When booking the hotel through Booking.com the price that was offered was good, but there was no clear information with regarding having to pay extra for parking at the hotel. Paying extra for parking or for any extras that are not in the price offered by Booking.com should be made clearly visible and not hidden when booking any accommodation through Booking.com

We had a very pleasant stay at the Croke Park Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the toilet was spotless, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. The hotel’s location is ideal—very convenient and accessible, near the bus stops to the airport and easily accessible from the city center. One area that could be improved is ensuring the coffee/tea cups in the room are cleaned properly between guests. We also wondered if it is standard practice for a supervisor to enter the room unannounced, as this happened during our stay and caught one of us by surprise. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely consider staying again.

Hotel itself is immaculate for a city centre hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful. After discussion with a member of staff about the ridiculous parking charges (which I was unaware of as booked through Booking.com it stated there was parking but didn't mention charges), this fee was waived which was much appreciated. Room spacious and comfortable. I'm from Dublin and was visiting family so was very impressed with the standard of this hotel.

Buffet breakfast had great choice but the plates were cold. Food temperature wasn't too hot either. I don't agree with the charging policy for the carpark. 15 euro per night for residents seems a bit steep when you are already paying to stay there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Croke Park Hotel. The hotel has a classic charm and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, which made a great first impression. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, and both the shower and bathtub were of high quality. Everything was well-maintained and in perfect order. The lobby and restaurant were also very pleasant places to relax and dine. Overall, a wonderful hotel and highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and elegant stay in Dublin!

One minor downside was the large television screens in the restaurant, which were a bit distracting during meals.

Beautiful foyer and reception. The receptionists were all well-dressed and tidy and friendly. We were given complementary overnight parking . Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was large, and extremely comfortable as were the pillows. We enjoyed a good night's sleep. The bathroom was large and well laid out with nice toiletries from the White Company. Our stay didn't include breakfast so I can not comment on the food. There are tea-making facilities in the room and a fridge. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again, if in Dublin.

The walking distance from town through inner city with dangerous looking people hanging about. The extortionate price of 20 euros each for breakfast which we didn't avail of.

The hotel was fantastic from the moment we arrived. The lobby was clean and welcoming, with plenty of staff available to check us in smoothly—even at 11 PM. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, handled by professional and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a hairdryer and iron. Our bathroom even had both a separate bathtub and a shower, which was a great touch! The location was decent. If you're visiting Dublin, you might find accommodations closer to the city center (near Temple Bar), but I doubt they’d match the quality of this hotel. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the city center and around 30 minutes to Temple Bar. We didn’t mind the walk—it gave us a chance to explore and take in the sights. Check-out was seamless. The hotel offers a luggage storage room, which allowed us to leave our bags and enjoy the city for the day before heading home. Overall, a wonderful stay—I’d highly recommend it!

As mentioned, the hotel is a bit further from Temple Bar, but it's not too bad! Personally, I liked the more secluded location as it offered extra privacy and security. A 20-30 minute walk is manageable for a short stay, but if you're visiting for a longer period, you might want to reconsider depending on your plans.

It was really amazing stay, comfortable beds, super friendly stuff, only like 10-15min walk to the centre, which was really no problem at all, you see the not so busy side of Dublin which was really nice, and only 15min to the airport. We were travelling with our 10 months old son, and they made our stay very comfortable, the rooms were also very clean (our son is crawling and exploring every surface and corner, so we noticed that of course). There isn’t a single thing to complain. Would stay there very time we are in Dublin. Maybe a swimming pool would make the experience even better, but there’s a bathtub 😊 Oh and the food and drinks in the hotel bar are very good!

I loved everything about this hotel: Staff was great, from reception to bar, to breakfast room. The hotel and my room were absolutely spotless. My room was large and bright and thoroughly comfy. Bed and pillows were great, the armchair/footstool combo was fab, blackout curtains did their job. There was plenty of storage that two people could easily stay a week. Facilities included a huge TV, digital safety deposit box, small fridge, ironing stuff and trouser press, a useful desk with desk chair, responsive aircon (in March, read: heating), and so much more. The bathroom was also spacious, with full bath and separate shower. Towels were great. The décor in the common areas is lovely; breakfast was very good, just like an Irish person would expect it to be.

Had to think hard: A magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be great. The juice station in the breakfast room stands away from the buffet, couldn’t be found by many guests, and wasn’t replenished as it was outside of the staff’s circulation area and staff were flat out busy bussing tables. The hotel is very Sustainable, so I was surprised to see single-use toiletries (though lovely!) in the bathroom instead of refillable dispensers.

The ambience of the lobby is pleasant! Hard to keep a consistent temperature in the room overnight (it was too warm) - the A/C obviously has an auto cutoff as we woke up boiling hot in the night and had to turn it on again. The beds move around at the slightest touch. The double bed felt like it was just that - a double. Manager - don’t bawl out your (wait) staff in front of the customers. Save it for the staff meeting or review - I don’t wanna see it or hear it.
