Good price/quality ratio. Very close to CDG and frequented by air crew members. The rooms were ok and, after being insistent and checking-in relatively early, we got two adjacent rooms which was a must for us.

We went by car and parking is not included. Keeping parking tickets and paying everytime you get out of the hotel is a bit of a bother. Also, it was advertised that the first two hours were free, but it did not seem to be the case. Not a major problem, but it would have been nice to have one less thing to worry about.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location was convenient for someone looking for accommodation close to CDG airport with easy access to public transportation. The rooms and the facility overall were nice and clean. Good soundproofing. Nice buffet breakfast with options that cater to different tastes.

Staff at reception and the restaurant can be more friendly. Most customers have likely had a long and tiring trip before arriving at the hotel, so a smile or welcoming attitude from the staff at the reception can go a long way. I also did not like that the hotel wanted to charge 30 euros for checking in 2 hours earlier than the "official" check-in time.

Staff were friendly for check in. Pool was great and the play area for the kids was fantastic. It was great for a stay close to the airport.

We were there on a Sunday and the room service didn't open until 7pm which was late for kids and then it took 40mins to arrive and was cold - we were too tired to head out earlier though so maybe on us

It is a hotel very close(about 7 minutes )to airport Charles de Gualle with navette or taxi.The staff was very polite and willing to serve you.The room and all the areas was very clean.One big advantage was the swimming pool with free entrance.It was very important for us with 3 children that the hotel has an area with toys,billiard and baby foot so the kids can play and the adults have space with sofas and tables to drink and rest close to the children.Finally the price for all these things was value for money!!

I would prefer a bigger swimming pool and more choices for healthy food and vegetarian!

Really friendly and amenable staff, the hotel has everything we were looking for for a night before taking a long flight. Really appreciated the restaurant and games area for the kids. Highly recommend!

Shuttle schedules to the airport were not the most practical for our flights (no shuttle between 12pm and 5pm). This was a bit disappointing as I had booked the hotel partly for its shuttle service and ended up ordering a taxi, but overall did not impair the experience.

it is 10 Minutes mit Uber from Terminal 2.

The staff was very helpful in their directions to return our rental car and getting back to the hotel

Two issues with our room: (1) we had to unplug the small refrigerator because the inside light kept flickering on and off (the door was visible glass) and (2) the room remained uncomfortably warm even though we adjusted the thermostat to its lowest setting

Good location close to the airport, which we needed. Room was clean and tidy, bathroom was well equipped with toiletries. Our room was quiet even though the hotel was busy. Kids used the pool, which they enjoyed. Booked airport transfer which arrived promptly.

Menu wasn't varied at the restaurant. I ordered the chicken poke bowl, which was basically a cheap salad on rice but relatively expensive for what it was. We couldn't find changing rooms at the pool - not a big deal for us but others might not like walking back to rooms in towels.

The room was clean, quiet, comfortable. The front desk was very friendly and helpful which I really appreciated. The windows open and it was nice to get some fresh air.

I didnt realize the airport shuttle isn’t free and the tax isn’t included. With these added to the price it might have been better to just stay at one of the hotels right at the airport.
