The room was clean and spacious - it actually pleasantly surprised me how big it was. It was really nicely decorated, and there was more than enough space for the four of us. The radiator in the room quickly warmed it up, and the bathroom was nice with a walk-in shower. The 24-hour reception was also a big plus, as well as the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the city center, and the bus station for the city bus that takes you (to and from) the airport is around 5-7 minutes away.

The beds were a bit springy. The room we were in was right next to the reception so it was a bit noisy sometimes, with people coming and going, and talking in the hallway.

Nice and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Some people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. E.g. they made a minute time for a chat, gave advice on public transport or took my suitcase to the third floor (there was no lift).

Some people at the reception were not so friendly. E.g. they hardly looked up when I went out or came in. The price was high, but Dublin’s hotel seem very expensive in general.

Great room for the cost! In quite a central location and walkable into the city. Wouldn't suggest walking down some of the adjacent streets at night but it's expected in Dublin. Rooms are big, quiet and comfortable. Staff were lovely.

Definitely not accessible. We were on the top floor with about 5 flights of quite steep stairs but if you're okay with this then it's fine! They also have lower level rooms so make sure to request if this is important for you.

Great location to see everything but also not be right in the heart of all the noise a step away from O’Connell street but not in the thick of the noise!

We were on the top floor and the heat from the whole building seemed to be trapped in our room we would walk outside our room and it was 10 degrees cooler and then outside the hotel it was cooler still I wish the room had a fan. But it was still a great stay

The location was excellent, near to the centre of town that walking everywhere was easy but not to close that you were disturbed by the hustle and bustle. The Hotel was clean and very well presented and all of the staff were friendly and approachable whenever we saw them. Will definitely stay again!!

Initially the stairs lol but we soon got used to them, however if you do struggle with stairs I would suggest you speak to the staff and request a lower level room if available.

I booked a room at the last minute as my AirBnB cancelled my reservation unexpectedly. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, very helpful as well when I needed to find shops nearby. Her colleagues were equally friendly and always smiling. The room, although very small was clean and I was glad there was a heater as it was getting cold at night. The bathroom had all he toiletries I needed with a daily change of towels. The bed was comfy as well

The only tiny criticism I would have is that the walls are thin so I could hear the TV from the room next to mine but that did not last long thankfully

Very clean rooms with modern furnishings, with all the necessities needed for an overnight stay such as kettle, tea/coffee, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, towels and toiletries. Very friendly staff that made the check in/out process very smooth. 24 hour reception an added bonus. Very central location with a 10/20 minutes walk to most locations in city centre. Highly recommend for overnight stays in Dublin.

Doesn't seem to be any elevators and a lot of stairs so not the most accessible if you have any mobility issues. En-suite bathroom also quite small with sink very close to toilet. However both issues understandable with the period building

Great large rooms, very clean, conveniently located walking distance to everything in Dublin (we’re quite fit walkers tho). There isn’t an elevator and the stairs are somewhat narrow - so people who struggle with stairs or bags/any health conditions just consider this. Great value for money. We parked the car out the back for €10 and felt super safe knowing our car was tucked away. Staff were lovely and should be commended on their mannerism and hospitality.

The young lady, in reception, had the best smile I've seen. She was very kind, happy, approachable and helpful. No problem checking in, all very easy. I actually had 3 beds in my room, 1 single, and 2 pushed together making a "double" , all very comfy though and clean. Fresh towels, hot shower, TV, Iron, Hair dryer not that I needed one. Complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water in the room. Fantastic hotel to stay for its close proximity to the art gallery around the corner. Francis Bacon, Andy Warhol etc. Hotel was pretty quiet, didn't hear much from other guests in their rooms. It's a good 15-20 mins from Temple Bar area so make sure you enjoy walking. I'd stay again for sure.

Location is brilliant, just off O'Connell Street with all the facilities but quiet at night. We had a family room so plenty of spare room to spread ourselves! We asked for a room on the lower floor and got it as I don't think there is a lift and I would have struggled going to the top floor. Staff are lovely, all very friendly, chatty and helpful.

Nothing really. We liked our room, the only odd thing was the narrow door into the bathroom, which is actually at the side of someone's pillow. But that is purely down to the style of the property and the limitations that imposes. There were only two of us and if you had teenage children they would have to reach the bathroom via your bedroom. I would still stay here again though.
