I booked this because of its price, location and “balcony” (more on that later). We really enjoyed the apartment. Big, comfortable, nice shower and big comfy bed. It being an aparthotel means you have glasses to enjoy some wine in the evening and what not. It has a coffee making machine (coffee pods provided), dish washer and I think we saw a washing machine as well? The location is amazing as the attractions are in walkable distance. Oh, and the price was just right ;). There was a small table in the living room and also 2 comfy armchairs. TVs too, but we didn’t use these. Check in and out were easy, plus the staff are friendly. And obviously because it’s an aparthotel the whole place was a lot more spacious than a typical hotel room (aka a match stick box). We had room 17 and we had half a view of St Patrick’s cathedral (I think), which was nice.

I booked this because of the balcony feature without realizingw it’s a useless “juliet balcony” - by the time I properly read the description it was too late to cancel. However it is big enough to step outside and enjoy a cup or coffee with some fresh air. That’s the only ireason why I’d only give this 9/10 - but while walking around Dublin we noticed that there are very few properties that have a proper balcony. Oh well. Not a deal breaker, but when we checked in the apartment smelled of food. It could have been aired out a bit better. Bits of dust here and there but again not a problem for us. Oh by the way, the walls are thin as paper so prepare to hear all your neighbors.

I was on a business trip to Dublin for a week and stay at Staycity Aparthotel Christchurch for three days. The service staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, always responding to my requests. They helped me booking taxi and showed me the way, making me feel at home. The hotel is located in an excellent location with convenient transportation, surrounded by three churches, and is very quiet at night. The layout of the apartment space is reasonable, enough for 5 people to stay, and the bedroom bed is very comfortable and clean. Very suitable for family, a bit wasteful for a single traveler like me. The apartment is equipped with washing machines, refrigerators, and a complete range of kitchen equipment and utensils, including coffee, soup and milk, as well as seasoning. There are TESCO and Lidl nearby, making it very convenient to buy ingredients and cook in the room. I fried the steak, it tasted great! This is definitely the first choice for home travel, and I will stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

If the hotel could provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, it would be more perfect.

The location was very convenient, yet quiet. The doors opening out to the balcony provided us with a lovely view, and also allowed plenty of fresh air when needed. Everything was tidy and clean and the beds were comfortable. The washing machine and mini fridge were particularly helpful for our extended stay. We were given an upgrade, which makes it hard to find fault, as the room exceeded our expectations!

These are minor details, but on arrival, we did not immediately spot the entryway door. We’d just arrived from a red eye flight, so it may have just been fatigue, but perhaps making the door signage pop a bit more might help weary travelers. Also, there was food left in the microwave, but otherwise, the room was very clean.

Beds were super comfy, kitchen has all you need. Location is TOP, 120 m from Dublin express stop, 7 min from Temple bar, 15 probably to Guinness store. Surrounded by many supermarkets, cafes, bars. Easy to reach with luggage, it was a very pleasant experience. Reception lady was super nice to us! I arrived totally sick and was waiting to get my room. and she upgraded our room from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom apartment for free, which was a life and sleep saving decision for my friends :). Because i had strong cough and was disturbing them, this way, our vacation turned out to be good for everyone :)

Very spacious appartment (we got an upgrade to two bedrooms) with comfortable beds. The acommodation is as described, clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not cheap, but in all worth the money considering the central location.

If you are arriving by car, I cannot stress enough planning your stay in detail in advance. There is no parking directly at the acommodation, not even for setting down for a minute to check in (bus lane in front of the building, possibly better chance on the other side of the road in front of the church). So you need to find a suitable car park nearby. Note that not all car parks are open 24/7, especially Sundays. Parking in Dublin can be costly! We tried to discount our parking slip in the acommodation as described, but this did not work, so we ended up paying the regular price.

Excellent location, comfortable beds, good size apartment and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We have made two bookings, 3 nights for 2 adults for our first booking followed by 2 nights for 3 adults for a one-bedroom apartment (we are still in the apartment for our second booking now) but they had upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment without extra charge for both bookings which we are very pleased with that.

Trying to park our car was difficult. Firstly, the parking isn't free, 14 euro per 24 hours. Secondly, there's no parking area near the Aparthotel so it's hard to check in before finding the car park. Thirdly, it's quite tricky to find the car park as it's on a one way street. Finally when we reached the car park, we were told to press the bell outside the gate and someone would open the gate for us but we were pressing the bell for a long time and no one answer or open the gate for us. So I went in to the nearby Staycity reception and a staff from the reception opened the gate for us. So please bewared that if you were travelling by car.

We had a fantastic stay!! We came to Dublin for the first time and would 100% recommend this hotel for a booking. Location is about 15/20 min walk from Temple Bar/ Love Lane / World of Illusion/ Merchant Bar/ and loads more. We stayed for a 30th birthday and they went above and beyond (not mentioning specifics, it was out of kindness of their hearts, not setting expectations for those looking for freebies) (Passports show DOB) The room we stayed in was clean and welcoming, for those in the colder months the heating regulates so always warm, cosy room to come back to. 24/7 staff on door so don’t worry about how to get in, they were so friendly when we arrived and explained everything to us on arrival All if left to say if thank you for a great stay x

Honestly in our experience nothing to dislike

Location, size of apartment, coffee machine, tea, welcome basket of goodies, washing machine for clothes, windows that opened, elevator. Security was excellent. Just a wonderful stay.

Signage could have been clearer. In fairness it was pouring with rain the day I went to checkin and I walked to the sister property further down the hill and they directed me back again. Not a huge issue as only had one small bag with me, but it truly is opposite the Polish Catholic church. Not a huge issue and I would stay again.

In a perfect location, everything in easy walking distance. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were excellent, very welcoming, friendly and approachable, they were on hand to help with any questions.

Whilst a very comfy bed and good sound proofing, the size of the bedrooms were quite small. For example there wasn’t enough floor space for two people to be in the room to get dressed at the same time - we had to take it in turns! That said due to location and staff we would defo stay here again.

Was in a great location and the staff was excellent. They helped up carry our bags to the room which was nice since they don’t have a bell service.

The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was that our neighbor was smoking on the balcony next to ours and it was blowing into my infant son’s bedroom. It took the staff a few hours to address it. Also even though they have a WhatsApp channel for everything you need from the staff, I felt it wasn’t being monitored, only getting a response from a ChatBot.
