Room was lovely, very clean with all normal facilities, food was fantastic and great value, all staff in all areas were very professional, pleasant and friendly.

Parking was a disaster, (BEWARE THIS IS NOT OBVIOUS ON BOOKING.COM WEBSITE)advised use of a public parking which was fine, didn’t say that it was small and had to circle around quite a few times before a space became free also wasn’t told that you were only supposed to park for four hours and parking meters wouldn’t take more so if there for a while you will need to keep topping up.

The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. There was a large window, but dark curtains. It was a relaxing room with a comfortable bed. I had booked breakfast, but was running late in the morning. I asked for apple juice and a croissant and it was brought immediately. While I was eating, the reception staff organised a taxi for me. The staff in all parts of the hotel were lovely. I had dinner when in the bar when I arrived and day I checked out. The food was delicious. The Wifi worked well. There was a tv, phone and hairdryer in the room. The hotel is located in the middle of Carlow, so the town was easily accessible by foot. I had checked before my stay that the nightclub would not be running, so I was not worried about noise.

I was woken up twice during the night, but that's not really the hotel's fault. There was a man shouting outside and later, the people in the room beside me came in late and also woke me up. If possible, a hotel should keep a space between occupied rooms (obviously, I don't know how many people were in the hotel that night).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Dinn Ri hotel in Carlow, Ireland, and it was truly a delightful experience. Although my stay at the Dinn Ri hotel in Carlow, Ireland was enjoyable overall, there were a couple of aspects that didn't meet my expectations. Firstly, the lift was extremely slow, which could be inconvenient, especially during busy times. Additionally, upon returning to the hotel after a night out in Carlow, I found that the hotel was locked, which made it difficult to get in. While this may have been a security measure, I believe it should have been clearly explained at check-in to avoid any confusion or inconvenience for guests. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel's friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location still made for a pleasant stay overall.

We had a large group staying for two nights. Everything was catered for as soon as we arrived, the staff were exceptional, they had an answer and solution for all and any of our needs. The location within Carlow Town was unreal. The Bars, entertainment and food within the Hotel was top notch. We couldn't fault a thing. We'll definitely be back.

We went here as a group for a friends birthday, is was absolutely perfect for going out as it was a great location. We had food in terrace and carvery and it was gorgeous and great value. The rooms were basic but very clean, had everything you'd need when having a night out and comfortable beds! Staff were great and friendly. They had warned us about night club being on, there were even ear plugs left in our room,but the night club was over by the time we got back.

Loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. I'm sorry I didn't get the girl on receptions name, but she was so nice and helpful, and made us feel at home from the get go. The cocktails in the bar are amazing, my partner likes an Old Fashioned cocktail, and even tho I don't think it was on the menu, the lovely lad with the tattoos made him one, and it was one of the best ones he had in a long time. Overall 10/10 for the stay.

Great location in.the middle of Carlow. Dinn Ri is comfortable & clean & our room had everything we needed but perhaps a little dated! Staff were lovely, always helpful & engaging. Well worth staying here for the location & the wonderful staff!

Nothing really, hotel a little quirky, in the middle of a shopping centre & you can buy breakfast in a lovely cafe outside the hotel.

Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and the Room and Bed are V.clean and Comfortable. The Bar food is excellent as is the Pizzas. The young Donegal Lady on reception and in fact all those working there were super helpful. Recommended. The only minor niggle is the lack of a Private Car Park.

Good central location in the town. Nice comfortable room, ensuite room. Reasonable Breakfast selection included. Also had nice dinner in the bar. Friendly staff.

There was a bit of noise from street below at night and be aware pay parking requires tickets 8.30 - 6.30 pm. But no payment is needed outside these hours.

Exceptional special lovely hotel, dining room and bar. High standards lovely friendly and great staff. The room and breakfast was good value very cheap. The room was beautiful with double and single bed, eventhough only charged for single room. The Dinner Ri Hotel has the X factor a beacon of all that is good of Carlow town. It was a privilege and an honour to stay there. And the staff were Exceptional. Thanks Aodhain.
