Modern well maintained hotel. Very handy for the LUAS. Rooms very, very clean. Beds very comfortable. Quiet location during my stay which was Friday to Sunday. Definitely recommend. Great food for dinner (large servings) & breakfast. And all staff very friendly & approachable. Nearby shopping centre if you forget anything. Underground free car parking. What’s not to like?

A couple of biscuits with the tea/coffee tray would be a nice touch. A shower screen was missing in our room but that’s a housekeeping issue. And one loose plug socket beside the bed. All reported to reception when we checked out. Just little tweaks. Would not deter me from staying again.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We had a problem with the hot water (the shower was much too hot and we couldn't get the temperature down) and they exchanged the faucet of the bathtub the next day while we were out. The bed was very comfortable and there was no street noise (make sure you ask for a quiet room). We liked the location of the hotel with the LUAS terminal and the SQUARE shopping center right next to it.

We had to deal with an extremely hot shower on the first day (see above). The light in the closet area wasn't working. We managed to fix it ourselves. The bathroom could use a few hooks for the hand towels and things like a bath robe or clothes. We thought the room was expensive but unfortunately this is true for all hotels in Dublin.

The Glashaus was absolutely wonderful!! We stayed a total of 4 nights in this lovely & clean hotel! The staff was amazing, friendly & accommodating! Debbie was fabulous! So friendly & helpful! Even walked us to the LUAS so we knew exactly where we were headed! Which by the way, the LUAS is just steps from the hotel and took us directly to Dublin! She drew out a map for us and everything! Top tier customer service! And the room was clean and comfortable! The OSTEN for brekkie was perfection! Sean was so friendly and accommodating and the food was fresh and delicious! Piping hot coffee and tea and wonderful hot breakfast selections and or continental choices as well! Could not have asked for a better stay! Thank you Glashaus!

Sadly, Dublin was quite warm for the period we were there. The rooms have AC but a few rooms we booked had error codes which prevented them from cooling. It was quickly resolved. The train being next to the property didn't present a problem. Noise, even with a room a few floors up was not a jump out of bed loud noise. More like soft thunder rolling in. Only a bother if you let it be a bother. Osten restaurant - I thought the food was good. Though for the Eggs Benedict might I suggest a Canadian style bacon. Or a protein less salty than bacon. Hollandaise was excellent. Fish and Chips very good. Parking was validated and plenty of room for a compact car. Thanks to the staff for their caring service.

A Perfect Final Stay in Ireland My 9-year-old daughter and I spent our last night in Ireland at the Glashaus Hotel, and we couldn’t have asked for a better ending to our trip. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well located, with shops, restaurants, and public transport just steps away – incredibly convenient! One of the standout features was the well-organized underground parking, which made arriving and settling in completely hassle-free. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, going out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. And then — the breakfast! Absolutely fabulous. I can honestly say I’ve never had such perfect Eggs Benedict. Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and served with care. Our room was comfortable and peaceful, ideal for a restful final night. The entire experience at Glashaus Hotel felt like a treat — modern comforts with genuine Irish hospitality. A truly perfect last night and last breakfast for us in Ireland. Highly recommended!

This was a great hotel in a very nice part of Dublin. The location was ideal, just a short walk from a shopping mall and surrounded by plenty of dining options, from quick bites to full sit-down meals. They provided free parking in the attached garage which made things so much easier, especially in the city. Breakfast the next morning was excellent, with a cooked-to-order entree along with a continental spread — a perfect way to start the day. Overall, this hotel offered a comfortable stay, great amenities and a convenient location. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is situated in my home town and ideally central to near where my family live and is great for access to the Dublin mountains. The room itself was impeccably clean and fresh smelling, including the bathroom. The bed was firm but also very comfortable. The room was supplied with a kettle, complimentary tea bags, coffee milk and sugar. The room was also quite warm upon arrival without the heat being on but you can open the window for fresh air and there’s air conditioning which was fantastic for cooling the room at night which was perfect for getting a great nights sleep. Lovely views of the mountains from the room. The hotel was also very quiet. The staff were very friendly polite and courteous upon arrival and throughout my stay. And housekeeping staff did a great job servicing the room when needed. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel that serve breakfast and other meals, but Breakfast and other meals are NOT INCLUDED with your room and must be paid for separately. The hotel is also served by the Luas tram which goes into central Dublin from outside the hotel and there’s a decent sized shopping mall about 2 minutes walk containing a good variety of shops with various coffee shops and other eating and dining establishments.

I honestly didn’t find any fault with the hotel and this was my first time staying here.

The room was spacious, the beds extremely comfy, terrific lighting in the bathroom. Breakfast was fine - the continental breakfast basic, but tasty. Not a huge selection, but fine for the price. Most of the staff were extremely nice, friendly and helpful. The location was practical, beside the Luas (tram) station and also directly adjacent to the Square shopping centre.

There was no catering for coeliacs even for breakfast - toasting frozen gluten-free bread in the same toaster as other bread really doesn't help. A bit more awareness would be good! Our cards were only released for one night and had expired the next day, so had to get them both reactivated at reception the second day, upon returning to our room.

The Location is amazing. My husband was having a procedure I T. U. H over night so I booked a room . In the end they discharged him late . It was good to be so near for the night. Instead of hours away

The Bistro menu was basic but sufficient to suit all pallets and food was hot and delicious. The beds were one of the best We have slept in and that surpasses some five star accommodation.

It's a modern, clean hotel. The disabled shower was excellent, although there were no grab rails. The room was very quiet and the heating very easy to adjust. The tram stop is right outside the front door. The free, secure parking is excellent. and meant we could avoid the hassle of driving in central Dublin by taking the tram. The safe was too small for a laptop. On getting into the newly remade bed we discovered some tissues from the night before had not been taken from the bed.
