The location is amazing for going to the Heritage hotel. It is like you are staying in an apartment, you have your own entrance, a little kitchenette and your own room & ensuite. It is really well done, it is much more than a B&B :-) Ivan the host was amazing and offered us a lift to the hotel we were attending a wedding there. The breakfast the next morning was amazing, the homemade bread, bagels, cream cheese & smoked salmon … so many options. I couldn’t recommend Kearney’s more!!! It’s amazing!!

Nice big room and ensuite with nice shower. On the ground floor. Good continental breakfast including orange juice, fresh fruit and a selection of breads. The bedroom is just off the breakfast room where you can make tea or coffee whenever you want.
There is a dog in the house that came with the owner when I was being shown around including into the breakfast room (thankfully did not come into the bedroom). Important to note for people with allergies! Checkout procedure wasn't clear. I had to leave through a different door and try to find someone to give the key to. Maybe I was supposed to leave it in the room? Also I couldn't see a sign outside the house so it's a bit hard to find in the dark.

Soft nice bed, very good shower, very kind and helpful host. Quiet area with good parking on site. Extensive breakfast with excellent coffee.
Quite hot in the room, we openend the Windows a bit then it was fine, but we couldnt put the thermostat lower than 23 degC. This was quite warm to sleep. Suggestion: Very nice shower, could do with a bit more towel hangers to let them dry after showering.

Super hosts who made us feel so welcome, lovely property, extremely clean, the room was perfect (spacious, comfortable, private en-suite) separate entrance, we stayed just for one night and it was a couple minutes drive to the Heritage hotel where we had a wedding, Ivan kindly gave us a lift down the road, amazing breakfast, great selection of fresh tasty food, I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you Julie-Anne & Ivan!
All good!

Our hosts, Julie-Anne and Ivan were very friendly and welcoming, our en-suite bedroom was a good size with countryside views. Breakfast was excellent with so much to choose from, everything from bread and jam to smoked salmon! It was a self service system in a dining area shared with another B&B room. Different but really good. We definitely recommend it and would return if we were in the area again.
There was nothing not to like.

Kearneys cottage is a beautiful new-build property located down the road from the Heritage Hotel. The room was really modern and comfortable. The hosts were extremely welcoming and Ivan was very kind to give me a lift up to the Heritage for a wedding. The breakfast was delicious and extremely fresh. The hosts put a lot of effort into making sure their guests have a great stay. I would highly recommend :)

Having only stayed one night, for work, I didn't have the opportunity to explore the location, but being right in the heart of the countryside the area is lovely and peaceful. Juliann and Ivan are friendly, welcoming hosts and are keen for you to have a super, enjoyable stay. The room was spotless and comfortable. The little, two-table, shared dining room was lovely. The continental breakfast was superb, with lots to choose from, including Juliann's excellent home-made, gluten-free oat bread and granola. Juliann supplied non-dairy milk for me and insisted I take the remainder of the tasty loaf with me for the weekend. This couple are serious about delivering a first-class service, but with a true Irish, warm and generous spirit. If I am in the area again I will certainly stay at Kearney's Cottage.

The facilities were very nice—but the check in was confusing. There is no sign to indicate this home is a bed and breakfast, and no doorbell installed yet, so when I arrived and knocked no one answered, but a very sweet dog came and hung out with me. I called the woman who runs the bnb and after about 15 minutes a man came out and let me in but he seemed a bit frazzled and like he didn't really know what was going on. I had no other interactions with the hosts other than hearing kids have rowdy playtime for a bit in the evening, but the breakfast had many options and was delicious. Also the hot water didn't work at night, unsure what's going on there. It seems like with time the issues will be ironed out and this stay will be a great all around experience.

The soda bread was fabulous. Choices for a continental breakfast were good. You help yourself so there is no waste. I was very late arriving as my plane was delayed, but Ivan waited up for me and even though I managed to drive on his newly laid lawn, he kindly brought my case in for me and parked my car!
Couldn’t find any coffee but as I like tea, that wasn’t really a problem for me.
