We spent only a night as it was a late check in after 1.00 am as a flight of our friend was delayed. However we had a good sleep and excellent breakfast. Also we left our car at Q-Park The Spire right at the Admiral Restaurant for whole day and spent all the day visiting tourist's attractions. At the end of our trip I just validated my parking ticket at the hotel reception and got almost 50% discount (partner's programm) for parking paying 26 euro only for 24 hours.

Great locations. Close to all attractions and public transport too. Everything was walkable from there. Good shops and restaurants around. Staff was ok. They made us wait from 11 am to 3 pm for check in. Thought the official check in is at 3pm, they could have let us in a little earlier. Beds were comfortable. Room size ok. Toilets clean and good. Towels and linen were clean. Breakfast was good, ample quantity and variety. They let is check out 1 hourblater at 12 noon. Hotel seems like a 3 star business hotel.

The rooms given were very far from the lift. We had to walk 152 steps to reach the room after coming out of the lift. Room on 3rd floor 346 faced back side. There are rooms fa ing inner courtyard too. Please BEWARE while booking.

This was our 1st stay in a Leonardo Hotel. We had a comfortable 6-night stay. We went with the Executive level option which comes with several perks and a more desirable location (be sure to check their website before arrival to see what that includes). The beds were comfortable. The pillows were a bit stiff. Enjoyed the Nespresso coffee. The wifi was fast and reliable. The water pressure was wonderful. It was quiet on the courtyard side — can’t vouch for the street side. Friendly service (mostly). Convenient to Tesco, Lidl, Henry St, the nearby indoor mall (ILAC shopping center), O’Connell Street Upper, and a laundromat (across the street). The A/C worked well in our room but takes at least 20 minutes to feel the change (patience required). Face cloths provided (a rare thing in the UK).

The doors of the rooms take some pulling pressure to close properly. This creates noise when they close and noise in the hallway which is disturbing at times. The receptionist on duty when we checked in was brusque and she did not explain the benefits of our Executive level stay. She failed to give us drink coupons and a food discount coupon. I had to ask for those 2 days later once I learned about them. Access to the fitness center requires a separate room key. We had to clarify with the front desk that our check-out was on 13 August (they had us checking out on 9 August and we only found that out because our room key stopped working).

I stayed here a few years ago and it was very run down and dreary. It was a different name then. Now, these new owners have totally renovated the place and it looks great. My room and bed were big and clean, and the whole place has undergone a complete transformation. I asked to check out an hour later (12 midday) and they were fine with it.

They emailed me 14 times about upgrading my room for €3. I thought that was just annoying constantly getting emails from them. The hotel can't do anything about the area but it's definitely a more sketchy area of town than most. You shouldn't encounter anything bad though, it's a busy street constantly and hotel security is good.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to access most of the tourist attractions in Dublin. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good rest after a long day of sightseeing.

Cleanliness of the room could have been better. Found an open safety pin lying on the floor of the room upon check in which could have been both a health and hygiene hazard. Soundproofing could be improved as well. Most of the workers working behind the hotel shouting and movements of heavy machinery (e.g. forklifts) can be heard in the mornings.

The Hotel is very clean and organized. The staff was very helpful. The room was nice, however there was no closet just a rack where you can hang very few items of clothing. The breakfast was nothing special, next time we don't bother in purchasing breakfast. (there are many coffee shops around) When we had early tours we asked for a portable breakfast in which often included a fruit, croissant, juice, biscuits and a sandwich. The restaurant area was almost (except for one night which was booked all for one group of Americans) always closed and food was served in the bar, which had a very limited number of dining tables. the food was ok, except for the pizza, don't bother to order pizza as it's like those supermarket frozen ones. Both the breakfast room and the bar (which served food from the restaurant) had a very limited staff which although their did their best it was nearly impossible to keep up with all the people. It's a good idea to invest in more staff.

the restaurant which was always closed and food served in the bar with limited tables. there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. the AC was not directly on the bed area but in front, which made it difficult to be felt at times.

Very central location. Comfortable and clean room

We stayed in a room at the back of the hotel overlooking a council waste site and there was quite a bit of noise from the trucks moving and reversing and the men shouting at each other

Good hotel for central Dublin. Comfortable stay. Breakfast was OK, but basic. (I hate (hard) fried tasteless tomatoes.) Other than that. Breakfast room was pleasant enough, and waiting people very helpful. Spanish barman in the bar area very friendly and helpful. It is the situation next to O'Connell Street that is so helpful, for returning mid-day - or 'loo' comfort stop! Also, recommend the trip to Dublin harbour, for boating, at Howth not far using the Dart local line.

Nothing I didn't like.

Great location. Clean, spacious and quiet room. Very comfortable bed (we slept amazingly the 3 nights we were there) Good variety at breakfast. Staff very friendly. Free gin and tonics before the Oasis gig which were much appreciated :)

Generally everything was very good. But if I had to choose something - The toiletries smell great, but we couldn’t get the shampoo out the bottle in the shower due to the way it was screwed onto the wall. There is also no conditioner or body lotion, which I would have expected there to be. So we had to buy shampoo and conditioner for our stay. Breakfast was a little chaotic - quite a few tables with dirty plates left for a while.

Check in was super easy! The staff made room for all of our bags - all eleven adults with a lot of luggage - in a locked room off the lobby. After sightseeing around the city, the staff welcomed us in the late night lounge. We all had a fantastic day and evening. The hotel is centrally located, and in walking distance to almost everything. I will be using this hotel on our next trip, and highly recommend to anyone.

There probably isn't anything you can do about this but: The bathroom was hard to get to (on the second floor) due to lack of elevator/bathroom keys. We managed, but the people with little kiddos in the lobby almost had an accident.
