modern. the body lotion, shampoo, and condtioner are always in the same place and easy to use.the air coditioning was a godsend. the ice machine was very handy and we sure used it as the outdoor temps were in the mid 30s. the staff froze our icepacks overnight which was really nice.the morning breakfast was good and adequate.

nothing . but in the rooms with 2 beds, it would be nice to have 2 chairs so one person is not stuck sitting on the bedwhen watching some tv. It might be just me, but it would be nice to have one of those clocks which beam the time on the ceiling. that way you just open one eye and see the time displayed on the ceiling.

Very clean and friendly staff. Mickey was just the best!...we have never felt so welcome and comfortable at any hotel He was probably the best part of our stay. God bless him!

I arrived a day late due to flight delays. I was charged for that day, which I could understand. However, when I asked if I could stay a few hours after check out as I had a later flight, I was told that I would have to pay for half a day. I thought that was slightly unfair.

Convenient breakfast.

I could hear the people above me jumping on the floor, and on the 3rd floor where we stayed there was a hockey team running up and down the hall for almost 2 hours in the morning. Knocking on my door and other frequently and running thinking it was funny. The parents were visiting in the hallway late at night sitting on the floor outside our room, instead of in a room. About 12 adults. So the noise at night and the next morning was extremely annoying!! I mentioned it to hotel staff upon check out as some one else may have to deal with the same thing that night and next morning as well.

Breakfast was amazing! Staff were excellent! Hotel was clean! Beds very comfortable. The rooms had a sliding door between entrance and bedroom area which blocked out any hallway noises. Restaurants in front of hotel were excellent! Hotel is right beside strip mall with Walmart and then there is a dollar store across the street for anything you may have forgot to pack. The reason I gave it an 8 not 10 was due to the first nite I was in room 214 which is overtop large exhaust fans which cut in and out all nite causing vibrations and loud noise in my room. Staff were very accommodating by moving me to a different room at 2am which was much better. Hotel did not give discount because I booked thru booking.com

Just first nite room was above exhaust fans which maybe has some malfunction as they were extremely loud and vibrating into my room. They sounded like a large generator cutting in and out. I liked the Breakfast the most and because of this special employee, Mickey, we will be recommending this Hotel to our friends and family. Mickey is special, one of a kind. So friendly. We stayed at this Hotel because of the Spartan race. If the race is being held again in Kelowna, we will stay again & tell other racers to stay here to. Also, to go see Mickey at Breakfast time. Long live Mickey!!

Maybe replenishing the bathroom with the usual toiletries, and coffee pods to use.

The hotel is a new property in Kelowna near the airport. It does have the issues faced by many of the older hotels in Kelowna. Everything worked!! The rooms are clean, bright, and spacious. The breakfast was a hot buffet with sufficient options to eat.

Note that there no options if you have wheat or dairy allergies. Your menu options become very limited. There is only a single chair in the room. A second chair would be appreciated. TV view options are limited and were mainly American TV stations or sports channels.

Loved the hotel. Very clean. The room was cleaned every day. The towels were changed every day.The staff was super friendly. We were staying with a dog, and we got a treat every time we were in the lobby. The pool, the gym, everything was very clean , and my family and I enjoyed it every day. The hotel has washing and dryer machines and the ice machines. The location is AMAZING!!! Everything is super close. All the stores, the restaurants, coffee shops, Costco, superstore, Walmart, etc..... It takes only 10 min driving downtown from the hotel.

Unfortunately, the mattresses in the room are very poor quality.

Convenient location. Newer building. Modern room. Clean room. Free parking. Kids enjoyed the pool. Really friendly staff, especially the staff at the complimentary breakfast.

The only negative was the pool wasn’t the cleanest. There was a layer of grime around the waterline of the pool, and the windows in the pool room were a bit dirty.

Modern & clean. Was close to airport with a free shuttle service. Breakfast staff were attentive, friendly & efficient at clearing up after messy young people. Good breakfast. Reception staff very helpful. Manager set up the wifi for me on my laptop & one young lady on reception let us use her personal phone to contact a nearby relative as we could not get through on hotel phone. It was very good of her. There are restaurants across the car park at the front of the hotel.

Sharing breakfast with about 50 young people staying at the hotel! Hotel accommodates lots of teams playing sport. They were quiet at night though.

Breakfast and the early morning breakfast staff were friendly cheerful each day. I loved the big window in my room and enjoyed the amazing view each day. It was very close to restaurants and shopping.

On the weekends the hotel was full of kids for sporting tournaments. That was usually fine as the hotel is quite sound proof. When it did get a little loud the staff came up with solutions for where the kids could let off a little steam away from the other guests.
