The breakfast was really good (lovely bread, delicious apples plus bananas and oranges, choice of spreads, a couple of cereal options, boiled eggs), tea, coffee and hot chocolate, the bed was comfy and there was a great 'cabin' arrangement in the bunk with a light, fan and curtain. It felt really cosy and private. There was an en suite but also shared bathrooms very near by. The communal areas were good, including a lounge well stocked with books and dvds and an outside space with a hot tub. There were several places where you could eat your food and the kitchen area was well-resourced.

I wasn't aware before I needed it that that luggage storage room cost 8 EURO! The lounge was locked at midnight :(

It’s in a great location and the breakfast is included (though you might want to bulk it out with your own bits from the shop). We stayed in a private room with a bunk bed. It was okay - a bit small but comfortable. The staff were generally really helpful. Shout out to Hinata who did breakfast in the morning, she was amazing and worked super hard and should get employee of the quarter!!

The bathrooms were a bit rundown and at times (unless straight after a clean) a bit dirty, did find a towel with poo on it at one point. And sometimes hand soap was missing. Also breakfast is a tad basic so bought stuff from shops to bulk it out. The room was on the small side but pretty standard for a hostel experience.

Positives: + Clean bathrooms, with hand towels. + Price for 4 Mix Dorm was really good, comparable with 16+ Dorms in other hostels. + The Jacuzzi looks cool, don't know if how or much it is. + Big spacious kitchen, with plastic boxes to put your food in the fridge, so no unlabeled food piled on top of each other. Ovens to bake and heat up meals. + Nice breakfast + Security. Reception is 24h and they check everybody entering and leaving. The dorm door mechanism is good + Appreciate the outdoor space, eating your meal out with good weather. Though after 22:00 people should be quiet because from the upper rooms + Big social area, with games and + We will come back - already booked our second stay.

Negatives: +- Position, although you can obviously check it beforehand. On the other hand big drunk groups of people might choose hostels closer to the city centre / party hostel and not one 20min walking away. +- There's a good selection of books, although a book crossing / exchange would be nice - Bed lights are needed for shared dorms. - No bed curtain - Top bunk is dangerous. The mattress is the same level as the metal bar, so you could roll off very easily - 1 out of the 4 beds had no working USB charger ports.

Comfy beds with privacy curtains, my bed had 2 lights, 2 sockets, a fan, a mirror and an ample sized locker. Clean bathroom in the dorm with 8 wc/ shower cubicles with hand basin, and a further 6 basins all with mirrors. There were hand towels in the cubicles and two hair dryers. Being a bit out of town there were no stags or hen parties so got a very enjoyable night's sleep. Unlimited breakfast buffet included which set me up nicely for the day and could eat outside in a nice courtyard with picnic tables (and a jacuzzi if you wanted to make use of it). All public areas were clean and tidy and staff were very attentive.

The only thing I didn't like about the hostel was it was quite a walk into the centre of the city, but this is a small price to pay for all the positives.

I really liked that there were so many private bathrooms with showers and I liked how clean most of them were. I appreciated that breakfast was included in the cost of the stay. The location was really nice because it was pretty easy to walk everywhere. It was about a 30 or so minute walk to the main part of Dublin.

The room was a little stuffy, so it had a weird smell. However, they did have the window open to help air it out a little bit. I also wish there had been curtains on the beds, especially for what I paid I feel like just a little privacy makes all the difference.

Really good location - not too far to walk to temple bar/trinity etc. the newly renovated areas are lovely and the capsule style beds are so comfortable and cosy. Breakfast being included was such a plus - basic offering but enough to get you going at the start of the day. Everything was really well organised and thought out.

Our room was insanely hot at night, to the point where you couldn’t sleep it was so hot. We raised this at check out and the lady at reception told us that they’re putting AC in as part of the renovations, so hopefully this problem will be solved by this!

We stayed in a 4person mixed dorm, and it was one of the best hostel rooms I have stayed in. The bunks had a power outlet, a small fan and a lamp. It was high up to the bunk-ceiling, so I could sit up straight (I am 172 cm). The curtain made it comfortable and private, and overall, a very good experience. Large closets where I could fit my bag. Walking distance to the city centre, and busses to the airport is in near proximity.

Too few showers compared to guests. Ended up waiting for a long time just to be able to take a shower. But nice that it was a private shower/toilet - and not a big shower room. A bit pricy with the 8 euro fee for storing our luggage.

It was super clean, modern (new bathroom), I was super satisfied with the chapel experience room, so unique and spacious place 😊 comfortable and safe. Tasty breakfast- lot of options (various food and drinks), very unique for hostel dining. Very kind and helpful staff.

It would be even better if there was curtains also on the upper bed to make the space more private. But tha lack of curtains wasn’t big deal for me. The lockers to store luggage before checkin or after checkout were quite expensive from my point of view ( I pay for the lockers almost the same price as was the price for a bed for 1 night- I had 2 suitcases and a bag), however backpackers and majority of hostel tourists wouldn’t need the lockers so it is also not a big deal for majotity of people.

First and foremost, the price was the main reason I stayed there. I arrived to Dublin on a late flight I didn’t want to spend a lot of money for the night. I stayed in the room where there’s a lot of bunk beds, but comfortable, sturdy and private ones. The staff was really nice and I had to work the next day so I was able to plug my phone in a European charger converter and type away. For not much more than 20€ having a bed AND breakfast included? Amazing.

The only thing is that there was no curtain to have privacy in my bunk bed. The bed was the one on top, and it was comfortable, but it was weird that where you enter your bed there wasn’t anything to have some privacy and not be seen by others. I saw some people had the curtain, but when I got to the bed it was pretty late so I didn’t want to disturb everyone sleeping going to reception and ask for options.

The bathrooms were always very cleanly which was much appreciated. There are also so many bathrooms that finding an open one was never a problem even when many guests were staying. Nice free breakfast spread. Great value for the price!

The Dryers in the laundry room don't seem to work very well. I put the same small load of laundry into the dryers three times, each for 90 minutes, and once with a different dryer but my clothes only ever dried to slightly damp so I did have to hang them up over my bed at that point. This was annoying but the receptionist kindly gave me the extra dryer coins free of charge and I appreciated that.
