We had a very warm reception upon arrival. Our bedroom was comfortable and our daughter greatly appreciated the television. We enjoyed dinner and drinks in the restaurant downstairs and felt safe enough to allow our daughter to join the pack of Irish children running around the restaurant.

We hadn't expected the music to be quite so audible in our bedroom and to last so late into the night. If we'd had time to stay downstairs and join the party we wouldn't have been so bothered but it was difficult to get to sleep. We also had a rough time opening and shutting the window of our bedroom.

The cleanliness of the bedroom and ensuite, the kettle in the room, the little containers body wash in the bathroom. Dlso, what was very nice was the offer of making up a packed lunch for me and on arrival back on one of the nights was asked if I'd like some water.

I was very disappointed to come back late on Good Friday night, having been up since 6.00 a.m. that morning, to find music blaring which was completely audible from the bedroom, and needing to grt up again at 6.00 a.m. the following morning. It would have beena great convenience if a lift was available to bring luggage to the bedroom on arrival and back down on departure. In the question below as to whether the property met my expectations I have clicked on 'no', for the readon that I did not expect there to be very loud music on late at night on one of the three nights that I was there.

We stayed just one night to go to a nearby wedding. Really friendly and helpful staff as soon as we arrived, our room wasn't ready on our early arrival but they left our bags into the room ahead of our late return after the wedding. The room itself was perfect, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. Really tasty breakfast in the bar the next morning, cooked to order off an extensive menu, and again very friendly bar staff. Fantastic value for money in Naas, highly recommended for a couple

Great room, friendly helpful staff, free wi-fi, great location for my purposes. I had two great nights sleep in a comfortable bed in a great room. The evening meal was really good, with large portions and at a good price. The Guinness was really good. Breakfast was average, but served a purpose. I loved my stay and will definitely use the Town House Hotel again.

Breakfast was average, but I only had breakfast on one morning and that may have been an exception. It would not put me off staying and availing of breakfast again.

We were greeted by the lovely receptionist lady, she was absolutely lovely, breakfast was gorgeous, would highly recommend this place

We were 20 mins late checking out receptionist asked nicely to get the bags, we were delayed because we were having breakfast. The cleaning lady was very rude to my son tapping her watch and asking us to get a move on. We woke up late due to attending a wedding, Cleaning staff shouldn't be so rude to the residents but other than this it was a fantastic place to stay and all other staff was lovely.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was the best breakfast I have ever been served in any accommodation in which we have ever stayed. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough to help us. Kathy, the receptionist carried my luggage to my room and made tea for us on arrival. I really appreciated the tea. The following morning we were greeted by the very friendly receptionist and served a really delicious Irish breakfast. I particularly appreciated the big pot of piping hot tea as I love to start my day with a few cups of tea. The very friendly room attendant offered to carry my case downstairs. In conclusion, this hotel offers the weary traveller a really homely atmosphere. All members of staff made us feel very much at home with their very friendly and helpful disposition.

I could not find one thing that I disliked.n

The Town house is a hotel that is part of the community, A lively bar and incredible staff, Darren is the bar manager and could not do enough for us, The town house does exactly what it says " On the tin" , no leisure centre or Pool this is a local hotel and has lovely welcoming warm feeling, clean and well maintained, Good bar with proper Irish Banter, cracking pints and a freshly cooked cracking breakfast, a very relaxing atmosphere, something very charming , we will return yet again.

Great location. (5 minute walk to Main Street) Great staff. Dolores was excellent. Lovely hot cooked breakfast. Nice comfortable bar. Lovely clean and warm room. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Spotless bathroom. Free parking and WiFi.

Everything was excellent. Maybe a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries etc. and a couple of glasses would have been the only gripe I had but that's only a minor thing

We were allowed to check in an hour earlier than the stated booking time.The Hotel is spotlessly clean with friendly staff and bar customers. They serve good quality cooked breakfasts ideal for starting the day. The hotel is an easy walk into the town centre. Check out the short cut left after the Harbour hotel past the Grand canal pier [ only 4 or 5 hundred yards in total ] it is a beautiful area for a picnic or for feeding the ducks and pigeons.

Bearing in mind it is a 2 star rating I would not have expected more.
