Location was good, but felt a bit sketchy at night when getting home late. There is a locked gate, so once inside hotel, no problems. Staff were friendly Room very clean. Bed comfortable.

Staff were helpful, but struggled to provide details on where things were that tourists need. I asked for a convenience store, was told there wasn’t really any - there were 2 directly across the road and a Carrefour very close by - must just be lost in translation. Similarly I asked for where I could get a massage, and the staff did a google search, but I think if you’re in the hotel game you have a list of providers that you refer to to help your clients. Was just a bit lacking in this area.

I want to give this hotel an excellent review as I have seen so many negative posts. The location is perfect and in a safe area, near to shops and restaurants. This was my fourth stay here and I have always received a warm welcome here. The rooms and bathrooms may be a bit small but this is a city hotel and is excellent value for money.

The lady at reception ( whom I had not seen before)was very rude to me on checking out. I did e mail the hotel concerning the issue but have not received a reply. This was very unfortunate as the rest of the staff at reception and everywhere else in the hotel are so friendly. That is why I choose to stay at the Carsson on my visits to Buenos Aires.

Reaaly good location, close to city center. Clean every day. Simple funiture but still pretty comfortable. Very good and friendly staff. We like the breakfast too.

As for me the beds are too hard. And we take the room with window to patio. So the size of the room is tiny itself, without window on street was a bit uncomfortable. Next time should take room with a better view (if exist). And we hear all our neigbours, like they are living with us, so the sound isolation is poor. All water in the room is payable, so put attention to notifications (i guess we missed those )

Unfriendly reception who makes you feel awkward.

Location and staff were great. The hotel itself is very clean and nice inside.

Was a shame the resturant was only open for Breakfast and I feel the breakfast was very basic (for my taste) would have liked to have seen some cooked options but it was fine.

Central but an enclosed and not the cleanest street. But perhaps that is just Buenos Aires so hard to be too critical.

toilet paper inconvenience, bottle soap inconveniences, bathroom was leaking. building is too old. we have a problem with the elevator.
