Hotel itself is beautiful, spacious and welcoming. Room was big, bed very comfortable, bathroom was great with bath and seperate shower, his/hers sinks. Room came with a sterilised and bagged remote for the tv ( nice unexpected touch). Tea/coffee maker, iron and board, fan and dressing gowns. Staff were friendly and helpful in all areas. Nice and quiet throughout the hotel especially around the rooms. Lifts were quick and complimentry use of pool and gym facilities was a good plus. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful and everything was hot and fresh. Check out was pleasant and you never felt rushed. Overall a nice stay.

Potential long walk to rooms depending where you get. Corridors can seem a bit confusing but are well signposted. Oak and Anvil bar/ restaurant was very noisy and not very cosy. Barfood menu was overpriced for basic barfood, nothing special about it, but was nice to eat. Pool/gym facilities were in a seperate building with a bit of an open air walk to it. No umbrellas available if it was raining. Breakfast room again was very noisy and you felt like you were on top of each other at the tables.

Hotel has lovely grounds and very clean inside hotels. Reception staff were lovely and in lounge bar .the .room was clean and tidy .breakfast was fabulous so much to choose from breakfast staff was attentive and pleasant. Lovely walks In the garden .never got to spa but its was very busy will next time hopefully

Oak and anvil room for food very expensive we got steak only little onion ring with it. Chips were undercooked not crispy . After dinner we had ask for the dessert menu . No waiter or waitress came back to us so we just payed and went to lounge was disappointing meal

Our suite was spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. A big plus as I'm nine months pregnant! The bathroom was a little dated but clean. The dyson hair dresser was a nice touch. We ate in the bar. The food and service were excellent. The breakfast was also lovely with good quality sausages and rashers and a nice selection on offer. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. There are lots of common areas to sit and relax so the hotel didn't feel overcrowded on a busy bank holiday. My husband went to the leisure centre and facilities were good. We would definitely return for another stay.

I felt €8.75 was expensive for an no-nalcoholic wine but it was nice. There was also a small selection of mocktails which was good but too sweet for my taste. Maybe adding some more non-alcoholic (not sweet) options to the menu in the future would be good.

Staff were superb friendly and professional. Decor is beautiful and classy, food excellent but expensive. Luxury experience which we got on a deal for 215 per night.

Only complaint was changing rooms in leisure centre had no locks so no security for key card phone cash etc which is a surprising gap in service for such a top class hotel. Very dissatisfied with this. Also a simple chocolate brownie or apple tart would have been nice as dessert options are quite niche and nothing my husband would eat. All the rest of the food was delicious and we enjoyed every bite.

Super clean, nice and comfortable room, lots of options for dining. Oak and Anvil was absolutely beautiful and extremely high quality food for a reasonable price. Staff at the hotel were so kind and helpful and did not hesitate to give advice or suggestions when asked. Overall a wonderful stay and will definitely be back

We decided to get breakfast to the room the next morning at a €10 extra charge. The food arrived on time and staff were very kind. Food was not the best we’ve had but was still edible and is common with room service breakfast. Other than that absolutely no complaints

A much larger hotel than I was expecting. We stayed in a 'manor house suite' which was a fabulous room and very large. Definitely would book it again over and above the regular rooms. Nice touch to have a nespresso and dyson hairdryer in place. The restaurant (pippin) was generally good although one meal was poor. Breakfast was very good. The spa was lovely and we had an excellent Rasul treatment and time there. A really lovely place and well appointed.

The spa/leisure centre is in an entirely different building. It's excellent, but worth noting if you were planning on wearing dressing gown there (don't!). You will be crossing a car park. The wait staff were all lovely but not well trained. We complained about one meal (a sorry, but ignored). We asked to be moved to a better table, but told it was reserved. Nobody turned up for it. Annoying. Also: card wasn't swiped at check in, so we couldn't put anything on the room. This should be done automatically.

Absolutely love this hotel. Location is excellent. Service throughout hotel is immaculate. Decor is amazing. Room was beautifully presented, sparkling clean. Bar is again both trendy and very spacious area. Food is exceptional in restaurant, mouthwatering cuisine. Top credits to all also in the upkeep of the gardens, superb job. Gym facilities are excellent, very spacious. Wide selection of weights exercise machines etc. Also large swimming pool located at this hotel. Top marks to all for maintaining this hotel, and top marks for the service I received. I look forward to my next stay.

I really enjoyed my recent stay at the hotel. My check in was handled by Louise who I have to say was extremely pleasant, friendly and professional. I had a meal in the restaurant which was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately it was necessary to move bedrooms due to very noisy guests in bedrooms both sides of mine. However I would have to commend again Louise and Cormac, the Duty Manager, for their understanding and very timely response to my predicament. I was then able to enjoy a very comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was very pleasant, again lovely staff on hand to assist with any query. Plenty of options on offer to be enjoyed.

Inconsiderate people who check into hotels and decide to be extremely noisy, blaring televisions and talking very loudly without any consideration for other guests!

Wonderful hotel with anazing grounds. Much bigger than i expected. The room was spacious and the staff were very friendly and professional. We ate in both restaurants , and the food was excellent . The Pippin is quite expensive though and bottle of sauvigon will set you back €50. There's plenty of areas to sit in, and lots of outdoor seating , overlooking beautiful gardens. There's a butterfly path dedicated to those suffering from EB (a rare skin disorder) and it is such a peaceful spot. Its about 10 miles from Kildare shopping village for some retail therapy and 5 mins from the pretty town of Naas. Cant wait to return.

The Hotel was incredibly spacious and spotless throughout. Our bedroom was delightful, with soft, high-quality bed linens and a bed that was wonderfully comfortable. The staff at the Hotel were outstanding, always warm, welcoming, and ready to assist. The large swimming pool was a great feature, offering a perfect place to unwind and go for a nice swim. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from, ensuring there was something for everyone. I highly recommend staying here and hope to return sometime in the future.
