- Easy access from Shin-Chitose Airport. Airport Limousine Bus (Bus Bay “28” as of Jan 2023) stops right outside Hotel (stop Honcho-2-Chome) for ¥230; - Regular Hotel Shuttle Bus to airport starting from 6am (need book reserve seat at check-in counter); - Hotel restaurant is delicious and great value (especially the nabe/hotpot in winter). ¥1000 all you can drink-bar for 1 hour, bargain. - Nice indoor Onsen on premises. Yukata/Samue provided, and custom pillow-selection and extra toiletries selection corner next to check-in; - Family Mart across the road; - Basic clean room, shower with bathtub, excellent air-con system (hot and cold), comfy towels and Yukata/Samue provided - Professional staff and easy, quick check-in and check-out; - Nice lobby seating area facing a beautiful garden, many drinks/coffee vending machines; - Good wi-fi coverage in room and around hotel; - Beautiful Chitose Shrine and park 6min walk down road

- Not many things in area to see or shop besides (beautiful and serene) Chitose Shrine and a collectors Toy Store/Americana items down road; - Airport Limousine from Airport to Hotel is 30mins. Not sure if there is shuttle “from” Airport (there is shuttle “to” airport) as Hotel didn’t reply to my query; - Onsen can get quite busy at peak hours (before/after dinner). Onsen in Annex, so need walk through lobby and down corridor, past restaurant and entrance, to reach it … ; - Restaurant dinner last order is early, 7:30pm. No breakfast session when I stayed. If late night check-in, no food. Luckily there is Family Mart across road.

Location was near the airport. We were able to get reserved seats for the shuttle to the airport upon check-in.

The staff weren't as responsive on the app messaging. I did ask about the free shuttle as this wasn't on the website or on the details provided but saw on reviews that there is one. But when they answered they said to take the bus to the hotel from the airport. And I found out once we checked-in that the bus they referred to was the free shuttle and they had a map of where to take the shuttle from and it was on hourly frequency.

The room is spacious to compare with other Japan stays, they provide all the needs for stay (toothbrush, shower cream, shampoo etc.) at the lobby and extra pillows also can be taken at the lobby. There is a convinience store just across the street to get some food and drinks. They also provide free coffee at the lobby area. Earliest free shuttle to airport is at 6am and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the airport.

Other than the room being a bit dated, nothing much to complaint on.

Stayed a night due to the shuttle service available to catch an early flight. Pleasantly surprised by the amenities available. Bed was soft by japanese standards. Large bathroom. Free ochazuke from 2200-2400 but I did not try. Familymart across the road as well as several restaurants nearby for dinner options

Pillow was thin, but there are additional pillows by the annex entrance to supplement. Get the one with buckwheat husks for additional neck support.

The airport shuttle service was excellent. This is why we booked here because the shuttle service is very convenient.

THe first night we stayed, Feb 1(?) the room we had was in the original building and the room was very small and dingy. The night we stayed at the end of our trip (Feb 12?) the room was in the newer annex and the room was good.

The airport shuttle was VERY helpful and convenient. It was actually a big reason we chose this hotel.

It was weird that you had to step up to get into the bathroom but I don't think it's worth a huge remodel just to fix that. But I have to admit I didn't particularly like that because I get up in the middle of the night to pee.

Shuttle services between airport and hotel is a plus point for travellers who need a night near airport to get to early flight or arriving late. The restaurant food is pretty good and hotel guests have discount.

I enjoyed the my room. It was quiet and dark, perfect for sleeping after a long travel day.

Booking.com had me assume airport shuttle service was offered to/from the airport… my misunderstanding led me to wait around longer at the airport when I could have just went straight to the hotel on my own.

Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. My bed was very comfortable which was important after a long flight. The free shuttle bus service the morning was extremely handy. Right across the road is an awesome isikaya.

I booked very late and so the price was a bit high.

Budget friendly dorm style room that had everything for a one night stay. Bed was quite comfortable. Family mart across the street. Airport shuttle was good by appointment.

Shuttle to the hotel was a little confusing but after going to the website, good information was given.
