Great location. Price very good! Great if you just need a bed. Happy with stay. After reading reviews of this hotel I’m pretty sure I was given what many might say was the ‘worst’ room 104. Directly above and next door to the pub/club below. With ear plugs and windows shut I was able to sleep fine originally being quite apprehensive reading other reviews, wasn’t bothered by anything else, all good!

My room was decent but the shelves were very dusty and there was an empty bottle wine pushed at the back on the top one. I reached up to grab it only to see, actually, the shelves had not been cleaned in months.

It was easy to find. When trying to enter I was let in stright away. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and everything worked shower, TV etc.

I was double booked on there side due to booking.com freezing during the booking. I had only one booking no. The hotel had me down for two rooms. This was resolved with no isses. ID was required by myself as I booked but ID was also required by my partner. Lucky enough she had a photo of her ID, I hope that if she didn't happen to have a photo would we have been turned away.

We were so happy with our room, it was so comfortable and spacious, and had an up to date modern tv with the latest apps to watch on and plenty of towels, toilet rolls, soap, body wash and shampoo. Can’t fault the location either, you can’t help the unfortunate noise outside when you want a good location in Dublin! Staff were always happy to help and answer any questions, it felt safe because we had a key to lock our room door and then there is a doorbell for the main door coming into the building.

It’s good to mention that there is a lot of noise outside the window if you’re facing the street, even as a deaf person i thought it was loud but that can’t be helped if you want a good location in Dublin so keep that in mind. I’d also request a lower floor if you struggle with stairs as there are a few flights.

The hotel is in a relatively central locaton near a tram stop, so incredibly easy to get to and near plenty of shops in Dublin. Other reviews comment about the loud noise from a nightclub below. While there is a club below the hotel, we stayed on a Monday night and was quite quiet. The room was well stocked with towels, a hairdryer, a fan (thank goodness in this heat!), a heater and an iron , which was all more than we expected. The bathroom was clean however the shower was on the smaller side. After checkout, we realised we had left an apple watch. A quick phone call and the staff were on hand to help and were very responsive, making it very easy to get the watch back in as little as 5 minutes. We were so grateful to the staff (and the staff left a very good paper trail on who found the watch on an envelope). I can only sing their praises for the care after the stay!) The value of the place was the main draw and we definitely felt like it was worth the money and more.

There was not much to complain about, the fan in the room helped keep it cool, we had what we needed. My only complaint would be presentation especially around the TV area as there were hanging wires which just looked a little untidy. That being said it was a huge well-equipped smart TV, so we were plenty entertained.

The location was superb, could not be closer to the town. There were plenty of amenities nearby. The hotel was also clean and kept very safe. It was value for money, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and available all hours and happy to provide any extras we needed. All in all a great budget hotel for travelling.

The only downside of our stay was our room faced the main street, which at times did get very loud. There is a bar nearby which is silent from the bedroom, but you could hear people leaving on a week and I was woken up once as they brought in the beer delivery. But as it is a main street in a city center its too be expected, and I'm sure rooms at the back wouldn't have had the same issue.

The great thing about this hotel is its central location. It is easy to get to places from here. It isn’t the Ritz but the room is comfortable as is the bed. The shower is good and there is a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. There is an ironing board too and ironing board, fresh towels and shower gel.

The signal in the television wasn’t very good and it kept cutting out. There is no lift which can be problematic for those with heavy luggage or with mobility issues.

We stayed here for 2 nights, location was good, reachable by bus from the airport (we got the 16 bus from zone 15 at the airport which took about 40 mins and was €2.60). Walking distance to the castle, church, temple bar etc (approx 15 mins walk). Bed was very comfortable, iron, hairdryer, fan and toiletries all provided. Seen complaints about noise from the bar below but we didn't hear anything from our room (112). This was one of the cheapest rooms we could find in Dublin centre and we were pleasantly surprised by the value for money

Great location just off O’Connell Street, the LUAS had a stop across the street so easy access to other areas of the city.

The hotel is a little difficult to spot at first since it looks like the entrance to a regular bar, but Google Maps makes it easy to find if you get lost. At first glance, Parnell Street, where the hotel is located looks a bit rough or unfriendly, but as with any city in Europe watch your baggage and keep your valuables safe and there are no problems.

Price of the room is quite cheaper than rooms in nearby hotels what makes it perfect for overnight stay or if you want just a place to stay in Dublin for less money. So especially considering the location of the hotel in center of town, it's very affordable. Ok, you can notice the difference in compare to other hotels since it's not that modern or stylish, but it's clean, cosy and have all advantages as any other room in more pricey hotels.

The biggest issue is no parking and they have discount for Park Rite that is not the safest option for your car since it's not guarded nor covered witz cctv and there are several burgalers happened in there. It would be much better that they have a deal with Q-Park that's very close to them and secure. Also stairs and reception doesn't look as much

If you are after a place to stay where there is no noise in the evening this is probably not the property for you, but with that said, the noise from the clubs below did not disturb our sleep/relaxation at all
