The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very filling.

I did realize that breakfast was not included in what I originally paid so I had to pay an extra €180 for breakfast for the the four of us to cover the three days.

Room was nice and updated. Remember to use room key for power to the room! Had safe/secure parking.

We enjoyed our night at Cassidy's in the 4-person family room. The location is pretty central and attractions like Trinity College and the Irish Emigration Museum are only a 15-20 minute walk away. The furnishings/aesthetic are traditional but also modern and feel upscale. The beds were comfortable and there was not too much street noise at night. It is an older set of buildings, so the flooring was not always even under the carpets, but overall everything was in order. We used the small carpark and even our larger rental vehicle fit. We also paid for the breakfast buffet, which was good and had lots of pastry options along with the potential for a full Irish breakfast, if desired. Staff were friendly. We wish we had been able to stay longer and would return!

Location to attractions in Dublin. Everything was in walking distance. We enjoyed a lovely dinner across the way in Murray's Pub. Hotel was clean, beds comfortable and staff friendly. We staffed our last night in Dubkin before heading home.

They mention parking in advertising. However that parking is only 8 spots behind hotel. It was not available for us. That was fine. However when I inquired of other parking locations the hotel did not have any locations to give. I thought it funny that they would not have an alternative list, especially since they know their space is limited. We found a safe parking lot and we were set.

Great location and very spacious room! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and updated. Friendly staff as well and thankfully they had on-site parking! Very close to a great pub with live music! They lock the doors at night to ensure only hotel guests are allowed inside, which we really appreciated

My only complaint was the absolute maze we had to follow to find our room (down a long hallway, down stairs, through another maze-like hallway and then up a floor) not sure who designed this hotel or why there were rooms so strangely placed? But overall the room itself and the service provided was very good.

As female travelers we did not feel safe in the area that the hotel was located. We went past the hotel and up the street a bit and turned around after only a few minutes. There were folks hanging out on corners and in front of doorways that made us feel uncomfortable. Heading down the street in the opposite direction there was plenty of transportation, shopping and eateries and we were happier. It was a little weird getting to our room location. Up and down on two different lifts, down hallways, etc. Slightly inconvenient. However, overall, the hotel was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was fantastic; walking distance to all major sights. The room was clean and comfortable and contemporary in decor, although a little hard to find at first because there are several wings in the hotel. The food was good in the restaurant and the breakfast was very good and a good value, as it was not included in the price of the room. The majority of staff were friendly and helpful, although there were a few, both Irish and European, who didn't seem to like their job.

The walls are thin and we had to complain about our loud neighbours twice at night to the reception during our stay. The hotel was proactive though and called them right away. So we were thankful about that. No minifridge in the room so we couldn’t have cold water during our stay or bring any food back to our room. The room was clean but the cleaning service was sloppy at times (leaving the garbage bag on the bed one time??).

The beds were really comfortable. It is also in a perfect location: close to everything, in a nice street, and Dublin really is a city where you can walk anywhere. The staff was nice and solved all of our questions. In addition, the fact that they stored our luggage even after checkout saved us a lot of trouble on our last day.

We didn't know how the TV worked at first. Also, it had only TV services. No Netflix, Amazon Prime... So when my partner and I wanted to watch a movie after dinner we couldn't do much. The toilets are smaller than I'd have liked, too.
