From our first moment, I was impressed. The front desk staff assisted with bags, a glass of bubbly, we got a bite to eat and were able to relax. The food, especially the soups, was well done to perfection!! You had our hearts when I could get my bestie her bailey's and coffee. I could go off by myself and know she could get anything she needed, and that helped me. Your Accessibility rooms should be the standard... LOVED the resident horses! Your staff are the most professional of any I've met.

Could use one more chair at the little table but we brought in a wicker one.

We had a great stay here. The location is convenient to getting to Dublin and highways, however, you will need your own transportation to get around. The staff were polite, thoughtful and professional. The breakfast was wonderful overall and yummy. Personal touches like the welcome notes, glass of champagne and early hold of our luggage then delivered to our rooms was really nice.

There are road noise from highway was a con. Shower space a bit cramp and mattress was a bit on the firm side. At first, the exterior was not pleasant but they painted while were there and now it looks pretty good.

The friendliness of the staff, nothing was any trouble, they were attentive & professional. The cleanliness of the main building, rooms was exceptional. The complimentary glass of prosecco was a nice touch. They have plans for jacuzzi & hot tub in near future that will make a lovely addition to an already beautiful hotel

To say we didn't like it is extreme. I thought the price of the menu was a bit steep €16 for starter €36 for mains. Also on day of checkout drilling started outside main building, other side of breakfast room while guests were still eating, this went on until we checked out early because of noise. I understand this is a new hotel but thought they could at least cease until guests checked out would this put me off staying again definitely not, it is a beautiful hotel inside. Can't wait to return when more facilities are added.

Bedroom very comfortable and nicely designed . Staff very pleasant. Warm inviting and clean public spaces . Vegan food delicious.

Staff on front desk very pleasant. Food and beverage staff were all doing their best and pleasant but would be great if supervisors supported on job training in hospitality. Eg when handing a wine menu let the customer know some wines not available due to changes . Locating a solo diner in a non conspicuous seat . Porridge & scrambled eggs both came at same time at breakfast and I was the only person at table . Little attention to detail would really elevate the experience as the staff were pleasant but lacking training.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Any queries I had were sorted out right away. They even brought a fabulous pizza up to my hotel room for me. It is a very high class modern hotel with a homely feel to it. There was an amazing TV with Netflix and lots of other features on it. The bed was super comfortable. The balcony was very clean and comfortable to relax on. I could see the beautiful horses grazing in the field from my balcony. I was staying here to attend a festival and I could hear the music playing from the balcony while I was getting ready to go out. The balcony door had a soft close feature so it didn't bang as I carried my pizza out to enjoy on the balcony. Shower and bathroom areas were marvellous. Plenty of lovely scented toiletries. The water pressure and temperature regulation was just right. Comfortable waiting areas while I was waiting for a taxi and great welcoming from the staff as well as a great send off when I was leaving. Only I didn't want to go, it was such a great spot! Would definitely stay here again!

The pillows in the hotel were not good. I think they were feather pillows but when I laid on them, I may as well have been sleeping directly on the mattress. I have sinuses issues and a dust allergy. When I had the air conditioning on I felt all congested, my nose was blocked and I had a bad headache. Had to turn off the air conditioning to end with and open the balcony door once the festival goers had calmed down.

From the prosecco on arrival to the wonderful views from the balcony over the paddocks it truly was wonderful. Can't fault the staff or facilities. It was for a birthday as well so was so nice that the hotel was so lovely and the staff so friendly.

Unfortunately the breakfast was one of the worst ive ever had. At 22 euro a head, and everything seemingly prepared to order I expected a truly wonderful experience. I ordered a full irish, What landed was a greasy mess of lukewarm breakfast items that had looked like they had been sitting for hours. Juices and pastries were nice but the hot breakfast was inedible. Quite literally a layer of grease on the plate, mushrooms dried up, bacon soggy and egg overcooked. There was only one waitress working and she seemed so busy trying to keep up with serving customers we didn't mention it at the time. Just such a shame as it was the only negative about the whole stay.

Love this hotel. The staff at reception greet you with a warm welcome. The bar and restaurant staff are also lovely and chatty. What I really love about the hotel is you're not getting overcharged for extras such as late check-out, the charges are reasonable and affordable not to mention breakfast in bed is at no extra charge! I really feel this is a huge bonus to staying in the hotel! The terrace area is lovely and peaceful with 3 beautiful and very looked-after horses in the field (which you can also see from your room) I've stayed 2 times for concerts that were close by but I'd love to come back for a general relaxed stay. It's probably my favourite hotel close to Dublin!

I honestly couldn't fault the place. It might be a little awkward to get to without a car but that's the beauty of the place being so quiet as it's away from the hustle and bustle of a busy town.

Breakfast was the only disappointment on this trip, waited almost an hour. Two young people could not cope with constant requests from customers for individual items. Simple solution would be to have self service for cereals juices etc.

It would have been nice not to have to wait an hour for breakfast, many other people I met felt likewise, it’s pity because dinner previous evening was really good, rooms were lovely, but breakfast was chaotic to put it mildly, I would strongly suggest hotel sort this out to avoid poor guest experiences.

The decor outside was phenomenal which made a nice walk to reception. We were welcomed with a glass of bubbles as we checked in which was a nice touch to the trip. After being told everything about the hotel when breakfast was etc we went to see our room. The rooms are spacious the bed is very comfortable and clean with again beautiful decor. Whenever we called reception there was always someone to help us which was great!! Overall an amazing hotel and we would definitely come again!!

The £200 charge on our card and now having to wait 7 working day for it to come back onto my account.

We were looking for somewhere to stay just south of Dublin after and before ferry crossings from and to UK. Very easy to find just off N7 but not bothered by noise. The exterior of the purpose built hotel is rather austere but the interior is modern and comfortable. We would have no hesitation in using the hotel again. We did not explore the surrounding area so cannot comment on using the hotel as a holiday base although we did visit the National Stud and Japanese Garden which are well worth seeing.

Exterior of the hotel is rather bland to the point of putting you off but, once inside, the hotel is modern and comfortable.
