The main hotel and staff were amazing. We only stayed two night , we used the SPA for a discounted 25€ each but it was not worth it. Food and drinks good price and tasted nice.

Our room was so hot we didn’t sleep for two night, the staff at reception did get us a fan but this was. O good - just moving the hot air around. Outside temperature was 10 degrees our room was 24degress so not great SPA facilities we paid 25€ each, I did not think it was worth the money Dirty cups everywhere, unsure if half the facilities were working as all room seamed to be at the same temperature. Steam room was out of order. SPA needed a good clean

A variety of good and healthy foods to choose from as well as having a cooked breakfast served on warmed plates - it was all delicious and the Staff were so attentive and friendly . The Breakfast was served in the stylish Restaurant Blakes which is very comfortable to enjoy it all

My meal in the Seven Bar was very disappointing Very sloppy and didn't eat well . Ingredients were not fresh and I had an alternative meal which resembled something from a Suprmarket Freezer. The Bar itself is nicely done and the Terrace Garden Room is lovely to enjoy a good day with a drink

Overall, the hotel was lovely, and the staff were very attentive. The Sunday bar staff, unfortunately, were very slow, albeit a lot of teenagers and some in training it took 14 minutes to get to americanos. The food was excellent, the breakfast plate came out extremely hot, which was not very pleasant to touch without a warning. Staff member should have given some notice to us. Very well equipped gym, unlike most other hotels.

Unfortunately due to weather conditions, we were unable to check in for several hours which meant we did not have use of our room until 5pm. We did get a complimentary late check out however we had a staff member knocking on our door 5 mins pre check out time to ask us are we checking out🫣.

The hotel is in a fantastic setting with great staff.

We had a dinner reservation in seven restaurant for 7pm but we came down early to have an ore dinner drink and to watch the football to be told we had to have our drink at the bar which would not have been a problem with there was somewhere to sit at the bar. When we pointed this out we were told to go sit in the foyer but we told them that we wanted to watch the football and that we were eating so why could we not sit at our table as there was plenty of tables free. That was the only disappointment about our stay. We have stayed at the heritage several timed before and we always have this problem with the bar.

When we arrived at hotel we paid our bill 670 which included 2 evening meals the first night when we went into restaurant they said we were only booked for breakfast but then went to check and apologised the second night same thing I had to go to reception to sort it out myself the girl on the desk said we were not entitled to evening meal it wasn't on the computer I then produced my receipt and she said o your correct it was in the extras on computer it was quite embarrassing in the restaurant I then came back into restaurant and my starter was cold I spoke to a lovely lady on the next morning she refunded me the price of the dinner Regards Christine Forde

Staff are excellent. Very warm, kind and polite. It is appreciated when a staff member says good morning when just passing by. Keep it up folks. Also would like to say well done on the staff in the restaurant. Good management and more especially the young folks who were serving. It is appreciated that many are young and possibly in their first or second job - they were great to observe in their work during a very busy evening in the restaurant. They all looked calm, remained very warm, friendly and professional even when you could see it was a demanding evening serving. Well done. Having worked in gastro for many years it was hugely impressive to watch and experience. Also shout out to the night manager and day manager who is I spoke to about a small issue. Both were courteous and were quick to offer an amicable solution. My issue was not forgotten about. Shout out to the young lad at reception who I chatted to at 12 midnight - I was a bit tired and was a little frustrated at the noise from the bar which one could hear from my room directly above the bar. He handled it very professionally and remained down to earth - a person who presented themselves as someone who could help rather than just fob someone off. Please don't change the staff...you ve a good bunch there.

Just the noise from the bar which kept us awake in the room till it finished at 12 midnight. That's all. Little frustrating but in fairness I have only good things to say about how the staff handled it. I didn't feel l like Mr No party, more so that my frustration was reasonable and dealt with as such. So thank you.

Beautiful luxurious hotel with fabulous lobby area. Room was clean and equipped with everything plus extras (coffee machine, espa products, freestanding bathtub etc), very comfortable bed. Spa area was brilliant. It cost extra to use but was well worth the money. Partner used the golf course and really enjoyed. It has a nice walking trail around the course too. Food and drink in the hotel was really good, staff very friendly. The little pub at the entrance to hotel called the thatch had lovely food and cosy atmosphere. Will be back !

The moment we entered the lobby there was a beautiful scent which immediately kicked the relaxing mode into gear

On my 2 night stay, for supper I dined in Seven and Blake. I was disappointed on both occasions. The plate of food presented did not reflect the menu. In my opinion, reading gives the impression you are in a a modern, trendy, award winning, extremely expensive restaurant. Sadly it is none of those. Perhaps I should say the price of the meal was also not what one would expect to pay for such a grandeou menu. Lovely atmosphere in the Bar, as expected. The Blake felt like a big kitchen in an old country house ...perhaaps thats the intention....please get rid of the plastic flowers and lamp from the tables. The cushions in both restaurants were appreciated. Breakfast was absolutely perfect. Brought to our room at requested time and was hot .

Bright, clean & airy with a fabulous lobby at the entrance showing the stairs.

For drinks in the bar, the young waiting staff seemed only allowed to bring your drinks to your table. The 2 bar staff were busy making cocktails so at least a 10 minute wait for 2 gin & tonics, same again with our 2nd drink, a long wait. On paying for those drinks the young waiting staff couldn’t operate the till so waiting again for a bar tender to complete the transaction for the bill to be paid. For breakfast in the morning, we ordered our hot breakfast from waiting staff. Other tables around us sat down after us but were served their hot breakfast before us. We had to point this out & ask where was ours. So again waiting for our hot breakfast & had to order our coffee again. Didn’t seem to be any senior staff noticing this or on duty at this time.

Beautiful hotel and sorroundings. Nice location close to Kildare town and shopping. Near the motorway but rural. Lovely function room and the suites are great. The restaurant food was very nice. The staff and reception were v helpful. Car parking was good. Function room bar service was quick and attentive. Dyson hairdryer in room. Toiletries great quality. Beds comfy, suite large and luxurious.

The bar food options were OK, not brilliant. The hotel main bar was a little understaffed, as a big event was being hosted in the function room. So when people were ordering cocktails etc the service was a little slow.
