I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my visit to Graz, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The first thing that struck me was how incredibly clean and well-maintained the entire place was. From the lobby to my room, everything sparkled with cleanliness. But what truly sets this hotel apart is their exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. They were always ready to assist with a smile and were very knowledgeable about the city. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Graz. It's not just a place to stay; it's an experience in itself. You'll enjoy a pristine environment and the warm, welcoming hospitality that will make your stay truly special.

Hotel is very convenient for travelers who have early flights. We were happy with the room, smooth check in procedure and also with the reasonable price.

Despite the information 2 days before arrival, that we can have small diner in the hotel, it was not possible to get literally anything to eat (not even piece of bread or muffin or something from automat), outside was heavy rain and dark, so it was not possible to go to eat even somewhere else.

Close to the airport, you can walk 10 to 15 minutes. Breakfast was good and tasty. Beds are very comfortable, I fell asleep easily. It looks exactly like the posted pictures.

These is almost no noice isolation between rooms, so I could hear people speaking until late night. The desk is so narrow that it was hard to work with my laptop and notes book at the same time.

* Check-in on machine somewhat cumbersome as you have to put in a lot of information and the touch screen is very poor. This results in a long wait when there is a queue * No proper desk in the room

A short walk from the airport, automated check-in for late arrivals, comfy bed, nice shower, tasty breakfast with lots of variety, friendly and helpful desk staff (she printed our train tickets for us).

I really have no complaints. This was just what we needed after a very long trip full of delays and cancellations.

Great hotel to sleepover before morning flight. Excellent and cost efficient option for long term parking. 10min walking distance from the terminal. Very friendly and cooperative staff. Keep on the good work!

After a shock on the bus station in the city of Graz i couldn't get any information of the taxi service to take me to the hotel i finally arrived to the hotel more by chance then plan trip , i met wonderful person on reception who help me with the booking the flight ticket and told me haw to get to the airport so early in the morning Thank you for that again

Convenient self check-in machine for late arrival, available parking lots outside or in the garage Clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, no noise despite the vicinity of the airport and the railway (but the windows must be closed, of course)

very convenient at thw airport. we only stayed during the day for a long lay-over. very efficient checkin terminal for self checkin. we were allowed to check in early at 12.00 already (were leaving at 19.00 again). very clean. small room but good enough. nice, clean bathroom.

we had a door to an adjacent hotel room. The door was locked but you could easily hear everything from the next room. Not very good insulation. we didnt stay overnight but that could habe been wuite disturbing. we could hear the TV as if it was on in our room. we checked with the neighbour, their TV wasnt turned up very loud. so maybe insist on a room without a door to the next.
