Close to Citara Beach and a good breakfast! View from the room was unreal and room was spacious. :)

Google took us to the wrong place and finding the hotel was a little difficult, definitely use booking.com directions not google.

Great location and really helpful staff. Very clean and breakfast had a good selection of food.

Amazing ocean views from our room, terrace and breakfast room. Walking distance to the beach and several restaurants and shops. Clean thermal pool which was very warm.

Got several mosquito bites and paid 5 euro for A/C that doesn’t really work. Google directions were incorrect.

The views from the property were amazing Good bus service all around the island nearby

Facilities are basic but that is expected for price paid. Be aware that google maps has hotel in different direction so use booking.com Have to pay if you have more than 1 coffee at breakfast - this is clearly stated

Horrible breakfast and ugly bathroom

The location of the hotel was great, up on the hill, with public transport available and within walking distance from Forio harbour (30 minutes) and Panza village (20 minutes). A cut through path to Citara beach is also an option although with many steps. We were ok with it but I can imagine not everyone would be. The room had a balcony with spectacular views.

The triple room was incredibly small, literally just beds and didn't have a kettle, the first time ever we found a room with no option to boil water. So if you need an infusion at night or a camomile that's not an option as the hotel doesn't offer 24h service. The property is gorgeous and clean but dated, not only because the furnishings/decor is "out of date" and not stylish but there was a degree of shabbiness and wear. There was no welcoming reception area for the guests to gather or spend time, given how small the rooms were. The swimming pool was ok, smaller than the photos on this app. Not at all a place for a family, for a couple perhaps yes ..

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The location has a gorgeous view.

The bathroom was not very clean - hair in the sink, dirt on the toilet and floor. No water was available in the room and it was very hot.

Loud techno music from the adjacent hotel. Closing the doors did not help plus the heat was on and we were roasting. No AC control plus you have to pay for it? I tried messaging the owner however no help. The next morning he told us at 916 am that check out was at 10am despite there being no other guests in the place. His excuse was another family was checking in, however I told him check in was at 3, which he had no reply. DO NOT STAY HERE. Please read the other 3 star reviews before deciding. There are a ton of other resorts nearby. Trust me you will regret it. Me and my wife are both doctors. She is a physician in the military. We have been stationed in Okinawa and have traveled extensively with our 3 small children. This is honestly my first review. I would be willing to discuss with anyone interested.
