The property was a relocation through yourselves as our original booking was cancelled. The changes we had to manage. The hotel was accessible. Leisure facilities were accessible.

The distance from the airport was longer than planned. The distance to Avviva was longer than planned. This was not the hotels fault. It was a busy weekend and we needed to take what was available. From a Booking.com point of view. I did not like the fact you insisted we claim the extra and claim it back. We have sent in the invoice 4 days ago now and received nothing back not even an acknowledgment. Again it’s not the hotels fault it has no reflection on them they gave me everything we needed. It was my concern the reimbursement would take a long time.

Everything but especially the spa, it was amazing. The staff working there were very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Holly gave the best facial I've had in years, I didn't want to leave. Food and cocktails were delicious too, very nice and friendly bar staff especially the bar man from Mayo, didn't get his name but made delicious cocktails! Room was big, clean and there was a great tub in the bathroom.

Small thing really, could use air conditioning in the room, there was a fan but the room was extremely hot. The underground carpark could use freshening up, the yellow lines are almost gone and very difficult to see but that's it, not a big deal, wouldn't stop me from rebooking which I'm actually already planning!

The bathroom with separate bath and shower in the family room was excellent. Loved the design and tiles. The big balcony (great when kids are asleep for parents to chat outside) The beds were very comfy and the pillows, a rarity in hotels! Spacious room for kids. Loved the mini table and chairs. Very clean. Tent in room and kids toiletries were nice touches and very welcome play area in lobby. Maybe adding more kids books would be nice. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice view of plants from balcony.

Toilet right behind door of bathroom in family room not very safe with little kids opening door (maybe install door stopper on inside) Would be nice if mirror near vanity or plug accessible near mirror to dry hair. Lack of vegan breakfast options.

Check in was fast, receptionist very pleasant. We got an upgrade. Room spotless and comfortable. Food tasty.

We went for dinner in the bar at 5.30pm. A few people having meals, but a group of about 8 men at the bar, obviously had a lot of drink and very noisy. We asked to be moved but it made no difference. We asked a 2nd time and was offered a table up stairs which was very cold as people going in and out the door and we could still hear the noisy men. We decided just to have a main meal and leave as soon as we could. We spoke to the manager about our disappointment, to which he apologised and said " hopefully next time you're hear it will be a nicer visit " We weren't impressed with his Comment. We were given a pot of tea to the foyer which was nice of them.

The staff were lovely, room a great size.

There was a buzzing in the room all night (sounded like an electric box). The gym was the messiest gym I've ever been in (& I've been in plenty), training and access to facilities is a large reason I book a hotel but this gym had weights /equipment strewn all over the place and the location of some of the weights made it hard to access them when individuals were training in that area (for example where the cable machine is located next to a bench and then access to dumbells made very difficult).

We were met by a lovely girl in reception...Saoirse...big smile and eager to help in any way to make our stay memorable.Our room was clean and very comfortable

We had dinner in the bar, and even though it wasn't very busy we were left standing ,for to be shown a table. Once we were seated and handed menus, the waiter never asked if we would like a drink , my husband went up to the bar to order one, and was told it was waiter service, so we had to wait for our waiter to come back to us with our drinks. once we ordered and our food arrived, which was delicious. we had to draw attention to our waiter for the dessert menu,like I said it was not busy, but our waiter was floating around not doing much. We would have had another drink and maybe coffee had we been offered it...that waiter lost out on us spending more money at the bar ,which is not good business sense !

Room and bathroom were large and spacious with all the amenities. Food in bar and breakfast the next day were excellent. Staff were very friendly. Didn't make use of spa and leisure centre but would definitely be interested in doing so in the future

Only downside was that we were locked out of our rooms before we had checked out, and before the checkout side. It meant that we had to go down to reception during a busy period to get our cards revalidated so that we could evacuate the room - which I assume was the goal in the first place

Our room was fantastic. Our bed was so comfortable the room was huge . Breakfast was delicious and hot. Staff were very friendly.

Just a few things about our room . It was very hot the heat was on and we couldn't get the air con working so I asked the front desk to send someone up as we were heading out. When we got back the room was even hotter they had turned the heat back on after we turned it off . But I found a fan . While we were out on the balcony we spotted a wasps nest right by the door. I did tell front desk about it put not sure if they done anything. The shower down stairs was very slippy the water would not drain and I just had my knee replacement so it's very dangerous for that to happen. Other than that we had a great time and will definitely be back a 3th time

Great stay as usual, room was done lovely for us for my partner’s baby moon, with some free chocolates and a swan towel arrangement on the bed. Amazing food, helpful staff, clean comfy room, partner was very happy with the massage we booked in the spa and all around great atmosphere in the hotel.

Would have rated it the full 10 out of 10, the only issue we had was the room was extremely warm. The weather was warm. But the room and bathroom were even warmer. Especially the bathroom, which seemed to have a heated floor. There is a fan provided in the room which slightly helped. But also makes me think it’s not the first time someone has had this issue.

The hotel was nice and clean. Easy to find. The room was lovely. Massive bed, lovely bathroom and all was spotless. The pool once there was clean and not too busy. Changing room was clean and spacious.

Restaurant wasn't open. To get a table in the bar was treated like a restaurant booking. Staff seemed under pressure and forgot to bring us two portions of fries. The swimming pool was difficult to access . You have to go outside the building and up and down stairs. Water bottles have no lids on which I mentioned to receptionist none do she replied.
