Comfortable overall. There is washing machine in the room, yes, just in the room dedicated for you. And the dryer facility in the bathroom is also good. Microwave is also available in room to heat up food you bought from convinient story nearby, in case you don't like its breakfast.

It appears sandwich is the only choice for breakfast, not everyone likes it. There is only 4 parking spaces, and 1 is reserved for disabled. The parking lot next to the hotel takes only JPY700 overnight, while you have to pay JPY1500 for the hotel's parking space, so strange.

We arrived late in the night for check in and went into our room with 2 king sized beds + a tatami mattress for our family of 5. However, there was a strange smell coming from the luandry / shower area. As it was late in the night, we crashed and slept. The next day, the manager immediately swapped us into another room with 2 king beds + 2 single beds (bunk style). The beds were really comfortable. The TV had access to Netflix/Prime ...etc and we could set it up as an a device to watch our favourite programmes. Proximity to Kumamoto castle was not too far ... approx 20mins to walk. It was enroute to Sakura-machi and the ShinShiGai

The location was really far from the Kumamoto train station. It would take 30mins to get there by foot. The wifi was weak and intermittent in our room. If you had a car, this would hotel would be near perfect

The hotel is well kept and quiet, there's a convenience store right around the corner. Good connection to both tram lines and to the train station.

Restaurants are about a 10-12 min walk away, if you don't want convenience store food. Kitchenette was OK, but I didn't use it. I would have liked a manual in English for the washing machine. There was information on top of the machine, but in Japanese and I had to use Google. Not a big issue, but perhaps I could have chosen a shorter washing cycle with proper instructions. The hotel can't be found easily by name on the city map, so best ask directions at the tourist info.

The family room was spacious for a family of four and the bunk beds were comfortable! the mini kitchenettes in the room was also helpful if you need to boil some eggs and/cook noodles late at night! The heating switch in the bathroom also allowed us to dry the laundry. Although the premise provides paid parking directly outside it's door for 15k Yen per car per day (with unlimited number of entrances and exits), you can make use of the public parking lot directly next to the hotel (maximum cap is only 500Yen for parking from 8pm to 8am) if you are out for most of the day and will only be returning at night to park.

There was a slight sewage smell coming from the bathroom but it was bearable.

Clean. Room is not that big but it’s able to accommodate 6. There are 2 double beds below and 2 single beds on the upper deck. Cool! Very small kitchen, but able to cook simple breakfast. The fact that there’s a washer cum dryer, makes us very happy as we could then wash and dry our clothes when we sleep.

There’s only 4 parking lot, u need to reserve and it’s very expensive. There are a few more public parking spots nearby. Can just use that. The toilet in the room is at the kitchen. Anyone wants to use, the one at the kitchen needs to come out of that space first before u can get into the toilet. Design is a bit weird.. not to mention the smell..

It was a wonderful stay. My children said that they want to stay to live there forever)))

There is no staff in the hotel after 10 PM, which is totally fine. But apparently, the room layout makes it extremely attractive for the kids to jump from the top bed to the bottom and race around the room. So when the guests from upstairs couldn't stop jumping over our heads till midnight, we felt extremely unprotected and didn't know what to do and whom to ask for help because there was no staff.

Its a new hostel with big rooms. My room has a small kitchen, microwave and laundry machine. Its very kind Fav offers laundry ball, so i can do laundry without buying a big box of laundry balls. The room is clean and cozy. The location is pretty good. You can walk around 5 mins to local supermarket(You and Me shop) or 15mins or take tram to department store(Kumamoto Sakura Machi) . The breakfast is pretty good and fresh, we love granola and eggs salad sandwich.

1.The drain doesn't work well. Tub, sink are a little clogged which is annoying. 2.The dishs and mirror have water stains. 3.The breakfast tasts good but it's too small and expensive.

Our daughter was not feeling well when we arrived and needed to lie down. The staff very kindly accommodated us during our check in so she can recuperate. We are so very thankful for their consideration. Staff was attentive and kind. It was greatly appreciated.

This is not a problem but a suggestion for the hotel. Perhaps the hotel can have a few more hangers in the room to help with the drying after washing.

Hotel looks and feels new, room was very clean and comfortable. Ample space for opening of luggage and sofa for sitting around (some hotels we stayed were so cramp we didnt have space for opening of luggage). Having a 7-11 few steps away from the hotel was really nice and convenient for late night snacks and essentials.

Having to pay for parking wasnt nice even though they had a few parking lots within the compound. Not having a dryer in the room made washing clothes with the washing machine a chore as we have no place to dry our clothes and end up having to pack wet clothes for the remaining leg of our trip

Modern design, very comfortable beds and great room layout and facilities. The room was large and comfortable, with big modern flat screen TV that has streaming capabilities (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) Room uses a passcode so as long as you memorise the password it’s very easy to get in and out; no need to worry about keys or cards either. There is a washing machine in our room, as well as separate toilet and bathroom so me and my friend could alternate between using the toilet and the bathroom in the morning. Parking is available on-site (by booking only). However, there are two coin operated parking lots directly opposite and right next to the property so we didn’t find parking to be challenging at all.
