The new manger l heard an argument with him in another hotel,Nova like was shocked you employed him there we decided that we won't be the guests any more till moves out,his hospitality is very cruel if he sees a black he has seen a project,that our third visit there but now no we will miss the hotel and we were 13 ladies but nice hospitality is our priority not to taken at low profile

My wife and I, stayed for a week. It was really nice, we got an upgrade to the family room, from the classic room. The hotel itself looks nice. we paid 2800 shekels which was around 850 dollars for the whole week, and the hotel got a pool and gym. For each night 121 dollars for 2 people, is a very good deal. Everything looked clean, every time we came into the hotel you could smell the cleanliness. How was the bedroom? We got a double bed and a sofa. Very spacious bedroom. The bedroom had also a small fridge and a TV with Android. How were the facilities? Pool - really nice, looked very clean. Wifi - not that great but it was free wifi. Restaurant - we had only dinner, dinner was fine and 120 per person. Lifts - there are 3 lifts, but only 1 didn't work properly, also very clean. Bed - comfortable. Location - amazing very close to the beach (walking 15 minutes) and malls. The staff were really nice and very friendly.

Wifi - not that great but it was free wifi. One lift didn't always work. The first three days the keys didn't work, everyday we needed to go back to the reception to fix it. The bedroom could have some refreshing, the wallpapers weren't done properly. But it's not something really bad.

The hotel is clean and nice, the rooms are comfy, the pool is always clean and well maintained. We were offered a free breakfast for our entire stay by Shira at the reception desk. It had a good variety of foods and ok-ish quality. Overall we got more than we asked for at that price.

Every time our room was cleaned, there was something missing. Soap, towels, etc... We had to complain at the reception often, and only after the 3rd complaint the issue was resolved, until the next issue appeared. It made showering at the hotel complicated. The food at the breakfast was often stale, fruits were nearly rotten, and the cheese smelled really bad. They also offered a variety of pasta leftovers from the dinner of the previous day, which were often dry and stale.

The hotel had everything we needed, with a good location, especially for the price. The hotel staff was very nice. I would like to note specifically Shira from the reception who helped me and my friend check in to a room next to our friends. The breakfast had great variety and was very good.

The room smelt a bit like cigarettes, possibly because of guests in the hallway that were smoking. The hotel staff tried helping, though. Also, when showering, since there were no curtains (but a partial glass door), the bathroom floor became wet afterward.

its one of the best hotels i have been to, its in the center of eilat near to everything , every ahop you need is around the hotel. the stuff was amazing helpful friendly they were like family members that care and help you, specialy shira and mette we enjoied every sec with them , and all the stuff members the food was various and tasty. for sure its my hotel for the next time

The new manager bad hospitality and staff were not cleaning good,just to roam around with trolleys and no working good,rooms dust and carpets, And the new manger whom we did not like him in the previous hotel ,felt bad to find him there he never change his character,and please if only they could fix heads boards rather to learn on that carpeted wall,remove that rag its dust even if it looks nice but hygienic it's bad it consume lot of dust and the floor rags are not good please they stuck under the wheels of the suitcases

The pool was nice and clean, lobby and lounge are new and comfortable, lots of hotel parking also for those coming with a car. The staff is friendly and attentive. Good location, there will be a new shopping center right next to it, but atm it's a construction zone

Although renovated, some areas still remained old and broken. I hope they fix those eventually (the ownership change is very recent). They really need to change the room and bathroom doors. The breakfast was bad, and we've had other Brown Hotels breakfasts, which were awesome. It's a good thing we didn't order it in advance.

The food was delicious and exceptionally abundant for Pessach! The staff was very nice and kind The facilities were great!

The staff should make more effort to accommodate and satisfy the guest’s requests regarding the rooms. The other guests were very noisy and uncivil

1. Nice price and location (especially if compare with other hotels in Eilat). 2. Large swimming pool, quiet lounge zone with libary and board games. 3. Various breakfast.

1. Parking proved to be a challenge. It is possible to park only if there are free places, otherwise the attendant will not even open the gate. 2. Breakfast was fine but the coffeemachine did not work because of shabbat + there were a lot of teenagers and the tables weren't cleared very well, we had to wait a long time. 3. Noisome neighbors.

Due to major renovation at Central Park hotel we were transferred to Palms and have had a great stay there. We do appreciate efficient communication with staff at Central Park - response was always within a day or less. The room at Palms was quiet and spacious, made every day, tea and coffee bags refilled when used up. A machine with cold and hot water is available near the lobby. Friendly and helpful reception and dining room staff. Very good breakfast. Central location of both Park and Palms hotels.

Palms hotel has a central air conditioning system that makes a low level noise, even when turned off. However, this did not disturb our sleep. Dinner could be warmer, especially French fries.
