Rooms were very spacious. Bathrooms were lovely with fabulous large showers , beds were very comfortable, and staff at the desk were very friendly and welcoming. Pool was very nice water was warm . Bar area was nice, food was lovely. Breakfast was lovely, and there was plenty on offer.

The pool area needs a little tlc, but staff there were very polite. There was a little issue with our dinner order in the bar being incorrect, but it was dealt with very efficiently, and a discount was applied to our bill, which we didn't expect as we were also offered a free drink the lads in the bar were very friendly and accommodating

Staff were very accommodating and helped organise a few bits and pieces that made my stay easier. Very communicative and quick to respond to questions. Bed and pillows really comfortable, room is a good size, bedside plugs are helpful, and I got a great night's sleep.

Pool facilities are fine, but the ladies changing rooms had what looked like a considerable amount of mould beneath the paint, all along one wall. Sauna and steam room were a pretty wimpy temperature early in the morning, possibly due to low or late gym staffing.

I had a lovely stay and found the room to be spacious, with a comfortable double bed, beautiful lighting, and a clean, well-laid-out design. While the room sizes do vary (as indicated during the reservation process), all rooms appear clean and well arranged. The facilities, including the pool, steam room, and sauna, were easily accessible and added great value to the experience but are separate to the hotel area. I didn't find the entrance so I walked through reception to gain access but perhaps there's another way! The hotel location is super convenient with easy access from the motorway. What stood out the most was the friendly staff at front of house. They were patient, professional, and happy to assist with people's queries. While waiting for a friend in reception, I observed the staff going above and beyond to handle a variety of questions, always calm and friendly. Overall, a positive experience, and I would recommend.

The staff at the reception were excellent, especially the gentleman I spoke to before arrival and the same guy I met when I arrived. I called earlier to see if I could check in earlier than 3 pm. due to a change in flight ETA. He said he would try and sort something. On I arrival, i only planned to just stay in the lounge until check in time, but he recognized me as I walked in and approached the counter. He called me by name and said he had sorted a room for me. I was so happy. I was able to rest after a long journey. Brilliant service.

The energy and professionalism of the restaurant staff doesn't match those at the counter. They weren't welcoming, no smile, no please, no thank you and certainly doesn't have same customer service skills as those in reception.

Hotel was nice and bedroom was comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. We only had a short time to eat as we were playing in a bridge competition. I just got starters which I was assured was gluten free. They tasted delicious but when I was back playing cards I felt really sick. I only survived a short time playing when I had to run out to the bathroom where I was violently sick and had diarrhea. Clearly the food was not gluten free.

Man opening door to bedroom! I was in bathroom n husband in room also my cousins in there room cut his foot on a few shards of glass and complained at front desk. Girls did vacumn room but still missed a few pieces. No compensation of any kind was offered as I had already paid on the 3rd April on check in. Thought it was bad practise that Nothing was mentioned to me on checkout

Staff at reception were really friendly and helpful and had a great rapport with the kids. Swimming pool was ideal for our small kids and facilities were clean. Restaurant had fabulous food all our meals were tasty and the service was fast. The staff were very accommodating of our little fussy eaters.

We had a family room with 2 double beds, and unfortunately, one of the beds had a huge dip at one side, making it very uncomfortable for the adults, but the kids paid no attention to it when swapped over. Other than this this the room was lovely and clean.

I called the day previous to our stay explaining we were travelling from Mayo to the Bruce Springsteen Concert in Kilkenny and asked if we could drop our luggage on the way . The Receptionist was so nice and said that she would try to get us an early check in . We arrived at approximately 11.45 and the room was prepared and waiting for us . I think this was so exceptional and more than we had expected . This kindness makes your Hotel stand out and was very much appreciated . All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful so a wonderful experience all told.

Everything was excellent so nothing we didn’t like

The breakfast and reception staff were great. The food was very good.

The room was above the conference centre. There were speakers throughout Sunday and one speaker in particular was very loud. The amplification was over the top. We were trying to rest, and everything was noisy. People in the hallway could be heard. The cleaner knocked on the door, even though we had the Shhhh.. sign out, and asked us if we had a late checkout, even though we were booked in until Wednesday.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent food, great value

One of the mains was missed off the dinner order and we had a long wait for it because it was so busy. We had to ask two different staff before we got an update and we were then waiting about 30 minutes for it. It meant one of the party had to eat on thier own after we had finished. The staff were very apologetic and it was sorted. I don't think the staff member should be taking dinner and drinks orders for a full table by memory.
