There's nothing bad to say. Lovely staff . Lovely room. Odd as this comment may seem, the fact that the flooring in the rooms was wooden or laminate made it so much easier to push on as a wheelchair user. I also like the fact that there is a choice in wheelchair accessible room, I.e. 2 beds or 1 when two people are staying. All too often it is assumed that if you require an accessible room and you will be coming with someone else that you automatically want to or need to share a room and so in terms of accessible rooms available in hotels it is usually the case that only a double bed is available in that room. I like that the station house gives a choice and other hotels could take note and learn. I will come to the hotel again and would recommend it. Thanks for a lovely stay

Spacious room with sofa, comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice shower and nice food. Good location and value for money.

No socket on one side of the bed and only one the other side. After leaving a few bags in the car and coming back for the rest, our key cards had been deactivated (we had arranged a later checkout and were within that time), although not anything the hotel did, extremely noisy street cleaner started around 7am so if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs or ask for a room not facing the street. This is the second time we stayed here and it happened the other time too so this was not a once off. There was tea and coffee but only decaf coffee sachets were in the room although I'm sure we could have requested non decaf.

Super location and the loveliest and friendliest staff. They were exceptionally helpful and just want you to have a good time. Good bar food during the day and evening.

The noise of the Little Boy Racers with their souped-up exhausts just outside the hotel until about 4 am at the weekend. It was the worst I've ever heard. Staff had no problem moving us to the quieter rooms at the back of the hotel. It's obviously not the fault of the hotel but noteworthy if you want a quiet night's sleep. Breakfast wasn't great, though it was adequate. Don't expect fresh fruit or assorted breads, cheese, or continental style. It's the only thing that lets the hotel down.

The room was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, just as previous reviews highlighted. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices.

The Depot Restaurant and Bar was disappointing. I had made a reservation for 20:45 and arrived a bit early, only to be seated next to the restroom door. Although I'm aware the restrooms are downstairs, the location was uncomfortably busy. Additionally, I requested a drink which was surprisingly mixed incorrectly—a first for me. The food, even though I ordered the chef's special, was dismal and lacked anything noteworthy. Upon paying, I noticed an overcharge on my bill. I understand that Saturday nights are busy, but the placement of the till machine should be reconsidered—it's inconveniently located where drinks are served.

Very comfortable, clean room. Tea/coffee facilities in the room. Bathroom clean and well stocked with towels, toiletries etc. Reception staff welcoming and informative. We did not have breakfast but ate a very nice evening meal in the bar, good quality, generous plates of food. The serving staff were attentive. The hotel is well situated at the edge of the main area of letterkenny. Car parking to the rear of the hotel and underground parking available too. We enjoyed our stay at the Station house hotel.

Hotel is located in town near all shops, bars, restaurants. Room and bed comfortable, plenty of towels, tea and coffee making facility and good choice of channels on tv. The best part of our stay was the delicious food served in the restaurant. We ate there both nights and tried a good number of starters, mains and dessert. Staff were so nice and very helpful in the restaurant, at reception and the housekeeping staff who were very busy still managed to smile and say hello when passing. A really great hotel to stay in if your in Letterkenny

The only fault I’d have is the noise on the street from the room. I’m a light sleeper so it may not disturb other people. Better sound proofed windows and this hotel would be an outright winner for me

The staff were excellent and had very good customer skills could not do enough for you one young waiter caught my eye I asked him his name and it was Robbie his personality and service skills was excellent and I wish him all the best in the future he was so enthusiastic about his work and a real team worker as with a lot of the staff they were like one big happy family all helping each other excellent quality of service can't wait to return well done to all be proud of yourselves and keep up the great work highly recommend to anyone food drinks service excellent 😀 👍 👏 😊

There was not one thing I could say I didn't like

Location is great, staff very friendly. Great work space and the work chair is an excellent perk. , Overall a lovely hotel and I would definitely recommend and stay again.

As is all too common in most hotels there were no herbal teas in the room, not everyone drinks tea or coffee, just a minor comment. That rubber ramp into the bathroom is a nuisance I don't know how many time I tripped on it and the tea station is a bit awkward.

Hotel, staff and food all great. No complaints. Lucas, a member of staff in the bar was excellent in his role as were the other bar staff. They were very attentive and friendly. All the staff in the hotel were friendly.

Extremely noisy residents in room beside us on both nights. At 6.20 a.m. council workers were street cleaning with leaf blower. This probably woke up the entire hotel as it went on for about 25 minutes. The second morning it was slightly later, but still woke us up. Sadly we hadn't much sleep the two nights we stayed. Maybe a room away from the street might have been quieter.

When paying you'd be advised to choose euro on the card machine & let your bank do the exchange rate as the hotels is no where near as good. They have a rubber ramp going into the bathroom because of a step which I found to be more obstructive than the actual step. Breakfast used to be excellent but unfortunately on both mornings food was warm not hot & eggs overcooked.
