Lovely property. Beautiful grounds. House was incredibly clean, stained glass on the doors, room was clean, shower lovely with an en suite. The host was welcoming and gracious. Parking was easy and check in and out was also quite efficient. Overall beautiful property.
Bed was not very comfortable. Very hard to find in the evening. Had to stop at a local pup to get directions. This location does not offer breakfast. This is totally ok and I knew this booking but if you would like to stay several days and gain some local friendships, get a family atmosphere with the hosts, you might look elsewhere as breakfast is where you really interact with other guests and the hosts.

The accommodation was spacious, clean and had everything I needed for my few days stay. Very quiet location and nice to be woken up by the birds singing. Both hosts were friendly and helpful and supplied an excellent breakfast. The accommodation was located in a good area to go sightseeing in whichever direction I chose. I will definitely be back here again next time I visit Ireland
Only one thing, but it could just be my age, but it might be nice to have a rubber mat (not very hygienic perhaps) to put in the shower cubicle, I did find it a bit slippery, but it could just be my age :-(

Tony and Therese were both wonderful and such kind hosts. They were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The Irish traditional breakfast was phenomenal on both days of our stay. A very nice quiet and peaceful stay for a wedding close by. Really enjoyed it and our meals at The Hideout in Kilcullen. Would love to return.

We had a very comfortable stay at Ash House. Lovely warm welcome when we arrived. The house is set in amazing grounds with beautiful views. Bedrooms and bathroom were spacious, warm, and clean, and the bathroom had little extras, shower gel, shampoo, hand cream, etc. I would highly recommend a stay here. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Ash House!

A warm welcome on a slightly late arrival. Room was spacious and included an adjoining room with TV and fridge. Easy to find with a suitable satnav and set in beautiful countryside translating to a quiet setting. A good breakfast was served with everything you would find in much larger establishments. We would stay again if travelling in Ireland again.
Bed was a bit squeaky but sleep wasn't disturbed.

This was a perfect stay! It was the most comfortable, welcoming place I had ever stayed in! It was spotlessly clean. Tony is warm and friendly, even though we had a late check in. It is in an idyllic country setting with cows grazing right out of the window. We only staying there for one night traveling from Cork to Belfast and I wish we could have stayed longer. You must get the breakfast! It was delicious and beautifully served. If I am ever in Ireland again I will absolutely most definitely be staying there again!!
Nothing...it was absolutely perfect!!

We had one night here and it is a lovely house in a lovely setting in the country side, quite near Kildare. Our hostess went out of the way to prepare a bit of extra breakfast for my sisters, even though we had not requested it.
The only small niggle was the double bed was very springy and made noise every time I turned over. Not my best night's sleep.

The owners are great. They are very kind and accommodating. They also serve a wonderful breakfast. It is a paid breakfast but well worth it! They are great cooks.
If snacks or food at night were available we would have purchased something vs. going into town which is a little distance. This is not really a dislike more a it would be nice to have comment :).

Ash House is a beautiful house. I had booked a family room and we actually got 2 rooms and a separate sitting room with TV and tea and coffee facilities. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable
I cannot fault the house. it is a little further from Newbridge than I thought but still doable.
