Good location to tourist spots. 7 eleven is just downstairs. The room is clean. They have nice breakfast with wide varieties of food. Staff is very helpful. I booked a single room by mistake for my family with people. They contacted me and advised me to change to a standard twin room. The hotel doesn’t have parking facilities. But they can offer me discount coupon for parking in a garage within 3 minutes walking distance for 1200 yen from 14:00 to 12:00 next day. I am very happy with the stay.

The room is a bit small but I think it is normal for hotel rooms in the city.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores — everything you need is just a short walk away. The staff were outstanding: very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any issues that came up during my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of tasty options to start the day right. I also really appreciated the free drinks and water dispensers available 24 hours — such a thoughtful touch. Another highlight was the complimentary public bath, which provided a relaxing experience after a long day out. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own parking spaces, they do offer discounted rates at a nearby designated parking lot, which was very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, comfort, and convenience!

There was a complimentary drinks bar for guests that was available during reasonable hours. There was a rack of umbrellas for guests to borrow in case of rainy weather. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there were staff that spoke English, and were able to understand our requests.

The room I stayed in was cramped and me and my friends had to squeeze with each other to get around in the room - this is also understandable because of how affordable our stay was. We had large sized luggage bags and found it cramped if we had to lay open them up.

Fantastic location, right smack at shopping belt with lots of eateries. Comfortable bed and has an onsen too

Onsen was too crowded. Everyone rushed there in the night as they were closed from 10am to late afternoon. Would have been better if they could provide different time slots for different floors. There isnt mineral water in the room so we had to keep going to concierge to top up. Though the tap water in the room is supposedly potable, we werent comfortable drinking them.

The location is very convenient if you travel by bus. Kumamoto castle is within walking distance and there are many local restaurants and bars nearby. The public bath facility is superb.

The room is less spacious than I expected, perhaps it is because the beds are too large in size squeezing out other spaces. The public bath is always busy accommodating hotel guests as well as daily customers. These make me feel the price is slightly less value for money.

Great location. Easy access from the tram stop and JR station. We even made an easy half day trip to Fukuoka from here. Polite & friendly staff. Great breakfast with Western and Japanese selections. Grilling food by yourselves is a nice touch. Nice public baths, only a few bathers. Free ice popsicles. Easy check out. You just drop your key in a box and leave.

Minor stuff, but the step to a small bath wobbles. Just be careful. Price was on the higher end, imo.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Great location as it was right in the heart of downtown Kumamoto so it was easy to walk around, take public transit and close to rental car locations. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

The rooms were a little smaller than expected (not too much space for packing up our suitcases), but that information about the room could have been easily missed by me prior to booking.

Location is superb. Just across the street from Sakuramachi which is a convenient small mall. Tram stop just across(middle of street) to go Kumamoto Station. It's located in a sheltered shopping alley which is ideal for quick drugstore shopping, meals/breakfast and access to combini.

The beds could have been better but not really a big issue.

These room are extremely small, but the hotel has organized everything very efficiently, both in terms of supplies inside the room, and in terms of supplies outside the room (lounge, reception desk,etc). Location is outstanding. Front desk staff were extremely helpful with a number of issues (electrical plug adapter, calling for a complicated taxi requested, organizing retrieval of a forgotten item), and always with a smile. Really excellent customer service.

Breakfast was excellent, and free drinks and water were available 24/7. The free public bath was a nice bonus. While there’s no on-site parking, discounted parking is available at a nearby lot. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!
