We stayed here because we had done so before for a concert @ the Entertainment Centre. Further visits are intended for the same reason. Room was comfortable. A possible maintenance problem was noted & given to Reception. I also suggested the cleaner use a Crevice Tool on the Vac around the edges of the carpet to remove dust. Dust also next to control of A/C. Dinner on Saturday was excellent. Service was A1. Reception Staff were very helpful. I believe my wife & l both spoke to Danielle on several times during our stay. We did not use the pool/spa. We look forward to further stays with you in the future.

The receptionist at the front had a warm beautiful presence about her, stayed calm under pressure and really handled all hurdles well. Our room had been switched with a room without a kitchenette, so she asked if we needed anything, I said a microwave, and without hesitating, she made it happen for us. It was just amazing service, she also had, what I viewed as, a rude guest approach her before we were checked in, and she was so lovely and accommodating to him also. She needs a raise. The amenities were great in the room also and the water pressure was perfect!

The slumsville feeling around the building, graffiti boarded up place next door is a huge eyesore, the pot holes, very “Bronx” feeling, it’s got so much potential!

Breakfast was very good as was the meal we purchased at the restaurant on Saturday night. Every single staff member I came across was polite and friendly. My grandson loved the pool. The view from my room was nice.

The hotel pictures did not fully match the room I was assigned. I know the hotel is older but the room I was in seriously needed updating. The lounge was dipping badly and had weird stains on it. The carpet was threadbare and had really seen better days and the piece of lino in the kitchen had a hole in it. Time for new mattresses as well I'd say.

Everything.... I loved the pool, the spa, the room and its veiw.!! I will definitely be coming back and booking the same room next time 💯

The t.v wouldn't turn off, and it also wouldn't connect to the internet.... Is that a bad thing, Not really.... The t.v became the nightlight for my children, and because of not connecting with the internet, they weren't stuck to youtube and netflix, which gave us more time interacting with board games and time in the pool 👍... The bed was kind of hard, but it was absolutely fine 💯 nothing wrong with it other than my preference in beds.

Location was suitable for the reason for my stay. The walk from the back car park, (I assume this was the overflow car park) had adequate night lighting, which was a necessity for the uneven ground. I didn't use any of the facilities, thus unable to rate. The bar area viewed as I came and left my room looked nice.. in general a nice stay. Kids will love the pool.

The televison was useless, as the signal kept dropping out. If I were to stay longer, I would have asked a staff member to set it up properly. I am hopeless with technical things. The fridge in my room requires defrosting. I did let reception know there were very small pieces of glass caught up in the carpet, in front of the sofa and in the carpet between the fridge and the door.

Friendly and helpful staff. The 2 bedroom suite was large enough for a wheelchair user although the bathroom is very small. A shower chair was placed in the room before our arrival as requested. I liked the comfortable beds, choices of pillows and large fluffy towels. Had a nice sea view from the balcony. Plentiful breakfast which already costs $35 but having to pay for a real coffee on top was disappointing. Location is great for wheelchair uses as there are good paths to the marina etc.

Having to pay for a real coffee on top of a $35 breakfast. Smell of chlorine coming into the room can be a little off putting. No ramp into the indoor pool. A screen on the balcony door would allow for the breeze to enter without the flies and bugs joining us.

Loved the large room available for a big group travelling together, this meant we only had to book one room/apartment and not 3 separate rooms. This attracted us to your hotel. The service and breakfast was lovely, the scrambled eggs did not look appetising as they were grey and overcooked, a member of staff noticed we weren’t eating them and we mentioned this to them they took the eggs away and replaced with a fresh batch which were perfect. Great service :)

The property is outdated, old style decor and needs abit of tlc, fresh paint and up

I loved the style of the property inside - very cool with the great swimming pool in the middle but my husband didn't like this as it made the hotel feel quite damp he said. (I didn't agree and loved the pool.) There was no breakfast available the days we were there. The room was spacious and had a nice sofa and shower. Basic tea and coffee facilities only. Nice big smart TV. There was a back door from the spill over car park which was handy.

The outside of the hotel was a bit of a disappointment with a pretty grubby car park. The room felt slightly under cleaned (carpet, sofa) though the bed linen was very clean.

The wifi couldn’t connect to the tv and we couldn’t play Netflix at night It’s also struggled to stay connected for more than 5 minutes on our phones and iPad It’s sounds silly - but travelling with 2 kids and the down time for them is a film on at bed time to wind down while us parents tidy up and sort for the next day. It’s hard to keep telling them it doesn’t work Pool was a little cold for evening time in spring

The hotel is quite central and within walking distance to most attractions. It was comfortable and clean. Our room was spacious, and bathroom facilities were good and clean. We stayed just the one night so didn't sample the amenities that the Atrium has to offer. There was ample parking. Staff were friendly. I would stay at the Atrium again.

There wasn't anything that bothered me or caused concern. Our room was a little dated but was clean and maintained.
