The hotel is charming and has a modern, clean feel. The bedrooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and good modern bathrooms. The rooftop bar and pool are great after a day of sightseeing, and the breakfast selection was excellent.

The hotel's location, near the train station, is in a less salubrious suburb, and residents can make you feel wary due to the rubbish on the streets and the selling of second-hand clothes on the pavements. Still, after a couple of days, we felt perfectly safe and had no issues. Don't let the location put you off this hotel, as it was the best of the three hotels I stayed in during my week-long trip to Italy.

Very comfortable room, especially the bed. Clean and tidy and well equipped. Good - Italian style - breakfast served on the roof (it won’t suit everyone).

I’m torn between whether the location is good or bad, but come down on poor. It’s hard to criticise because this is real Naples. It’s close to the main railway station, but quite a distance from the centre and what could be perceived as better restaurants. It was fine for a two night stay before departing by train, but I wouldn’t stay for a longer break as the area is pretty bleak. The room was clean, but public areas - particularly the staircases and entrance area - were a bit untidy during our stay. My fault for not taking the elevator!

Breakfast was very good and included all expected components - I was not bored even after four days of stay. Great pastries, great Italian ham and sausage, nothing was missing. Nice large comfortable room, very clean. One needs to count on the Italian style of blankets. Very nice bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I selected this hotel for two reasons - first, it is one of the few real hotels in Naples (many of the others are just several apartments on one floor converted into a "hotel") for a reasonable rate, and second, because of its proximity to the Central Station which is great for the trips outside of Naples.

The location is a compromise between the proximity of the Central Station (which is the advantage and the reason I decided for the hotel) and the ugliness of the neighborhood - Central Station area is not the nicest one in Naples. However we did not feel endangered in any way, even in the evenings. So we still consider the hotel as a good choice for us.

Very comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Pleasant bar area on roof with good sandwiches etc. Typical European hotel buffet breakfast.

Location great for central station, trains to Pompeii and Sorrento and airport bus but area is not pleasant. The waiter at a nearby restaurant warned me about walking alone after dark. Did not risk early mornig walk to the bus. Taxis to airport very cheap.

What a fabulous hotel. A little gem. A calm Oasis in the midst of the chaos of gritty Naples. The hotel is super clean and modern. Daily housekeeping, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is a lovely way to start the day, and what a great selection of hot and cold buffet choices. Great coffee too! The rooftop pool and bar area was also a fabulous, relaxing spot to chill after a busy day exploring the surrounding area. What a find and great value. 💯 recommend. Prego!

Very close to the Naples Centrale Train station, so if you are doing side trips to Pompeii or Herculaneum, the hotel is in a very convenient location. There are a few streets around the hotel that are not clean, but the hotel itself is well run and spotless! The metro line station is also very close. On the 5th floor of the hotel is a roof top bar, pool, and Breakfast room that serves an excellent breakfast.

Nice boutique hotel. Breakfasts are ok though a bit monotonous for a longer stay. Pool is nice for few hours of rest between days of sightseeing.

Bed is a bit too hard. AC could be a bit more efficient. Location of the hotel is nice in terms of closeness to the trains, metro and old downtown but full of immigrants from Africa how steal. Things were stolen from my backpack while I was walking back to the hotel one day.

Excellent hotel.in great location. Yes it is not the nicest part of Naples but we had been warned about it and whilst downtown near station means , keep your wits about ypu and dont wander round on your own, it wasnt as bad as people said. Fine in the day and v handy Hotel lovely. Great rooftop bar and pool - yes its smal pool l but fine for a dip My only complaint was lack of mirrors Of course there was one in bathroom but if friends sharing it was difficult to get ready with NO mirror. Otherwise the room was lovely and even sofa bed was v comfy Definitely reckmmend. Excellent

The location close to Centrale station was ideal for accessing the railway to Pompeii, metro lines and bus to the airport. The rooms were large and air con worked. Breakfast was super filling with a good variety of options including some tasty pastries, chilled yoghurts, fruit, hams and cheeses. I took a brief dip in the rooftop pool.. if the weather had been really hot this would been used much more. Staff were helpful and friendly and having someone open the doors was appreciated too.

The streets outside in the local neighbourhood are a mess and could do with some deep cleaning, rubbish removal and repainting of the highway lines. In the hotel I had poor connectivity with the WiFi and it was particularly slow. The rooftop breakfast area was quite cold when the wind blew in the morning. One lift to service 5 floors meant quite a wait. The TV didn't want to connect to any smart internet channels and the TV remote was fiddly.

The property was absolutely beautiful and the staff was excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms gorgeous. Rooftop lounge very enjoyable. Food very good.

Unfortunately the neighborhood where the property is located is in dire need of a massive cleanup. It’s heart breaking to see all the garbage in this beautiful neighborhood as well as the city itself. As a hotel establishment it seems that they would take extra effort to clean up the area surrounding such a nice place. The location is convenient the streets should be cared for even if it has to be done by the staff or maintenance employees. Beautification of such a lovely city is essential .❤️👍☀️
