Quite a stately hotel set in the middle of the town. While we were there - there were several Deb balls occurring and it was fabulous to see all the sparkle, glitter and laughter. I would imagine that this place would be great for a wedding or other such events (although I didn’t get to see the ballroom). The attached swimming pool is small and forms part of the local leisure club/gym - so you share the facilities with locals and could be busy at peak times. The rooms were nice and comfortable and quiet.

The breakfast didn’t do it for me at all. The full Irish was too salty and the avocado on toast was too spicy and full of peppers.

Beautiful hotel with fabulous staff that really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The outdoor hydro pool and leisure centre was really lovely .I used the spa had a full body massage and felt amazing leaving it and very pampered. The food was excellent will definitely return to this hotel . The bridge bar had lively entertainment that we enjoyed it’s also close to many pubs restaurants and shops .

Nothing everything was excellent staff food rooms and furnishings .

It is a lovely hotel very comfortable bed. The rooms maybe could do with a bit of updating but very clean.

The bathroom in particular the placement of the toilet. It was placed tight up against the wall which meant you had to sit at an angle to use it which wasn't very practical or comfortable. We had a wet room which meant when using the shower which really would need replacing as it leaked everywhere and wasn't very powerful more like a hand held shower you would use over a bath but the water went all over the floor as the shower curtain wasn't doing anything.

Hotel was lovely. Staff were great and so friendly. Tullamore is great wee town, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Cinema and small shopping centre just across street. Breakfast was great, great service.

Accessible room......outdated, bed high. Mobility scooter took up a lot of room, hard to manoeuvr. Bathroom/wet room became very wet and had to use towels to soak up water. Drainage was poor. Cold tap wasn't working so washing hands was difficult as hot tap was extremely warm from when you turned it on. Toilet was low to ground and an extra handrail beside this would help.

Such a lovely hotel, room was lovely, staff very polite and friendly, food excellent.

The only 1 thing negative and my own fault for not enquiring about was the window in the room , I couldn't open it and the room was so warm and both myself and my partner were very uncomfortable for the whole night, it wasn't until the next morning while talking to a gentleman in the lift about it and he had said it only opens from the top so I went back to the room later but I still had to climb on the window cill to reach it so maybe a little sign and a pole for us short people 🤣 to reach and 1 other small detail a full length mirror would have been great.

Upkeep was good. Nice lunch menu. Staff were friendly and good. Rooms were nice and modern. Bars were good. The hotel was clean. It is in the town centre and has some lovely places nearby. The music was good in front bar. Breakfast was good.

The leisure centre was the only thing I didn't like. The water temperature in plunge pool and jacuzzi was to cold and the jacuzzi didn't work.

This place is impressive from the get go! I only took a cursory look at photos when I booked it, as the price was in line with other properties. Just seeing it curbside was enough for me to get out and take a photo of the facade. Then, I walked inside. WOW!!! From the opulent staircase to the elegant lobby & beautifully appointed room, I felt like I was in a palace. I had no idea it would be so regal. I think it has 4 restaurants, a pub, a fitness center & spa, among other things... I cannot wait to come back!

NOTHING AT ALL!

This hotel reminded me of the First Class Stateroom on the Titanic (in a good way!), with its grand public rooms including a magnificent entrance, wonderful staircase, imposing chandeliers, sweeping reception desk, well-stocked bar and fascinating library, not to mention the panelled ceilings, deep carpets and excellent staff. And to cap it all, the hotel is right in the middle of Tullamore and has plenty of private parking. Breakfast was, of course, excellent and plentiful. Winner.

We stayed at the Bridge House overnight en route to an early flight out of Dublin Airport and it could not have been more convenient - just minutes off the M4. The Hotel is obviously popular with locals and lively downstairs but our room on the 4th floor was completely quiet and perfectly appointed, spotlessly clean, with a superb bathroom and coffee and tea setup. Private parking is convenient, a couple of minutes from the front door. There's much to explore in the town centre, and we found a lovely pub just around the corner. A perfect spot!

We had to leave too early to enjoy the included breakfast!

Everything was good except the TV had no ability for us to stream Netflix or Prime or using our hard drive. This meant the in room entertainment was very limited. Room was clean, excellent location, free private parking, in house restaurants, great breakfast. Staff were wonderful.

In room entertainment was virtually non existent.
