Great locations. Close to all attractions and public transport too. Everything was walkable from there. Good shops and restaurants around. Staff was ok. They made us wait from 11 am to 3 pm for check in. Thought the official check in is at 3pm, they could have let us in a little earlier. Beds were comfortable. Room size ok. Toilets clean and good. Towels and linen were clean. Breakfast was good, ample quantity and variety. They let is check out 1 hourblater at 12 noon. Hotel seems like a 3 star business hotel.

The rooms given were very far from the lift. We had to walk 152 steps to reach the room after coming out of the lift. Room on 3rd floor 346 faced back side. There are rooms fa ing inner courtyard too. Please BEWARE while booking.

Check in was super easy! The staff made room for all of our bags - all eleven adults with a lot of luggage - in a locked room off the lobby. After sightseeing around the city, the staff welcomed us in the late night lounge. We all had a fantastic day and evening. The hotel is centrally located, and in walking distance to almost everything. I will be using this hotel on our next trip, and highly recommend to anyone.

There probably isn't anything you can do about this but: The bathroom was hard to get to (on the second floor) due to lack of elevator/bathroom keys. We managed, but the people with little kiddos in the lobby almost had an accident.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to access most of the tourist attractions in Dublin. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good rest after a long day of sightseeing.

Cleanliness of the room could have been better. Found an open safety pin lying on the floor of the room upon check in which could have been both a health and hygiene hazard. Soundproofing could be improved as well. Most of the workers working behind the hotel shouting and movements of heavy machinery (e.g. forklifts) can be heard in the mornings.

We stayed in a room at the back of the hotel overlooking a council waste site and there was quite a bit of noise from the trucks moving and reversing and the men shouting at each other

Clean and modern in a great location. The staff are attentive, helpful and friendly.

We have stayed at the hotel three times now. This was the first time since being re-branded Leonardo Hotel (formerly Jury’s Inn). We noticed some subtle changes for the worse, i.e. we booked an executive room and the website says that guests can check in earlier at 1pm but we had to wait until nearly 3pm (the normal check in time). Sometimes our room wasn’t cleaned by the time we returned to the hotel during late afternoon. The restaurant was no longer open for evening meals so we had to eat in the bar (which is okay).

The location of the hotel is perfect, your have restaurants and the pedestrian area right around the corner. The staff was extremely helpful and solution oriented, we received a complimentary breakfast after a mistake with our room. The room was spacious and clean, nice comfortable bed and pillows.

Though the breakfast was very diverse, the veggies were stale and had been cut 3-4 days before, because you could feel the edges already very soggy and the taste was off. The hotel description mentions having a parking, which they do not have in fact. They suggest a close by parking where they can give you a discount, but having a P should be removed from the hotel description though.

I had a room on the top (5th) floor that faced onto the inner courtyard. There was no view, but there was no street noise either. The check-in process was efficient and courteous, and in spite of my criticisms I would consider staying at this hotel again.

Cleanliness was OK, but not perfect, and there was rot on the inside of the window. I might add that the fried/grilled foods (bacon, sausages, tomatoes and mushrooms) for breakfast had a strange and faintly unpleasant flavour,

breakfast staff was overwhelmed and under trained, all four coffee machines were out of commission for a significant portion of the breakfast period, silverware, dishes and napkins were not replenished, tables not wiped/bussed, juices ran out, on the plus side what food there was was excellent, and expertly cooked….example an entire pan of perfect sunny-side-up egg , another of bacon and another of good sausages. the buffet operation was miserable pandemonium, though the food itself well above average good.

The location was perfect for public transport and sightseeing. The room was as expected and there was a free newspaper outside the room daily. The bar was accommodating all over meals but breakfast and was clean and always a member of staff available.

The bed linen & the towels had a sort of cooking/oily smell to them, i imagine this is more the room than the laundry themselves. I was placed by the elevator, and whilst someone has to be, there was a lot of noise, and as i was there for business i stayed in the room later with the do not disturb sign on and even one morning there was training going on just to the side of my door with a large group of colleagues.

The location of this hotel is ideal - close to Dublin Express stops and O' Connell Street. The room was very big, the beds were really comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfasts were lovely so many options from cereals, muffins, fruit, yogurts to cooked breakfast - fried egg, bacon, beans, sausages and croissants and toast so something for everyone. Very nice breakfast hall different sized tables and friendly staff and atmosphere in there. All the staff - front desk, cleaners and the breakfast staff were so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here!
