Staff at reception were suffering from the cold air being blown in through the large entrance and exit doors which were often both open with customer traffic. Easy to resolve - supply fleeces as a staff uniform option. Review the airflow dynamics around reception

The location is exceptional near shopping center, cinema and groceries. The compact kitchenware in the room is a great feature, offering guests flexibility in arranging their meals. The gym is very useful and accessible, allowing me to maintain my training routine during my holiday. The luggage locker available after checkout is also wonderful, providing a convenient place to store our belongings while we wait for our late afternoon departure.

There is a noticeable presence of drug users in the surrounding area. Please be aware that this is beyond StayCity's control, and I have not personally encountered any negative incidents.

Great location, good breakfast option, good furniture all very clean and easy

Our door was very difficult to open. We actually couldn’t get out at one stage and we needed to use the QR code to alert staff. It took 25 mins for some one to come to the room. So two issues : 1. The door was very heavy and stiff and was very difficult to open 2. When we needed assistance we couldn’t speak to anyone directly and we were stuck it out room for 25 mins. If this had been a medical emergency we would have been in a difficult position. An emergency number needs to be available to get immediate help.

Clean, comfortable and great location

Car parking instructions could be made more clear. We parked in a Rite Park on Parnell street and only upon check out were informed that this was not the car park that the hotel were affiliated with and so this cost €38 for overnight parking and not €15 as expected. The hotel did of course refund me the €15 as we didn’t use their parking facilities. This could be avoided with clearer car parking instructions (and awareness that there are numerous car parks in the same area). Also when we checked in I showed the reception staff my parking ticket and was not made aware at that point it was the wrong car park (as I could have moved my car at that stage and avoided the higher parking costs) Other than the car parking, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to staycity!

It was super modern, clean and had lots of space! Beautiful room!

The bathroom. The shower door couldn’t shut due to the location of the sink which meant to floor was covered in water whenever the shower was used. Also bedside tables would have been useful.

First time staying in these chain of hotels. It was absolutely lovely. My parents are so picky and was so happy with my choice. Location was great! Easy walk to main area. Our room was upgraded which was ABSOLUTELY needed with a toddler. To fit his crib and sleep tent in a single studio would have been tricky, I am so grateful for this exceptional customer service. We were able to check in early which is so helpful with a large group and 8 luggage’s. I lost the card with the names of the representatives but she had an European accent. We checked in on Oct 18 around 1:45pm if that helps. She has light coloured eyes. So helpful!! Wifi was excellent, the 24 hour bar area was so helpful! The whole front desk was so helpful with my parents who are seniors and had lots of questions. Printing our boarding passes and calling taxis for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were new, beds were comfy and amenities were more than adequate.

Room cleanliness, and there was a lingering smell when we first arrived.

The rooms were a great size and the property was pretty quiet. The location was within walking distance or a short ride to most major sights. The staff were very helpful and the beds were comfortable.

The shower door on the shower was oddly designed and it made it feel very cramped in the shower. The neighborhood felt a little gritty and the streets needed to be cleaned.

We loved the location right in the heart of the city, close to attractions and a variety of places to eat or enjoy a drink. The accommodation was new, clean, bright and light. The room was comfortable and although small, was more than made up for by the large, bright, casual and buzzing communal spaces. Access to a laundry for washing and drying was a bonus. The on-site breakfast was also a great way to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful and on a couple of occasions went above and beyond to assist us. There was a mix of experienced and trainee staff. All were great. A great contemporary vibe.

Others have commented on a lack of storage and clothes hanging space. This did not bother us but is true and worth mentioning. We liked everything.

Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from and really good coffee. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The room became a little tight once the sofa bed was pulled out but wasn’t a big deal.
