I had an absolutely lovely stay. Anna was so welcoming and pleasant and I really enjoyed being there. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, clean and warm. The water pressure in the shower was the highest I've ever had in Ireland (also loved that minty shower gel). My back didn't warm up to the combo of the mattress (I just need something more supportive) and the (too bulky for me) pillow but this is just personally me - the next guest might need exactly that. Oh my, that gorgeous breakfast! (There's a choice of about eight different dishes of which to choose from ). And lovingly presented as well. I can only recommend this lovely B&B and will certainly be back when I'm in the area again.

My stay was very relaxed and I was very well looked after from first arrival to leaving the following morning. The B&B is located in a nice quiet area with easy access to local towns and villages. The breakfast was prepared fresh, there was great choice and very generous in the portions. I alsp enjoyed some nice conversation with my host Hannah. The gardens were very nice. I would certainly recommend a stay. The price was very reasonable and good value.

Anna is a lovely and friendly host. The house is set in a beautiful rural area with only a 5 minute drive to Mountmellick. The room was very comfortable and clean with everything needed. Private bathroom for my room down the hall was clean and spacious. May have ensuite as well. The Breakfast in the morning was fresh, plentiful and delicious. Really set up for the day. Will be back.

Absolutely everything was top notch. The room was nicely appointed and absolutely immaculate. Gracious hosts, stunning garden, and by far the most comfortable stay we have had on our trip. The only down side was that it was difficult to decide which of the personally prepared breakfast options was the most appealing.

Not a single thing was worthy of any criticism.

Anna the lady of the house 😄 was so welcoming. The minute she opened the door it felt homely. The house was beautifully decorated & very clean. The rooms were spacious & had tea & coffee making facilities. The garden views from the windows were beautiful. Great choice for breakfast for young & old. Loved it. Would definitely stay there again 💯

Great location as near enough to towns but far enough away for peace and quiet Anna is an amazing host - making you feel at home with nothing too much trouble ..... with an exceptional cooked breakfast too! The room had everything you need for a great night's sleep. It was nice to have a good supply of tea (Barry's of course!), coffee, milk and sugar

I had an early start for work so couldn't partake in her world famous breakfasts. Ann went out of her way to make sure that I had sandwich made for me in the mornings. She varied the sandwiches daily and even supplied snacks. So thoughtful...

It was a particular cold week. could have been a little warmer but extra blankets were provides to be fair.

Anna was a welcoming host and the room had lovely touches (a hot water bottle and a blanket if necessary). The shower was lovely and spacious, plus a good shower head. The breakfast menu was comprehensive and my omelette was delicious.

As a coeliac, it would have been delightful if there was gluten-free granola.

Anna and John invited us into their home like we were family. Such a lovely, warm welcome. The room was spotless and spacious. The shower was amazing (some rooms we have stayed in, you normally get a trickle of water) You had plenty of choice at breakfast, and it was cooked once you sat down so hot and fresh. Nothing was too much trouble for this lovely couple. (Even brought brown sauce for my partner) Definitely be coming back here when we are over visiting our family again. Lovely breakfast. Ordering breakfast and time the night before is an excellent service, lovely freshly cooked breakfast. Quiet location with ample parking. Nice coffee making facility in room.
