removed, no towels changed for 3 nights. It was an extra payment for daily cleaning, or for changing the towels. Breakfast was basic without anything special. Same salamy, same cheese, same canned fruit salad.

I sent emails and the hotel replied to me that I can check in around 2:00pm, because I was coming from Cork by bus. I arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and the girl which was at the reception told to walk around until 3 pm because that the time for check in. Later I found out that actually she was a waitress for the restaurant. She was rolling the eyes and she was losing the patience with me when I tried to show her the messages from the hotel. Later when I was complaining to the person in charge with the reception, nobody couldn't understand what that girl was doing at the reception. Regardless, it was a very bad start.

The hotel was really nice and easy to get to by local bus from the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food was really nice both at breakfast and at their restaurant in the evening. didn’t realise that you had to request if you wanted your room cleaned when just doing a short stay but there was no problem when we asked for clean towels etc they were delivered to our room in minutes. Nothing was a problem to the staff.great choice at the breakfast buffet and all good .

Not sure about the surrounding area. But wasn’t a problem as we were heading into city centre each day .

Room lovely and clean Beds so comfy Air con in room Tea and coffee in room and milk Brekki was delicious so much variety Great value €16 for brekki with cheese section fry section bread section pastry section gluten free section yogurt section coffee machine etc ! Super loads ! You will not be able for it all Staff lovely Blonde Irish lady at reception so nice and friendly Indian man and young Indian girl staff at brekki so nice so friendly so accommodating just the best staff im so mad I didn’t get names such lovely people need a shout out hotel is lucky to have them

Shower pressure is very low could not wash hair ( long thick hair )

The Selection of food for Breakfast was exceptional. Nobody could go away hungry.

The room was lovely and clean, the only fault I would have about it was it was lacking an armchair to sit on for an older person like myself, the little seat under the mirror was not suitable for me and I would have liked an armchair to sit on for reading instead of having to sit on the bed. Other than that I could not fault anything about the hotel, The staff were all exceptional and I will recommend you to any one I can.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, and well-stocked with water and tea/coffee. The beds were super comfy, and we liked the power points built into them. The bathroom was spacious, too, and the toiletries were good quality. The breakfast was pretty good and is served till 11am, which allows plenty of time for a lie on! The location is great, too. Really close to the city centre but not too close.

The room was a bit cool, and the vegetarian options for the cooked buffet were limited. I would also have liked to see more pastry options- but really these are very minor complaints!

We had a great stay at Dublin One Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The staff welcomed us warmly and paid attention to every detail. The check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel has a modern and interesting décor that creates a lively atmosphere. Our room was clean and designed for comfort. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were of high quality. The hotel also had great facilities. The restaurant provided good food and drinks. Breakfast was enjoyable, with many tasty options for different tastes and diets. The location was perfect, as it was close to the bus station. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we highly recommend Dublin One Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service.

Really good location only 4 stops from the city centre. The hotel was really nice, restaurant and lobby area were beautiful, especially all decorated for Christmas. Staff were lovely and were so quick to help us with anything we needed. Room was decorated nicely. Nice big smart tv. Lovely bathroom.

Room was very small and other than one hanging rack with a few hangers no other storage space. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Some maintenance work was going on and drilling started at 8.30am the one morning which was not great! Very thin walls, someone next door to us was so loud, but these things are luck of the draw!

We thought that everyone was so accommodating and so so lovely. Being two younger girls we felt so safe in the hotel. Super easy to get to from the airport using an Aircoach, only a 20-40mins away from all the touristy things! The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable beds, so many great things to say about this hotel. We could store luggage before check in and after checkout and hotel is on the way back to the airport.

The walls are quite thin, you can hear a lot from other rooms however this didn’t really bother us.
