Room was very comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee facilities. Shower and bathroom clean with good water pressure in large shower. Bed and bedding very comfortable slept very well. Outsode area a big plus.Easy access pub and restaurant downstairs fairly priced with great food the pasta was yummy. Staff are friendly, professional and can't do enough for you. Location great for airport swords with transport links to city centre n other tourist attractions of Dublin.

Could use a magnifying mirror shabing/pore in the bathroom. Otherwise, loved my stay here memorable I will be back.

We flew in from Canada to see relatives that live in Swords. Most in walking distance from the 44. It's a great location for our needs. Rooms are cute. Kept very clean. I'd say recently renovated. The pub on the main floor was excellent. Nicest Guinness in the area. The staff are amazing. Jerry and Anna made our visits in the pub friendly and full of laughter. All the staff were amazing. Food was top notch. I had a full Irish Breakfast twice and many lunches. We will be back to stay there next year! I special shout out to my new Local friend, Owen!

Beds were comfy, could use better pillows (little flat) and we would have gathered a microwave instead of a kettle.

Excellent location in Swords. Very close to airport. Easy to get to Dublin city centre via public transport (Swords Express). The room was very comfortable. Great shower once the initial problem of water temperature was sorted (very quickly). Provision of tea and coffee making facilities also excellent. Great that food and drink were available at the bar downstairs.

Additional hooks in the room would have been useful for coats but a minor issue. Breakfast wasn't provided until 10.00 which meant eating elsewhere. It was a little noisy from the outside area of the bar but was quiet by 11.

I had an unexpected stay in Dublin and came in late after travelling from Australia…I was given a lovely warm welcome at 44 Main Street and it was no bother for the bar man to carry my suitcase up the stairs to my room. The room was quiet and spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. I had a lovely stay and enjoyed a beautiful breakfast which was great value for money the next morning in their beautifully decorated bar/restaurant area. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was sorted for my onward journey. Would highly recommend …good value for money and great staff and location. Will definitely stay again.

So glad I didn’t have to carry my suitcase up the stairs but there is a luggage lift.

We loved everything of the hotel. Simple and cozy room with everything you needed. Although not included, we chose to have some meals in the bar, breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Exquisite. The location, although a little outside Dublin, is quiet and well-serviced (there is a market and a huge shopping center 3 minutes away on foot), in a tidy and clean context, close to public transport stops and a few minutes from the airport. ideal for those who bought tickets at inconvenient times, like us. Final mention for the bar/hotel staff, all very kind, super helpful and flexible to any request we made. Thank you.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Very clean room and facility. Great for a night's stays if you are passing through as it's close to the airport and buses are close by. Close to restaurants as well. However if you want a quick explore in dublin you are better off staying in the city as the ride on the local bus from here is about 1hr to 1hr 15 depending where you're going, uber available but can be expensive and start to add up but cuts ur commute in half. However great stay and friendly and pleasant staff.

very clean and good location. was expensive but you would expect for that for saturday night and locality to airport. room was a good size as was bathroom. tea and coffee provided was nice to have and free wifi is a bonus

bit of a draft through the window. when you arrive you have to go through the downstairs bar/restaurant and it was very busy as it was saturday night. we had to go up to the bar with our suitcases and felt like we were in the way. everything else great apart from that

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was soo comfortable. The breakfast was very hearty and delicious! Great location - love Swords and close to the airport. Very quiet, could not hear any planes going over.Our flight had been delayed due to the storms. Staying at 44 was a life saver! Finally, my husband says the best pint of Guinness in the bar!!

From the very start -a welcome smile and before we settled gave us change (our money) so we could use the pay & park area. The friendly hotel, accommodation staff. All helpful, engaging, professional. Our meals were just delicious - fish & chips chicken, mushroom fettuccine. The hotel ambience was comfortable, clean & inviting. We loved the fact that the Rugby World Cup was on & we could watch our NZ All Blacks vs Italy / this made our evening more enjoyable. The drinks were flowing :). We also enjoyed having the tea, milk & biscuits available to us... it's though thoughtful gestures (even the hairdryer) that I would never like to see disappear.

Worried about some of our luggage 🧳 that we left in the car. We didn't realise there were no actual parking places associated with the hotel. However our car wasn't broken into during the night -as we parked in and public park and pay area. It's a lovely town and that surprised us the most. We would highly recommend your accommodation to our travelling friends.

The room was clean and tidied up nicely. This may be a 3-star hotel but I rated it as 4 because the staff were nice. There is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor which is pretty cool and convenient. They serve hot meals all the time. In terms of location I rated it as 4 instead of 3 because even though it is far from the city center (Dublin), 20-30 min by private vehicle, or 30-45 min by bus depending on peak times of passengers, the bus station is just located close to your doorstep.

They gave us fresh towels daily except on weekends when the housekeeping didn't come. I address the issue and they also sent us fresh towels later.
