Great locations. Close to all attractions and public transport too. Everything was walkable from there. Good shops and restaurants around. Staff was ok. They made us wait from 11 am to 3 pm for check in. Thought the official check in is at 3pm, they could have let us in a little earlier. Beds were comfortable. Room size ok. Toilets clean and good. Towels and linen were clean. Breakfast was good, ample quantity and variety. They let is check out 1 hourblater at 12 noon. Hotel seems like a 3 star business hotel.

The rooms given were very far from the lift. We had to walk 152 steps to reach the room after coming out of the lift. Room on 3rd floor 346 faced back side. There are rooms fa ing inner courtyard too. Please BEWARE while booking.

I stayed here a few years ago and it was very run down and dreary. It was a different name then. Now, these new owners have totally renovated the place and it looks great. My room and bed were big and clean, and the whole place has undergone a complete transformation. I asked to check out an hour later (12 midday) and they were fine with it.

They emailed me 14 times about upgrading my room for €3. I thought that was just annoying constantly getting emails from them. The hotel can't do anything about the area but it's definitely a more sketchy area of town than most. You shouldn't encounter anything bad though, it's a busy street constantly and hotel security is good.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to access most of the tourist attractions in Dublin. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good rest after a long day of sightseeing.

Cleanliness of the room could have been better. Found an open safety pin lying on the floor of the room upon check in which could have been both a health and hygiene hazard. Soundproofing could be improved as well. Most of the workers working behind the hotel shouting and movements of heavy machinery (e.g. forklifts) can be heard in the mornings.

We stayed in a room at the back of the hotel overlooking a council waste site and there was quite a bit of noise from the trucks moving and reversing and the men shouting at each other

The Hotel is very clean and organized. The staff was very helpful. The room was nice, however there was no closet just a rack where you can hang very few items of clothing. The breakfast was nothing special, next time we don't bother in purchasing breakfast. (there are many coffee shops around) When we had early tours we asked for a portable breakfast in which often included a fruit, croissant, juice, biscuits and a sandwich. The restaurant area was almost (except for one night which was booked all for one group of Americans) always closed and food was served in the bar, which had a very limited number of dining tables. the food was ok, except for the pizza, don't bother to order pizza as it's like those supermarket frozen ones. Both the breakfast room and the bar (which served food from the restaurant) had a very limited staff which although their did their best it was nearly impossible to keep up with all the people. It's a good idea to invest in more staff.

the restaurant which was always closed and food served in the bar with limited tables. there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. the AC was not directly on the bed area but in front, which made it difficult to be felt at times.

Check in was super easy! The staff made room for all of our bags - all eleven adults with a lot of luggage - in a locked room off the lobby. After sightseeing around the city, the staff welcomed us in the late night lounge. We all had a fantastic day and evening. The hotel is centrally located, and in walking distance to almost everything. I will be using this hotel on our next trip, and highly recommend to anyone.

There probably isn't anything you can do about this but: The bathroom was hard to get to (on the second floor) due to lack of elevator/bathroom keys. We managed, but the people with little kiddos in the lobby almost had an accident.

Clean and modern in a great location. The staff are attentive, helpful and friendly.

We have stayed at the hotel three times now. This was the first time since being re-branded Leonardo Hotel (formerly Jury’s Inn). We noticed some subtle changes for the worse, i.e. we booked an executive room and the website says that guests can check in earlier at 1pm but we had to wait until nearly 3pm (the normal check in time). Sometimes our room wasn’t cleaned by the time we returned to the hotel during late afternoon. The restaurant was no longer open for evening meals so we had to eat in the bar (which is okay).

The location of the hotel is perfect, your have restaurants and the pedestrian area right around the corner. The staff was extremely helpful and solution oriented, we received a complimentary breakfast after a mistake with our room. The room was spacious and clean, nice comfortable bed and pillows.

Though the breakfast was very diverse, the veggies were stale and had been cut 3-4 days before, because you could feel the edges already very soggy and the taste was off. The hotel description mentions having a parking, which they do not have in fact. They suggest a close by parking where they can give you a discount, but having a P should be removed from the hotel description though.

Modern hotel conveniently located near heart of Dublin. Up-to-date bedside charging stations and a reliable WiFi were nice tech features of this quiet, comfortable, and spacious room. Our room was wheelchair accessible - good to know such accommodation is available, but not something we require. One related challenge was a tiny basin in the bathroom. All in all, this was a positive hotel experience.

Breakfast was good, but did not include many healthy / green options. Staff worked hard, but sometimes couldn't keep up at busy times. On 2 occasions there were no clean plates, though a clean supply arrived minutes later.

Very nice location, could walk anywhere. Clean rooms, bonus the steam iron in the room and the regual size hairdryer.

No slippers, no variety at breakfast buffet (for the non UK citizens), the breakfast does not worth to be included in the price, the hotel staff was polite but not effective. Two examples: 1st. we wanted to buy an adoptor and the venting machine in the hotel did not work, we asked the front desk for help and they recommended to buy it from an outside store. Example 2, the pump of the shampoo and shower gel dispenser on the bathroom was broken and we asked twice to fix it, they never did.
