Lovely big room with space and furniture including a reading chair with foot stool. Used google chrome cast to watch prime video using the hotels WiFi. This is possibly second best to the prime app being on the TV but saves having to sign in on the TV.

Took a while to figure out how to turn on the lights. I had to switch them on from the bedside. The flush is not working 100%. No breakfast options if you're leaving before 6:30. I'm booking an airport hotel, these details should be the first thing you see on booking.com. Why? because a lot of people here are surely catching an early flight.

Excellent location, walkable from Terminal 2 (also T1) and with a great shuttle service which goes every 20 minutes to the designated area (8 in T1). Our superior apartment was spacious and comfortable. Our young children were very happy with their kits and free drinks. The atmosphere in the restaurant was wonderful and they accommodated us with a takeaway service. The waiter was super polite and friendly as was the reception staff. We tried the free swimming pool option but couldn’t avail of the service as there were classes on (check the website!). Main beds were very comfortable and the rain shower was awesome with great quality toiletries provided. Lovely detox water and apples were provided at the reception.

I booked into the hotel right after the Irish snowstorms hit. I did not want my family driving to the airport or out on the roads at 5am to take me to my flight, so I decided to bus it up from the midlands the night before and stay at the hotel closest to the airport and avoid the stress all round. I checked in having already booked on bookings.com and was quickly given my key. The room was very comfy (facing the airport terminal 2), quiet and cozy. Everything worked - i boiled a kettle right away as I was cold and then looked at the room service menu, anxious to get something before the restaurant closed. Meal came promptly and the room service lady was very pleasant and thanked me for her tip. Food was excellent and the hot tea/coffee choices were great. Bed was extremely comfy and cozy and the TV offerings great. I was very comfy, safe and warm and delighted to be close to the airport. My flight was delayed by an hour next morning so I was able to delay my exit from the room to 7.30am. Shuttle driver was super friendly, cheerful and teased me about my heavy bags being full of chocolate going back to the USA. Another couple joined me on the shuttle but no delay, he promptly took us to the airport terminal 2.

Shuttle service failed us! I arrived at the airport but there was no sign of their airport shuttle so I assumed I"d just missed it. I was there over 20 minutes and was joined by another traveled (also going to the USA) - it was freezing cold at 10pm at night and I was just about to order a taxi. The driver from the nearby competitor (Clayton I think) hotel took 2 of us on his bus as he had passed 3 times and felt bad we were still stuck waiting for the shuttle (note - he was a competitor hotel so fair play to him for being kind!!). He dropped us at the hotel (and the shuttle was still sitting there so it was not "every 20 minutes". That was my only annoyance! I was glad to be at the hotel!

I have to say the raddison blue hotels are exceptional clean and customer friendly very very professional staff, the beds are so so comfortable and rooms are equipped with everything you need

Our price was €212 for the night we were flying from gran canarie and had a late arrival into Dublin Airport our flight didn't land till 2am so we addressed this to the hotel in advance of our flight times and situation etc,,, I would have expected a discount or cheaper price especially when we didn't check in at the designated time slot I would have also accepted free breakfast following morning. But not at all that's all really

Room was clean, comfortable, and well laid out. Shower was powerful and good. I liked the separate tea/coffee area.

My wife thought the long mirror was in the wrong place. "You can tell this was designed by a man" she said. It was by the side of the bed which meant that you could not get a good long view. There were plenty of other places it could have been put. Being a man, I don't really understand the importance of a full-length view, which I suppose explains her comment about men working in design.

A hotel of a high standard, with no complaints. We flew out early in the morning and it was a good choice to stay at this hotel. The shuttle bus to the airport, which left from the hotel every 20 minutes, was a great convenience. Another positive experience was the morning coffee that you could make in the lobby of the hotel, which at 3 o'clock in the morning is more than important. If you like to watch planes landing, there is something for you, and if you prefer to sit in the hotel bar, you can always order a pint of cold Guinness. In the bar they serve delicious fries.

I love the drivers of shuttle bus , both gentlemen and kind.

I did not like the staff in restaurant. There attention was on walking around and never came to check on me . If one’s the server came over me , I would have left a nice tip . Sorry they need training on the customer and not preparing restaurant for next day. Bar staff were nice , could have the same training. Sorry but they are loosing out on tips .

The staff, the room, the location, perfect soundproofing, very nice dinner, complimentary water in the room. The room is expensive but worth it, dinner was great value for money.

The hot options at the breakfast buffet were rather cold (perhaps because I went down around 9.30), the scrambled eggs rather overdone and the potato# undercooked, only the sausage was good. But the juices, pastries, bread etc were excellent and the range of choice is fantastic. The coffee was good though the self-service coffeemakers are a bit slow and como,cátedra (Nespresso machines are much easier, I should have used the one in the room)!

Our flight from Dublin to Edinburgh was cancelled, and we needed to stay at the airport to get a new flight early next morning. The room was big with great amenities and a comfortable big bed and fantastic shower. The reservation desk staff were very professional. The shuttle service to the terminal was excellent.

The shuttle bus instructions. From Terminal 2 the instructions are completely inadequate. After being dropped off outside terminal 2 the next morning, I was able to confirm that there was no signage at all to tell passengers where to wait. The instructions for Terminal 1 are clear and marked by the bus shelter. The heating controls in our room 438 were not working. A heater was in the room, but that cannot be monitored. When we asked for an early checkin we were not told about the heating problem.
